职责描述:

1、Comprehensive, venue management, with the implementation of the marketing strategy of company;

全面主持店面的管理工作,配合公司的各项营销策略的实施;

2、Implement company's standards;

执行公司的各项标准;

3、The management of division of FOH;

做好门店前场的分工管理工作;

4、Supervision of goods,replenishment, do a good job on the homework incoming inspection, product display, product quality and service quality management;

监督商品的要货、上货、补货,做好进货验收、商品陈列、商品质量和服务质量管理等有关作业;

5、Supervision and venue loss management, grasp the goods loss scale;

监督门店商品损耗管理,把握商品损耗尺度;

6、Master stores various equipment maintenance knowledge;

掌握门店各种设备的维护保养知识;

7、Supervise the venue clean inside and outside, is responsible for the operations management security, fire and other;

监督门店内外的清洁卫生,负责保卫、防火等安全管理;

8、Properly handle contradictions are customer complaints and service work;

妥善处理顾客投诉和服务工作中所发生的各种矛盾;

9、Responsible for training and education of employees;

负责对员工的'培训教育。

任职要求:

1、Junior college or above, major in hotel management or English related major is preferred

大专及以上学历,酒店管理或英语相关专业优先考虑;

2、 Age 24 years of age or older, healthy body, can adapt shift work

年龄24岁以上,身体健康,能适应倒班工作;

3、 At least 3 years working experience in western restaurant front service, at least 2 years experience in restaurant management, good English, can communicate with foreign customers fluently;

至少3年以上西餐厅前场服务工作经验,至少2年以上餐厅管理经验,英语良好,能和外籍顾客流利沟通;

4.、Belowed, honest and trustworthy, bears hardships and stands hard work, treat others friendly, smiling, enthusiastic, and optimistic.

五官端正,正直守信,吃苦耐劳,对待他人友好,微笑,热情,开朗。

5、Love the job and work actively.

热爱本职工作并且工作中积极主动.

6、High sense of responsibility, sense of purpose.
