第三篇：图书馆管理规章制度
一、读者借阅图书，一律凭借书证。借书证只限本人使用，不得转借、代借。
二、学生借阅期限为两个月，教职工借阅期限为一学期，属教学用书到期如不能归还，可携带原书来馆办理续借手续。某些复本较少，流通量较大的书籍，要适当缩短限期，个别图书必要时可通知读者提前归还。
三、凡是公开发行的书籍，原则上都可供师生借阅。下列图书应该进行分别处理：
1、精美图册、复本较少的工具书、仅有一册的单本书等只限在馆内阅览，不得借出馆外。
2、内部发行的图书资料，根据上级通知规定，在一定范围内控制借阅。
3、馆藏图书一律不得外借。
四、借书证要妥善保存，不得遗失。如有遗失应先由本人在借书处挂失，由管理人员查证确无他人用该借书证时，可以申请补发。补发借书证后，申请人对挂失前原发借书证出现的借阅情况仍须负责。
