八、前期准备
（一）、宣传：前期宣传的方式和具体操作 1、海报与户外广告：在争取商场方提供的户外广告位，喷画大幅广告，效果较好；商场扶手楼梯玻璃、栏杆玻璃可做店堂广告位；社区报栏。 2、小区入户宣传：
这是最直接也是最有效的操作手段，但也是最复杂的方法。具体操作：
（1）分两个宣传组进行宣传，每个组在两人或者两人以上，如果条件限制一个人一组也可以。宣传组的目的只是在开业之前两周内，通过和顾客的一对一宣传，不断寻找和跟踪顾客，了解准顾客的详细情况和需求，最终将顾客引导进入开业现场即可。
（2）将所在5公里内的区域划分，分配上基本做到平衡。每个组负责一个区域，开展工作。两组之间展开竞争，竞争的指标为引导进入乐园的数量和签单顾客的数量。表现优异的给予表彰，譬如现金奖励、职务晋级等。根据每组销量进行提成等措施来调动业务员的积极性。 （3）入户宣传的内容：乐园的概况及介绍、开业活动内容详细介绍。值得注意的是，了解到准顾客的情况后要收集整理、跟踪，并和店面所有人员保持沟通，找到合适的切入点，为开业时能迅速办卡做好准备。在开业前一天，宣传人员要和准顾客电话沟通，确认来店参加开业活动。 3、传单派发：
可安排兼职提前2-3天在路口、闹市区或沿街散发 4、报纸夹带宣传单页：
宣传单页设计要一幕了然，活动主题明显。制作要体现出品牌的档次来。切忌使用红、黄单色印刷的传单形式，没有档次。 发布内容：

c、乐园的相关信息，文化内涵为主

（二）、开业活动现场的布置：
1、户外的布置
a、大楼悬挂祝贺语直幅若干条；（具体口号待议）
b、大楼前面或楼顶施放祝贺语氢气球（也叫升空气球）若干个。（球面显示**儿童乐园盛大开业）
c、乐园路边可以插上一些彩旗 2、入口的布置
a、大门口铺设大红地毯（以红色衬托开业时的喜庆气氛），红毯的两侧摆放若干花篮，充满温馨、吉祥、喜庆；
b、入口处设置大型充气拱门1座，雄伟壮观，拱门上面粘贴内容为：“热烈祝贺**儿童乐园**店隆重开业” 3、乐园内的布置
乐园内应多悬挂一些气球，风格以红黄色调为主调，体现热情、红火、喜庆！ 4、礼品的布置
礼品的摆放要有气势，堆头要大，给人感觉礼品很多，很值钱等。目的只有一个，要吸引路过顾客的注意，营造开业人气。
（三）、开业活动的人员安排
