漓江发原于“华南第一峰”桂北越岭猫儿山，流经桂林，阳朔，至平乐县茶城河口，全长170公里，是喀斯物地形发育最典型的地段，酪似一条青罗带，蜿蜒于万点奇峰人间人称“百里漓江，百里画廊”。新版人民币20元背面，就是漓江山水的一段。
