还是在上幼儿园的时候，我就从动画片里认识了孙悟空、唐僧和猪八戒。随着年龄的增长，又通过多次阅读少儿版的《西游记》，以及观看电视连续剧《西游记》，终于了解了这个讲述唐僧和三个徒弟历尽艰险，降妖伏魔，经历八十一难取经的故事，并且知晓它是中国古典文学的四大名著之一。
上四年级时，老爸发现我迷上了少儿版的《西游记》，担心我会“走火入魔”，于是对我说：少不看西游，老不读三国。这句谚语的意思是说，此书充满了神奇的色彩，少年儿童因为年幼天真，爱幻想，很容易把书中的那些神话故事当成是现实生活里真实存在的。于是，爸爸跟我一起将书里的故事与现实加以对比。通过细致的比对发现，无论是书中神仙们的法力手段，还是故事中揭示出的复杂社会矛盾，很多内容都跟当今的社会现实真的可以联想啊。比如：孙悟空一个筋斗云就能飞上十万八千里，这跟当今军事上的远程火箭和神六科学飞船有的一拼；孙悟空拔根毛吹出无数个孙悟空，不就是现在的生态克隆繁殖技术吗？再比如，孙悟空举起金箍棒，扫除妖魔鬼怪的气概，绝对是代表着社会的正义力量，他那种不屈不挠的斗争精神，是人民战胜各种困难的写照。而在取经路上所遇到的那些妖精，可以看成是邪恶势力的象征，或者是各种自然灾难的比喻。此外，书中还揭示了一些不平等的社会现象，如：尽管孙悟空的本事很大，能打败玉皇大帝手下的十万天兵天将。但是，当他被招上天庭之后，却只能被大材小用地当个马夫；按照佛门的规定，僧人是不能迷恋钱财的。可是，佛祖对手下弟子向唐僧索要礼品的犯戒行为却不加管教。还有，在被制伏的一些妖魔中，与神、佛关系密切的也不少，如：青牛精和金、银角大王，因为它们是太上老君的坐下骑和身边童子，就可以逃脱金箍棒的严惩；狮驼岭上的那三个魔王，也分别是文殊菩萨和普贤菩萨的坐骑，而法力高强的那个大鹏精居然还是如来佛祖的亲戚。总之，有后台的妖怪都被接走了，没后台的妖怪都被一棒打死了。。。。。
