第五篇：质量分析会发言稿
“把小事做精，把细节做亮”，在鲁中工作的15个年头里，我一直是这一倡导和这一精神的执着的实践者。今天我发言的内容主要是两个部分：一是高一（16）班的班级建设；二是关于期中成绩情况。
首先是关于班级建设，我主要抓了班级文化建设，班干部队伍的培养，好习惯的养成，共识的达成。八字班训：“真诚，大气，谦冲，卓荦”；两则学生自己制定的班级文明公约（学生的能力超乎我们的想象）；班刊---荷角，班级墙上的一些警示语如静能生慧，勤能补拙等等，以上这些都是班级文化建设的组成部分，达到了“随风潜入夜，润物细无声”，“此时无声胜有声”的效果吧。
本着“事事有人做，人人有事做”的原则，培养一支“想干，肯干，能干”的班干部队伍。明确职责，落实任务，相互合作，定期考核。我们是人人轮流做值日班长，并制定了值日班长一日工作职责。
好习惯的养成。一个好习惯的养成至少需要7到8周的时间。首先是好习惯的选择，好习惯的培养，好习惯的强化。（举长城中学学生的例子） 我就举一个例子：为了培养学生较强的时间观念，人人须养成戴手表的习惯。在校园里我们通常可以看到这样的画面：学生在超市里排长队买零食，早自修在打扫包干区（皇帝不急太监急），早自修补做前一天的作业，自修课里窜近窜出上厕所倒水等。这些现象的背后其实是学生缺乏较强的时间观念，不能合理地管理自己的时间，就像脚踩西瓜皮滑到哪里算哪里。不能做自己时间的主人，也就无法做自己学习的主人！我班的学生人人都必须戴手表，早上都是这样的节奏，起床---吃饭---做操―上早自修。周二中午，中饭---大扫除---新闻周刊（每周雷打不动的事），周日晚整理前一个星期所学的知识，包括错题的整理，拓展训练，看看教室后面书架上面的好书等。
一些共识的达成。有关于纪律，竞争，成绩，责任，安全，评优，等，也包括手机，恋爱等敏感的话题。我也举一例吧，对待成绩的认识。成绩不是绝对秘密的东西，如果你要有拿得出手的成绩，必须更加主动，更加勤奋，更加专注，更加高效！每位同学的每次月考，期中考，期末考的成绩，我都会通过校讯通平台第一时间发给家长（家长有权知道孩子的成绩），还会对于成绩波动较大的逐一与其家长沟通（便于家校合力，共创佳绩），还会把成绩分析表贴到学生的成长联系册（便于同学更好得反思，制定下一步可行性目标）。
其次是关于期中成绩，因总成绩没有平行班可以参考，只能与本班上学期的期末成绩比较。其实与自己的过去比，即纵向比较也是非常必要的。第一，前几位头羊的波动较大（前四次的大考第一名已经换了4次）。第二，跟1班比，语文英语的优势并不明显。第三，数学永远是我们的突破口。第四，对于选课，这个新事物，我们班的孩子及家长都特别烦！
最后真心感谢高一（16）班的全体任课老师，你们的陪伴，你们的认真，你们的智慧，你们的幽默，孩子们都看在眼里，记在心里的。同时感谢学校领导和年级领导的关心和指导，我相信高一（16）班的明天会更加美好的！

大家好!
今天，因为孩子们的缘分，我们走进了--班的教室。首先，对各位家长能在百忙之中抽出时间来参加这次家长会表示衷心的感谢!转眼间，孩子们升入四年级已两个多月了。在各位家长的密切配合下，在各位任课教师的悉心教育下，孩子们各方面均取得了不同程度的进步，班级的工作走向正规。

一、班级基本情况介绍

班级是学校最基层的组织单位，也是学生成长成才最直接的环境。我们紧密配合学校的工作，大胆探索，勇于实践，强化学生的自主意识，尽心培养良好的班级作风，促进班级建设。
二、期中成绩分析及学生在校的表现的汇报
期中考试是对学生半学期以来学习情况的检测，这次考试，其中涌现出了一部分成绩优异的同学，全级前十名共有19人。总分在400分以上的共74人，优秀率达到82G。在期中考试中反映出了一些问题，我们要引起重视，也希望家长配合教育。主要问题有：
1、部分学生学习目的性不够明确，学习的自主性较差，缺乏自觉性。
2、部分学生的学习习惯和方法不正确，效率较低。如没有时间观念，书写潦草，屡教不改等等。
3、学生的学习自觉性较差，没有主动性，做什么事都要老师监督着，班干部看着，甚至于在后边盯着。
对于以上问题，希望引起家长重视，并给与我们大力支持。
