很荣幸能为大家作国旗下讲话，我今天国旗下讲话的主题是：坚持理想止步于现实的迷茫。
有人说，人一辈子就是一个个梦想连接起来的，所以说人生如梦。梦就是理想。一个梦想实现了，就会有新的梦想产生。有了新的梦想就有新的追求，人生就有新的目标，就会天天去奋斗。人为什么总是快乐并充满活力，就是持续的梦想在前面引领着、召唤着……
美国当地时间2月24日下午，李安执导的电影《少年派的奇幻漂流》入围本届奥斯卡最佳影片、最佳导演等重要奖项在内的11项提名，并最终夺得最佳导演、最佳摄影、最佳视觉效果及最佳配乐4项大奖。《少年派》还被美国电影学会评为年度十佳影片，另外它的全球票房也高达6亿美元。这部电影让李安投入了四年的时间，也是他导演生涯中拍摄最艰难的一部电影。今天我们看到了李安获奖的风光，但事实上我希望大家可以看到他获奖前长时间默默无闻的艰辛以及对理想的执着追求。“你要记得心中的梦想”，李安用一生去践行并让我们懂得有梦想的人才能托起奥斯卡。
坚持理想，这本应是引导人类社会不断进步的主流正能量，但在这个社会已日渐弱势。取而代之的，是各种负能量在众多领域的攻城略地。失去理想的我们很容易迷失于单一的价值观，读书工作只为赚钱，成功标志只认房车。教育失智、生产失义、管理失职、社会失信，看似我们牺牲了自己的现在，但失去的却是所有人的未来。
对同学们来说，小时候曾有的理想可能还如此鲜活地保存在我们的记忆中，但可惜的是很多同学已经不知道自己每天的努力和付出是为了什么。所以我们要追问自己的`内心，唤醒曾经的理想，或者重新认识自己，调整自己的理想。托尔斯泰将人生的理想分成一辈子的理想，一个阶段的理想，一年的理想，一个月的理想，甚至一天、一小时、一分钟的理想。这告诉我们，理想并非空洞的大话，并非遥不可及的虚幻。细微处的自我要求也是理想，当下也可以有自己的理想，时时刻刻努力成就那一个理想中的“我”，将理想变成一个习惯，有一天，我们会发现，理想其实就在我们脚下。
在我们的校园中，我经常能看到同学们经过努力梦想花开的时候。在运动场上，怀着挑战自我的梦想，同学们奋力拼搏，有老师和同学们的加油和喝彩声为你的梦想见证；在“一二九”的比赛中，从小学一直到高中从未舞蹈过的男生们，怀着为班级争光的梦想，克服心理障碍，最终一场场精彩的表演在舞台上呈现，有老师、同学、家长的掌声和欢呼声为你的梦想见证；三年来你在教室、图书馆、寝室留下的忙碌的身影和在镇中复古的石板路上奋斗的足迹为你的梦想见证。梦想在心，更需付诸行动。追求理想的道路上没有一蹴而就，只有脚踏实地。
对我们老师来说，作为一名教师，我们所选择的教育事业，更需要胸怀崇高理想。很难想象，一个没有理想的教师怎能培养出有理想的学生。“梓材荫泽止于至善”是我们全体镇中教师共同的价值追求和职业理想。胸怀这份理想，我们对事业，就会充满激情，勇于担当，全力以赴。胸怀这份理想，我们就能够心情愉快地接受学校交给的每一项任务，认真做好经手的每一件事情。胸怀这份理想，我们对名利、得失，就能淡然处之坦然应对，不为所累不为所扰。把关爱献给学生，把帮助献给同事，把投入献给事业，把修养留给自己。
老师们，同学们，不管走多久，不论走多远，都不要忘了我们为什么而出发。唯有坚持理想，能让我们止步于现实的迷茫和混乱，找到前进的正确方向。然后你所要做的就是给理想一点时间，一点坚持，那么你终将收获属于你的有意义的人生。

I believe that as long as all of our young people unite together and perform our own functions that study hard in school and work hard after we graduating from university . We must be able to achieve our great dream meanwhile enrich ourselves unwittingly!
