一、掌握带团细节，不出漏洞，避免损失
接送站、团队餐、购物和个人习惯。接送站虽然不算复杂，也不太容易出现问题，但一旦出现，必定是大问题，接站失误会影响团队中所有游客的旅游情绪，之后在你带团过程会增加沟通障碍，送站则更为关键，一旦因为导游的工作失误而导致误机误站，所产生的损失包括补票费、住宿费和餐费等将全部由导游承担;在用餐方面，导游需要注意的是目前在北京团队餐的餐标通常很低，餐厅只能保证八菜一汤的数量，而质量方面就需要导游来监督了，导游通常要在接站时就为用餐上可能出现的矛盾比如用餐质量、餐厅环境和排队等问题做好事先铺垫，让游客有个心理准备，不至于在用餐开始时闹情绪;购物是导游创造收入的最佳途径，而游客对购物也有比较特殊的情绪，这一点上我们在下面的第六条中会做详细说明;关于个人习惯，这里要说的是卫生和安全方面，作为一个导游以室外工作为主，北京的天气相对干燥多风，对于个人卫生方面尤其注意，在夏天坚持每天下团后洗澡，避免身上出现异味，这是对游客的尊重也是对自己的尊重，在服装搭配上也要注意，我们建议在第一天接站时最好穿正装，以衬衫或西服为主给游客以职业导游的感觉，在后面几天由于需要长距离的行走和爬山，建议改为休闲装，不过要注意色彩的搭配;安全这里指的是财产安全，目前在北京，导游带团中涉及到的门票和餐费一般都由导游现金支付给对方，导游携带的包内时常会超过万元，还有用于餐厅和购物店的单据，导游要注意保管，避免遗失或失窃。
二、妥善处理客人、司机、全陪、旅行社和景区的关系
地陪、全陪和司机是一个服务集体，三人要在导游服务过程中及时商量工作的进展细节，以及应付可能出现的问题，一个团队对于旅游好坏的感受，很大程度取决于这个服务集体的合作情况。在这三人中地接导游要占主导地位，全陪和司机全力进行配合，但实际情况往往并不是这样，尤其是对新导游来讲。有时候全陪依仗组团社的名义对地接服务方面指指点点，不愿配合地接导游的工作，而司机有时也因为赚不到钱也会发牢骚，甚至与游客或导游争执，这是需要地接导游从中协调，来努力创造一个相对和谐的合作气氛。新导游在谈话技巧和为人处事方面可能还不够老到，但只要向对方表现出足够的诚意和耐心，相信无理取闹的人还是非常少的。作为地陪来讲，对全陪要主动争取配合，及时沟通信息;对司机要做到互相尊重、互相谅解。

要培养自己一个善于总结的习惯，在下了一个团之后，写一篇心得，记录下自己上团时经历的事情，遇到的困难，得到的收获等等，甚至可以详细到团队住宿饭店的评价，司机的信息，上团的收入等，坚持这个整理经验的习惯，你手上的这些资料，将是你在忙过第一年进入淡季后最好的学习材料。你会感觉你的带团技能比别的新导游要快数倍不止。很多老导游到现在还坚持着这个习惯。
四、准备好欢迎词和欢送词，快速拉进与游客之间的关系，了解客源地的情况
欢迎词包括问候、自我介绍、城市介绍、旅游行程介绍、预先提醒、旅游注意事项等，前三项在书中已经有了比较详细的阐述，这里重点说说后三项，关于旅游行程介绍，主要是要游客明白自己在北京的这几天主要要去什么地方、吃什么风味、进什么商店，因为游客手里大多也有一份组团社发给的行程，所以这里导游的工作实际上是核对双方的行程有什么不同之处，如果只是时间上有些出入的话，向游客简单解释下就可以了，但如果发现有什么地方完全不同或缺少项目的时候要立即向旅行社汇报，以求得到及时处理。

首先我非常感谢安徽华夏旅游学校给我这次实习的机会，同时，我要感谢我的父母对我实习的大力支持。
我们这次实习在泰州市，泰州是有2100多年历史的文化古城。自古以来，这里就是商贾云集、人文荟萃之地，唐代书法评论家张怀灌、宋代教育家胡瑗、明代“泰州学派”创始人王垠、京剧大师梅兰芳等历史名人都诞生在这里。泰州特产有长江三鲜〈刀鱼，鲫鱼，河豚鱼〉、烧饼，还有泰州三麻〈麻油，麻糕，麻饼〉，若你想品尝泰州特产，可以到这边来，这里有美味佳肴，有动人的夜景，只要你把钱准备充足就可以。我可以推荐你到嘉銮国际大酒店享受最细致的服务。
实习的前一周是军训时间段，酒店要求，每批新员工都要参加军训。军训培养人的团结意识和吃苦耐劳的精神。在学校后期时间每天早上起来花20多分钟用餐，10分钟洗漱，共用30分钟准备时间。上午正式开始军训。那时一站军姿就站1至2个小时。记得有一次早上下起大雨，我们还在训练场上站着，老师也没有让我们回去。这说明军训要求很高，管理很严。到军训结束的那一天，大家都很高兴，因为不要再受老师的管束，感觉自己解放了。

五月份，嘉銮国际大酒店又开始学习管理五常识。五常识的用处是能把酒店改造出来，展现企业能力和生存力。它会教你如何做好每一件事，管理方法是多种多样的。在工作和生活上我很认真去学习五常法，它将会给我带来许多的奇迹，这需要我从自己身边小事去学习和发现。
五常法是当今企业一个重要的管理方法，特别在中小企业发展过程中，五常法可以起到重要的作用。五常法会改变一个企业对员工的行为规范要求。企业在不断发展壮大，五常法管理在不断运用，人人行五常，企业更辉煌。在工作中也要注意细节，细节是很重要的，一个好员工会注意到自己公司的细节，说明他每天上班都在观察各个细节问题，哪个是对的，哪个是错的，并学会扬长避短。

许多借口总是把“不”、“不是”、“没有”、“与我”联系在一起，其中的台词就是“这事与我无关”，不愿意承担责任，把本应自己承担的责任推到别人身上。一个部门中，是不应该有“我”与“别人”的差别的，一个没有责任感的员工，不能获得同事的信任和支持，也不能获得上司的信赖。如果人人都寻找借口，无形中会提高沟通的成本。
找借口的人很容易养成拖延的坏习惯。他们一个小时可以完成的工作需要半天的时间。因为工作对于他们而言，只是一个接着一个的任务，他们寻找各种各样的借口，拖延逃避。找借口的人总是因循守旧的人，他们缺乏创新的精神和自发工作的能力。期许他们在工作中作出创造性的成绩是徒劳的。接口会让他们躺在以前的经验、规则和思维惯性上舒服地睡大觉。
工作就要认真踏实，这句话是以前新嘉年华宾馆的唐部长说的，先做人后做事，遵守酒店的一切规定，严守纪律，做一名合格的员工。虽然我的部门是个艰苦的部门，但是我还是努力地工作，把上司分配的任务完成。有一句话我一直记在心里，“努力是想把工作完成，用心是想把工作做好”。通过不断地努力工作，我得到了我的部长的认可。我会在以后的工作中更加勤奋地学习，做好每一件事，完成上级领导分配的任务，最终结果是要得到领导对我工作的认可。

Entering the Temple , the first comes to sight is 10 m high gate, on the arch of which there hangs a horizontal inscribed board: Temple of Solitary Joy. Entering the Avalokitesvara Pavilion, the very sight is a huge standing Avalokitesvara Statue. If one stands by it, his height is only up to her ankle. The Statue, 16.27 m in height, is the biggest clay sculpture of Avalokitesvara in China. Two statues of attendant Bodhisattvas under the knee of Avalokitesvara are also 3 m in height. This kind of structure is not only beautiful and strong, but also adds the space of the upper part of Budha statues. On the four walls inside the pavilion, colorful murals are painted, the theme of which is the images of 16 Arhats and 2 Ming Dynasty Emperors, which are the earliest subjects of Buddhism. On he murals, 2 m high Arhats with 3 heads and 4 arms are extremely lifelike and Ming Emperors on the four walls are full of power and grandeur. On the upper part of the murals, there are mountains, forest, cloud and river, while on the lower part, there are paintings of secular themes with vivid and natural lines, which embody the superb the skill and arts of painting of ancient Buddhism in China.
