东莞理工学院城市学院“首届英语配音才艺大赛”活动总结

2009年12月16日晚上七点半,东莞理工学院城市学院首届英语配音才艺大赛决赛在大礼堂隆重举行,出席本次比赛的嘉宾有团委书记杜鹏举,文学与传媒系主任陈庆祝 ,文学与传媒系书记孟颖,文学与传媒系英语教研室主任李玲玲老师、外教以及教研室的各位老师,还有学生会各委员。来自英语教研室的七位老师担任评委。

首届英语才艺大赛是由院团委以及英语教研室主办,院学生会学习部承办,中国移动为主力赞助商,学习部部长黄妙婵为负责人的一场学术性活动。为了提高学院学习英语的气氛以及水平,发掘学院的英语人才,本次活动得到学校的大力支持,老师的耐心指导,决赛当晚全场采用英文,包括主持人的台词以及老师点评,都是英语的。

首届英语才艺大赛,正如标题是首届,史无前例,因此也算是城市学院学术性活动的一种形式创新,对于学生来说也是一件新鲜的事情,因此,做好前期宣传工作是极其重要的事情。

首先是要向学生老师们解释清楚什么是“配音才艺大赛”,具体怎么操作。题目分为两部分理解,“配音”加“才艺”,为了把这活动搞得更有创意更有特色我们在“配音”上加“才艺”,让参赛者为电影配音的同时再加上模仿电影里面的动作。虽然我们知道这种比较操作起来很简单,但是简单的配音并不能体现玩家的综合水平,所以增加了难度。

然后12月30日,1日开始排宣传单张,接受报名,为了防止人才的流失,在12月3日、4日的初赛中还接受现场报名。这次比赛的报名人数接近300人。各系、各年级的人报名参加比赛,其中大部分来自文学传媒系。从报考人数来看,学院的英语氛围还是很浓厚的。

参加本次活动初赛的有200余人,进入复赛的有72人。

初赛是以个人的形式来参加的,复赛和决赛都是以组队的形式来参加的。复赛组队是参赛选手自行在进入复赛的72名选手中组队。12月10日,共23支队伍分别在3406、3407、3408参加了淘汰赛,经过激动人心的比赛,经教研室老师评选,最后选出了39人进入决赛。

由于吸取复赛时候得到的经验,学习部决定应该重新组队,因此,学习部跟39位选手召开会议,并现场进行组队,组成10队参加决赛,并要求选手抓紧时间排练。

决赛当晚,在宣传部布置的舞台以及文娱部灵活控制灯光等等的舞台效果下,加上参赛选手超常发挥,克服了由于时间匆忙等等原因引出的各种问题,整个活动表现得出人意料的好。选手们流利的英语,绘声绘色的对白、动作模仿等等,让原本单纯的配音变得让人耳目一新,全场欢呼,鼓掌叫好!有人说,这是一个“貌似英语话剧,又高于英语话剧的新形式——英语配音才艺大赛。

”本次活动中每一队选手表演完都会有老师的提问,在选手跟老师的对话中,可以充分表现出选手的口语水平,这一部分也能把整个活动的目的和性质进一步推向了高质量的学术性活动,也能让台下观众从中学英语。

选手们选取的片段都是欧美经典的电影片段,而且有些难度比较大,甚至包含了唱歌跳舞等动作,这一系列都表现了选手的水平是很高的。

由于选手们表现出色,配音才艺比赛于晚上9点圆满结束。本次比赛选出了两位“绝世音雄”以及一名一等奖,两名二等奖,三名三等奖以及四名优秀奖。

值得一提的是,目前最流行的互动游戏,猜猜英文歌曲,充分体现了学生对英语的热爱。

颁奖典礼前,两位外教应邀作了总结和点评,受到了观众的热烈欢迎!

活动完毕,部门做了个即场总结以及要求部门的所有人写一份以上的心得总结等。

结果公示交由宣传部,除了时间比较紧迫,这个活动总体上是受到参赛者的大力支持以及赞誉,受到同学的好评。

虽然,整个事件到最后一晚出现了一个极好的奇迹,但是,说是奇迹,我们知道这条路是不容易的。在这短短的不到一个月的时间内,举办了面向全院的首届的没有前辈留下什么经验的英语配音才艺大赛,确实让我们有着万千感慨!

首先,方案在十一月底批下来的,一批下来,我们就立刻筹备,开展工作,同时一系列问题也就出来了。首先,预赛遇到的问题是人太多,面试时间紧,而且有点乱。甚至有些参赛者也不确定配音才艺大赛的目的。

为什么要加才艺!第二,在面试的时候,部门准备得还是不够充分。应该好好安排人手哪些该负责签到,那些负责面试,人手分配出现了一些问题。

三是法官自身素质有待提高。

其次,作为主办方,我们未能为选手提供良好的排练环境和具体的训练。要是来年再办此活动,应该提前做好策划好所有工作,不该把比赛规则以及时间地点改了又改!由于我们的疏忽,原定在是星期四晚举行的,由于的大礼堂场地的使用已被人申请了,所以不得不提前,让原本匆忙的时间变得更紧迫。

再有,**的去人声技术是整个比赛关键,把有关**的种种问题都交给承办单位来处理,这样使自己部门的工作量大大增多了。因此,建议下年再办,应该由参赛选手自己想办法处理好**的质量问题,最后把自己要参赛的**消去人声交到学习部即可。因为考虑到主办方要统筹整个比赛的全局,所以不应该在参赛作品上浪费太多时间。

有心参赛的同学会想法设法做好的。其中牵涉到本活动最大的关键其实是时间问题,经过这个活动,我们知道举办这么大型的活动是不能用这么匆忙的时间的,要一个活动搞得高质量,必须提前准备,日后必定要把时间安排好。

最后,部门里的人不够勤快,这关系到部门的风气,应该整顿。

学习部首次承办如此大型的学术性活动,并且能圆满结束,还有赖于给部门的合作,这从中看到部门与部门间是密不可分,互相帮助的。因此,各部门之间保持良好关系也很重要

除了时间比较紧迫,这个活动总体上是受到参赛者的大力支持以及赞誉,受到同学的好评。
