为加强学校水电管理，提高水电管理人员的服务意识、服务质量、服务效率，确保师生正常用水用电的需求，最大限度地减少用水用电的浪费，甲方聘请乙方为学校水电工工作人员，为维护甲、乙双方权利，经协商，双方达成如下协议：

一、乙方工作职责：

四、安全责任：

五、其他事项：

3.6若病假连续超过三天，公司支付三天基本工资的一半。超过三天的部分则按现行照法定病金支付。若病假持续，符合社会保障部法定病金的相关规定，则从病假的第一天起，公司只支付法定病金，所有的病假都应有医学证明。

四、雇佣合同的解除和终止

4.1 合同期满双方不再续签或者双方约定的合同终止条件出现时，雇佣合同即终止。

4.2 经合同双方当事人协商一致，本合同可以解除。

4.5 乙方被证明无法完成本合同项下的工作任务，甲方有权随时解除本合同。

第三篇：雇佣合同

甲乙双方在自愿、平等的基础上，协商一致，达成以下条款：

一、甲方聘请乙方为装载机司机。

九、乙方必须按照装载机的操作规程严格规范操作，如因违规操作造成乙方及他人的人身安全及健康问题，由乙方自行负责，与甲方无关。

十、工作范围之外，如果乙方外出，发生的任何意外，由乙方自行承担，甲方概不负责。

十一、合同的变更、终止和解除

1、岗位聘任合同签订后，甲、乙双方必须全面履行合同规定的义务，任何一方不得擅自变更合同。确需变更的，双方应协商一致，并按原签订程序办理。双方未达成一致意见的，原合同效力不变。

第四篇：雇佣合同

一、聘用期限

乙方工资分家汇和在船领取两种支付方式，家汇薪为_________美元/月，其余工资在船领取，领取日为每月_________日。甲方应完全保障乙方获得租船人或其他有关方面给予的利益。

三、工作时间及加班费

乙方通常工作时间为每天8小时，每周40小时，星期六、星期日为固定加班，每周56小时为正常工作时间，超过56小时之外的工作为额外加班。但通常情况下，每24小时内乙方应至少连续休息8小时。如确因工作原因不能保证，该情况每七天内只能出现一次。

乙方如系持证高级海员则只有固定加班费，如系普通海员，除固定加班费外，额外加班时间应按小时支付费用。

中国国内法定节日每年10天(春节3天，五一节3天，元旦1天，国庆节3天)，乙方在上述法定节日的工资按双倍日基薪计算。

四、伙食费

乙方的伙食费标准为每天不低于4.5美元，具体的食物和物品供应依据甲方规定。

五、劳保用品

甲方按附件2的标准，为乙方提供安全生产所必须的劳保用品。

六、医疗及病假工资

乙方在合同期内受伤或生病，甲方负责承担住院、治疗、食宿等一切费用，并发给基本工资。如经一年的治疗后乙方仍不能康复，甲方可按照保赔协议的规定，一次性支付乙方费用后免责。

七、伤亡保赔

甲方按不低于香港雇员赔偿条例(香港法规282章)的规定标准，向有声誉的船东互保协会投保乙方自离开中国国境起至返回中国国境止的一切人身意外(包括疾病)险，并负责事后追偿。甲方保证将所有赔偿如数交付派出乙方的代理公司，并由代理公司全数交还乙方或乙方的法定继承人。

如乙方在合同期内死亡，甲方除按上述保赔标准赔偿外，还须付清乙方所有应得收入、返还遗物、妥善安置骨灰并支付丧葬费。

八、航行区域

乙方服务的船舶应在_________航区航行，如需要改变航区，应事先与乙方代理公司及乙方商量。

如甲方的船舶需驶往战争或类似于战争的区域或有战争危险的区域，甲方须与乙方协商一致，并对乙方的基薪和本合同第七条款中的所有保险和赔偿加倍。如乙方不同意航行，甲方负责将乙方转船或安排回国。

战争或类似于战争的区域或有战争危险的区域的界定以本合同第七款的船东互保协会的最新规定为准。

九、登船及遣返费用

甲方负责乙方因登船产生的费用，但乙方在船发生弃船、漏船事件时，需自行负担上船的费用。

甲方负担乙方下述情况的遣返费用：合同到期;因病或因伤提前结束合同;因雇主原因结束雇佣合同;船舶灭失、搁浅或卖船;船舶被扣超过14天;航程中配偶、子女或父母生命垂危或死亡。但甲方不负担下述情况的遣返费用：乙方要求提前结束合同;乙方漏船、弃船;乙方因违约行为、违法行为以及任何不当行为而遭遣返。

十、规章制度的遵循

乙方应诚实、守信，恪尽职守，服从船长或上级的合理指令，并遵守以下规定：履行自己的岗位职责;不能保存任何凶器或枪；不得有任何不文明或不健康的行为，如吸毒、打架、酗酒、吵架等;遵守雇主为船舶正常航行而制定的规章制度，包括安全制度。

十一、合同终止及解雇费

甲乙双方均可提前一个月书面要求提前解除合同。

甲方因船舶灭失、搁浅、卖船等不可抗力作用，可提前解除与乙方的合同，但需支付乙方解雇费用，费用标准为：乙方在船工作不足6个月，发给2个月的工资;超过6个月，发给1个月的工资。如不可抗力作用导致乙方物品损害或灭失，甲方应予以赔偿，但数额不超过_________美元。

乙方违法或有等严重或实质性违约行为时，甲方可要求提前解除合同，并不需要承担责任。

十二、争议处理

甲乙双方在履行合同过程中产生的争议，首先应由甲乙双方协商解决，乙方的代理公司有权代表乙方及家属出面协调。如果协商不成，凡因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议均应提交香港国际仲裁中心，按照该中心有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁为终局裁决，对双方均有约束力。

十三、合同文本及生效

本合同正式文本及附录一式两份，各用中文和英文书就，双方各执一份。两种文本具有同等效力。本合同自双方共同签署之日起生效，至合同双方规定的一切责任、义务履行完毕后结束。

第五篇：雇佣合同

甲方：

现应甲方需求，乙方申请，乙方承诺为甲方提供家政服务。为明确双方权利义务，特订立如下合同，供双方共同遵守：

一、双方约定事项：

1、乙方需完成甲方宝宝手术后的恢复照顾，保证为宝宝日常三餐的制作。以及甲方家的日常家务。

2、服务期限：年月日起至年月日止。如有续签请于本合同期满前一周，有甲乙双方协定续签事宜。

3、服务费用：甲方每月支付给乙方人民币元。大写：。

第六篇：雇佣协议书

一、甲方提供证件齐全有效的车辆给乙方驾驶。

二、乙方应有准驾资质，且品行端正、身体健康。

三、甲方按每天元向乙方支付劳务报酬。

四、甲方承担车辆的油料及保养费用。乙方对车辆的"五油三液"负有每日检查的责任，在车辆正常使用中出现故障或异常，乙方应立即通知甲方或将车辆开至甲方指定维修厂，以确保用车安全。

五、如因乙方原因导致的违章罚款，或因操作不当发生交通事故或其他事故造成的一切后果由乙方承担（交通管理部门事故认定书为乙方负事故次要、同等、主要、全部责任的）。

六、乙方不得把所包车辆转借给任何第三者使用，不得用车辆进行盈利性经营。

七、本协议在执行过程中如发现有未尽事宜，由双方平等协商解决。

八、甲乙双方任何一方违约，违约方都须承担相应的赔偿责任。

九、甲乙双方并非劳动合同关系而是临时成立的劳务关系，乙方对此清楚明白，同意不以此协议要求劳动者的待遇。

十、本协议一式二份，甲方、乙方各执一份。本协议自双方当事人签章时生效，并具法律责任。
