含鄱口位于庐山东谷含鄙岭中央，海拔1211米，左为五老峰，右为太乙峰。山势高峻，怪石磷峋，形凹如口，对着鄱阳湖，似乎要把鄱阳湖一口吞下似的，故名含鄱口。
