很幸运成为暑期英语培训班的一位成员。回顾这一周的培训，虽然只有短短的五天，虽然阳光很猛烈，虽然午餐时间只有一个小时，没有午睡的时间，可是我没觉得不习惯，更不觉得辛苦，更重要的是，我觉得自己收获了很多。
7.20的开班典礼上，教育局领导说明了此次培训的目的和纪律，刚开始的时候，我还觉得有点不近人情，可是现在想想，他们也是用心良苦啊。之后来自加拿大的校长Mr.Rogers的讲话，让我对这次培训有了一种期待。回到自己所在的班级后，Mr.Rogers的夫人Kath首先介绍了她的家庭和自己的爱好，她虽然50多岁了，从外表上看，似乎已经不再年轻，可是她的心态，她的幽默让我感受到了她的热情和活力。
7.21上午，我们三个班级所有的老师和外教一起顶着烈日，步行到鹳山公园，我们边看边写，通过see,hear,feel,smell,taste等，我们发现了鹳山公园别样的风景。在回来的路上，我在思考：

我们是一所县城的幼儿园，和xx的这些幼儿园根本没法比，但是，我们也要舍得在外部环境和设备设施上投资。在参观幼儿园时，我拍摄了好多照片，觉得很多地方可以借鉴。我们也要努力让幼儿园成为“花园”、“乐园”、成为孩子们温馨的“家园”。
二、要让幼儿教师“减负增效”
xx教授在讲座中提出：幼儿教师应该“减负增效”。现在的幼儿教师忙于搞园本课程，忙于制作教具玩具、忙于搞文档和材料、忙于观察和记录，产生了职业倦怠。我赞同xx教授的看法。前几年当我第一次听说某幼儿园已形成了自己的童本理念及课程体系时，我就煞费苦心的经常想：如果我们要形成什么课程体系，以本园教师的能力，不及啊！
三、善于学习，打造优秀团队
在听了xx幼儿园园长和xx幼儿园园长的讲座后，我对如何打造优秀幼儿园团队有了更深的认识。
团队像友谊一样要用心经营。教师是教育中的重要因素，我们要打造“充满生机与活力的现代幼儿教师”，让教师体验工作的幸福；要善于调动每位教师的潜能，让每一位教师的火都燃得旺旺的。
善于学习，勇于探索，乐于实践，就会进步。让我们以这次学习为契机，实实在在地做有利于幼儿园发展的事情，造福孩子。
最后，感谢市教委给我们这次开阔视野、激活思维、交流学习的机会。
第四篇：幼儿园培训心得体会
20xx年x月x日，两天参加了在鄂旗民族综合职业中学举办的鄂旗中小学、幼儿园公共安全教育培训。
为期两天的培训，进行了理论讲座和实践相结合的方式，给与会人员上了一堂生动形象的公共安全教育课。
12日，由旗教育局邀请到的教育学博士、现代西方警察科学的引进者之一，预防犯罪侵害专家。中国人民公安大学教授、著名青少年安全教育专家王大伟老师做专题讲座。王教授结合当前各地发生公共安全事件，运用小的形式介绍了如何来预防及减少公共安全事件的发生。下午，王大伟教授主要剖析了学校安全预案的制定及实施，各校主管领导及班主任对安全预案有了更深的理解，制定时也有了方向。
13日上午，在民族综合职业中学教学楼和操场进行了防火、防震演练，消防队员详细的讲解并演示了遇到各种类型火灾时急救方法，各位参训学员参与到活动中来，真正体验了消防队员工作强度及危险性。
此次培训虽仅有短短的一天半的时间，学员们受益匪浅。
1、安全无小事，学校安全事件，涵盖到学生的学习、生活的方方面面，必须做细、做到位。
2、学校的安全教育至关重要，安全教育应渗透到教学的每个环节中。
3、学校的突发事件预案，必须结合本校实际制定、切实可行可操作。
4、加大安全宣传力度，可通过宣传单、册、网络、报纸、板报、多媒体等手段，让学生现场参与到安全实践中来，并通过他们将向更多的人传授。
第五篇：幼儿园培训心得体会
我参加了园内教师培训，培训我们的老师是我们学校资深老人，已经有十多年教学经验，他来教导我们让我们真正的了解到了教学的美丽。
以前我们教学从来都不知道该如何去掌握，很多时候讲课都容易让我们脱离教学的接触，使得我们教学出现严重的问题，不知道该如何学术自己的学生，也不知道该怎么吸引学生听课，因此教学的质量一直都不高，导致自己教导的学生很多都不合格，让我们的教学基础出现了很大的问题。这也导致了我出现了明显的问题。就是不能带动学生。
经过了这次培训，我明白虽然幼儿年级小，但是却值得我们去照顾去关系他们，只要我们重视这一点我们就能够完成教学的安排，把教导学生的上课过程变成一种教学方式，让学生不断的去学习，不断的去提高，加大对于课堂课程的热爱读才是重点。在上课中，不能够如同教导小学生高中生一样，而应该，缓慢灵活，让他们慢慢接受。
把课堂变成一场游戏，把知识当做一个个小故事，让幼儿去认真学习，这才能够让我们的学生有更大的发展和提升，毕竟这样的学习此时我们必然需要的发展。把课堂办成真正的上课地点这样更有利于我们的教学，不能够一直催促幼儿去学习，更应该给他们更多的安排给他们更多的机会，不能只照顾他们的生存和发展，永远都不要忘记自己的责任和义务。
虽然我们教导的学生很多都是调皮捣蛋的。但是同样他们都有一个共同点，那就是他们对于娱乐和故事没有任何抵抗，把课程转变一下形势，让幼儿园的学生们接受这样的上课方式，不能死板的教学，毕竟他们还小，和他们讲道理，批评都没有什么用，因为他们不知道，很多人都没有认识几个字，批评会让他们感到害怕，与其这样，不如投其所好，让他们接受我们的教导，让他们去接受我们的领导学会更多知道更多。
这也给我们揭露了学生的内心世界，他们不是不好教导，而是没有了解他们每个学生都有共同点，用有趣的教学吸引更多的学生去接受，去听课，这才是我们今后上课的方式，不能过于僵硬，应该要灵活的教导学生，应该用更加优秀的学习方式，让学生们沉浸在学习的乐趣中，体会不一样的学习，我们主要的目标就是让他们知道学习的快乐对学习产生爱好，对我们的学习任务更加好这才是最重要的。
