第一科学决策,齐心协力,酒店年创三点业绩

(一)经营创收

酒店经过制定“大型活动紧急预案”等项安全预案,做到了日常的防火、防盗等“六防”,全年几乎未发生一件意外安全事故。在酒店总经理的关心指导下,经理级领导每一天召开部门经理反馈会,通报情景提出要求。保安部安排干部员工加岗加时,勤于巡逻,严密防控。在相关部门的配合下,群防群控,确保了各项活动万无一失和酒店忙而不乱的安全稳定。

酒店自___年8月15日试营业以来,一向处于半施工半运营的试营业期,酒店的消防未验收,致使营业执照及相关的手续未进行办理,也导致了各相关职能部门对我酒店进行了多次检查并下发处罚单,经过总经理办公室的对外协调、沟通,申请免除了市文化稽查大队、市卫生防疫站、市卫生局、派出所等部门的近10万元的罚款,避免了酒店的经济损失,并借此也与这些职能部门建立了良好的社会关系。

(二)以财务管理为目标,抓好每一项工作

1、会计基础工作方面

为了确保财务核算在单位的各项工作中发挥准确的指导作用,在遵守财务制度的前提下,认真履行财务工作要求,正确地发挥了会计工作的重要性。

2、会计管理方面

加强了酒店的资产管理、债权债务管理,加大了酒店各部的监督职能和货币资金管理。严格执行集团财务部下发的资产管理办法及内部资产调拨程序。认真设置整体资产账簿,对帐外资产设置备查登记;对酒店债权债务认真清理,每月及时收回各项应收款项;对酒店前台收银到日夜审、出纳、日常采购价格、客房成本控制等进行监督,严格控制;由会计人员监督,定期对出纳库存现金进行抽盘,并由日审定期对前台收银员库存现金进行抽盘,做到万无一失。
