岁月如梭，一学期的教育教学工作已经结束，留给我的将是新的思考和更大的努力。在这一学期的教学工作中，我注重自我思想水平的提高，努力把自我塑造好，提高自我的理性认知本事。我在教育教学的各个方面取得了必须的成绩，但也有许多不足之处，现对一学期以来在教育教学工作中的各个方面作一个全面的评价。

一、政治思想方面：

二、教育教学工作方面：
教师是学生学习的促进者，学习本事的培养者，更是学生人生的引路人。教师的任务是教书育人，但不能只做一个“教书匠”，更要做个“教育者”，要充分了解每个学生各个时期的心理状态并进行及时适度的处理，让他们的综合素质得到全面发展。此刻，我就把我在这一学期所做的工作与体会进行评价，力求在以后的教学工作中取得更大的成绩和提高。
三、工作出勤方面：
我热爱自我的事业，从不因为个人的私事耽误工作的时间。并进取运用有效的工作时间做好自我份内的工作。在教育工作中，我进取参加教研组的教研活动和学校组织的例会，进取参加工会活动、升降旗仪式。在我工作的这一学期中，没有缺席、迟到、早退和病事假的发生，严格遵守了学校的各项规章制度。
四、取得的成绩在本学期的工作中，我取得了必须的成绩
从本学期的考试成绩来看，我所教班无论从平均分、及格人数和优生人数都在同年级中名列前茅。
五、存在的不足"金无足赤，人无完人"，在教学工作中难免有缺陷。
例如：对学生还不够了解；教学方法还不够成熟等，而这些问题，只能在以后的教学工作中不断地解决。
六、改善措施：
1、多与学生沟通。教师经验不足，教学技巧性不强，难免会有学生听不懂，多些主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情景十分重要，这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育，无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不一样班级的情景，仅有沟通、了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不一样问题。另外，有些学生基础较好，加强师生间的沟通就能更好地引导这些学生更好地学习。2、注重组织教学，严格要求学生。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经构成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成教师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的，对于容易掌握的资料他们也不敢沾染，所以必须严格要求他们。由于学生缺乏学习自觉性，所以上课时间是他们学习的主要时间，教师应善于组织、调动学生进行学习，更充分地利用好上课时间。3、注重打基础。上课时多以简单的口语知识作为切入点，让学生更易理解，从熟悉的资料转到新资料的学习，做到过渡自然。对于学过的资料也可能没有完全掌握，则能够花时间较完整地复习学过资料，然后才学习新知识。作业的布置也以基础题为主。4、运用多种技巧教学，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。“兴趣是最好的教师”！教师应利用学生热情好奇的这一特点，从日常生活中的口语出发，尝试用英语与学生对话，或用趣事吸引学生注意力，引发他们的兴趣，使学生对本课程产生兴趣。并且，在教学中要运用多种教学手段，注意听力与口语的训练。
