与金桐公司签合同已经有三个月了，在过去的工作三个月里，有成功、有失败、有欢乐、也有苦恼，在领导的关怀与指导下，在各位同事的鼎力支持帮助下，我的工作能力有了很大的提高，现将三个月来的工作做一个自我评定。
(1)努力学习，不断提高操作能力。在工作中，认真学习操作知识，不断积累经验，积极参加学习培训，不断充实自己;
(2)遵章守纪。三个月来，自己在工作中做到不怕苦，不怕累，学习优秀员工的方法，认真学习本岗位各项工作任务;
(3)团结同事，共同努力，同事关系融洽，团结友爱，互帮互助，互相尊重;

3、职业道德:每天上班，各班组接班开始，坚持洞察岗位员工的思
想情绪和工作心态，防止个人情绪波动导致行为异常，给生产带来隐患。日常生产工作中，无论正面或反面的具体事项，无论日常管理或生产实际操作的具体问题，都在分析、总结经验或教训的过程中查找深层次的思想、道德和心态方面的根源，使态度决定结果、思想决定行为成为员工培训、生产管理的重要理念。
作为金桐公司的一员，我深深觉到自己身肩重任。作为企业的门面，企业的窗口，自己的一言一行也同时代表了一个企业的形象。所以更要提高自身的素质，高标准的要求自己。在高素质的基础上更要加强自己的专业知识和专业技能。
