二、在教学工作上
一、首先，本人能够严格执行学校的作息时间，不早退，不迟到，按时上下班，从不因为个人问题耽误上课，出满勤，干满点，给学生做了极好的表率。
二、教学上，我想是我在高阳一年中遇到的最大的困难，因为我是中途接手班级，刚开始无法适应学生的学习方式，例如，刚上课的时候，我发现，如果笔记，自我不抄写在黑板上，学生不会记，记笔记也没有重点，还有课堂气氛十分的沉闷，要是让学生自我讨论，举手回答的话，那是一个漫长的沉默等待，同时很多的学生都是等待答案，而自我学习的意识十分的薄弱，对于我来说前面不是自我带的，一时对于这样的状况，很难适应，而对于学生来说，我也是陌生的，我的教学方式对于他们来说也是很难适应的，于是在和班主任沟通和学生沟通后，自我在不断的调整，尽量以学生为主，改变自我的方式，同时也在慢慢的帮忙孩子们养成一些好的学习习惯和方法，具体方法如下：
