第三篇：教师个人自我评价
本人自工作以来，认真钻研教育教学方法，学习新课程理念，研究课堂、研究学生，付出终有回报，在溧阳市第四轮教育教学基本功竞赛中我荣获二等奖，在xx年度学校教师技能竞赛荣获二等奖。
