在进度控制方面，我认真学习了公司编制的进度控制办法，并根据本工程实际情景制定了具体进度控制实施办法，以建设单位要求的施工进度节点为依据，对施工方编制的总进度计划经总监审核经过后，我认真核对施工方编制的月进度计划及周进度计划，每周五中午对现场实际完成情景与周进度计划相比较，找出偏差原因，并及时与施工方生产经理沟通，要求及时采取有效措施，把进度抢回来。
