刚进公司的时候对于非工程专业出身的自我真的很没有信心，怕做不了领导交给我的任务给公司添麻烦，最明显的就是刚参加公司例会的时候我压根就听不懂公司各部门领导汇报工作汇报的是什么，更别说我们工程部涉及的那么多专业术语了。可是经理真的是一位很好的领导或者说是一位很好的教师，刚正式工作的时候她交给我的都是一些很简单的工作，可是对于我这种基础空白的人来说还是有必须的难度的，所以做的错误百出并且还浪费时间，当她明白我底子异常不好之后，再交给我任务的时候都会先耐心的教会我怎样做，连最基本的E_CEL功能和CAD功能都不厌其烦的教到位，还大胆的让我起草合同、做一些预算、计算一下工程量等，更是把走签合同的流程和走付款的流程交给我让我独立的负责了。公司的工程师也给了我很大的帮忙，他经验丰富、专业知识功底厚，在工作上给了我很多的指导，也是我提高的好教师。此刻我不仅仅能独立的完成领导交给我的任务，最明显的提高是此刻每次开会我不仅仅能听懂各部门汇报的是什么工作，并且还能从中找出那些是需要自我接下来做的工作、需要配合其他部门进行什么工作，而这些都要归功于公司各位领导和同事对我的帮忙。
经过这半年的工作，虽然成绩得到了领导及同事的肯定，工作中的不足同样需要领导及同事指点批评，我自我也认识到我有很多的缺点，最大的缺点就是粗心大意。平时我做的最多的就是工程量的统计和付款，可是我经常少算、错算或者小数点点错、数写错等，好多都是我做好了等别人审核的时候才发现这些小错误，可是一个小错误的出现就相当于我的工作白做了，不仅仅浪费时间还耽误公司的工作进程，更甚者可能会给公司带来经济损失，所以以后不论做任何工作都得认真仔细，先自检确保无误之后再交给相关领导，争取将错误率降到最低。我还有一个缺点就是自我不会做的工作不喜欢向别人请教，可能是害怕自我问的问题太简单不好意思吧，所以就自我摸索要不就上网查，可是这种方法很浪费时间，
甚至有时候上网查询的方法也是错的，还耽误工作进程。所以以后我应当丢弃这种害羞的心思，要勇于向别人学习，自我才能提高的更快。
