以我的经历，最好是在网上找，尤其是it方面的工作，更新及时，集中，可以通过在线申请，简历通过email发送，省时，省事。
简历准备以及投放：
准备简历，我觉得一定要根据你所申请的职位要求做相应的修改，当然是在基本事实求是的基础上稍作一些发挥。如果你要申请的职位和你所学以及之前的工作基本一致，一定要尽可能详细地描述你所从事的具体工作内容;如果你要申请的'职位和你所学以及之前的工作只有部分一致，但也想试试，最好改一下简历，突出你在这个职位的能力经验。如果你要申请的职位和你所学以及之前的工作不沾边，建议就别浪费感情了，除非雇主说给提供培训。
简历投放后注意事项：
