第二篇：英语教师教学风格总结

初三英语教学除了课程紧张之外，如何更好的让学生巩固知识，提高学习成绩成了当前重中之重。因此在实际教学中，如何在实际中把教学落到实处，我在这几天做了些许的尝试。

一.预习指导及时跟上。为了赶进度，预习这一关显得格外重要。如果学生不能做到充分的预习，上课时他们很难跟上课堂进度。比如单词，课堂上是很难拿出时间来学习然后检查，一般把学习的环节就放到了课下。如果学生不能自觉的去预习，单词关是过不了的。单词是基础，也是学生最为头疼的问题之一。因此只能利用课下插空指导。晨读时间，让学生利用录音机自学单词的读音及拼写。然后教师适当讲解单词以及拓展一些知识点和课文中出现的难点。再有就是预习作业的布置，在学生没有形成习惯之前，预习作业要布置的具体并且跟上检查。

二.检查到位。除了预习的检查之外，平时课后作业的检查及补偿要跟上，不能让学生有完不成作业的侥幸心理。如背诵的检查，课堂上不可能每个学生都有机会背诵一遍，因此会有学生怀有侥幸心里。利用晨读的时候再进行抽查，玩不成的课下相互检查。单词的检查也可以利用晨读的时间让部分学生到教室外面抽查，不达标的同学再次听写。每周进行一次单词考试，考试的成绩可作为周末作业分层的依据。

三.分层要求。在作业的布置上，对于基础不好的学生，相对的作业难度要降低。其他学生能背诵的内容，让他们读熟即可，让他们能够看到自己的进步及学习的希望。

付出是要有回报的，我希望这些尝试能够让我看到学生的进步，否则这种付出便没有意义，就要及时的调整了。

一个假期的沉淀，貌似成长了许多。近日来，他们在课堂上的表现积极踊跃，且口语相对七年级有了大的提高。唯有些许同学的声音有点小，所谓理不直气不壮，如此看来依然需要加强锻炼!

做法如下：

一、鼓励学生们更加广泛的应用口语去表达自己的看法，诸如日常事务。
