在刘董《依托长岭求生存，外拓市场谋发展》的讲话中，自始至终不忘长岭这个母体对我们的关心、支持与鼓励，用 “感恩”这一重要美德影响着企业及企业的每一位员工。他的阐述，使我真正领悟到感恩是一种美德，是一种态度，是一种情怀，是一种智慧的生存之道，同时也是一种迈向成功的前提和保证。当我认认真真读完刘董的报告后，深受感染，就像受到心灵的洗礼一样。没有了专业不对口的懊恼，没有了不被领导重视的苦闷，也不再有因为没有重要的事可做而产生的一种正在浪费生命的心态。有的只是奋斗的激情，成功的向往，还有一颗充满感恩的心。

学会感恩，感恩之心随身带。既然我选择了长炼机电作为衣食父母，我就要与她连成一体，也就要不单单是索取，更重要的是奉献。我知道母体成长时期还很短，还面临着很多困难，的困难是资金周转困难和人才紧缺。因此对公司的融资我都会积极响应参与，平时除努力工作之外，学习上从不敢放松，我深知只有练就了过硬的技术本领，才能随时听从母体的召唤而不辱使命。
