是否可曾感到生的有时，死的无时；生的有常，死的无常呢？
是否可曾觉得生者的可幸，而死者的可悲呢？
我的朋友中，有的为了亲情，离家出走，有的为了爱情，借酒浇愁，有的为了事业，勾心斗角。他们常常抱怨亲情，爱情，友情，事业等常给他们以无情的打击，他们说那是无尽的痛苦，他们中甚至有人想用生命的结束来换取这种痛苦的结束。他们不明白，其实，这样的痛苦也是一种幸福，对于那些遇难者，能正常呼吸就是一种无比的幸福。
死者已矣，生者犹可追。对于生者，惟有幸福地坚持着，坚持着理想，坚持着奋斗，才是对生命的感恩。
在印度洋海啸过后，一位记者曾这样写到：在班达亚齐采访，最冲击眼睛的除了到处的残垣断壁，还有就是挖掘出来的尸体。采访中记者遇到的大部分当地市民都有亲人在海啸中遇难的。在班达亚齐朗鲁军用机场附近的一个难民营，一位66岁的老大娘告诉记者，她失去了家里的六个亲人。另一位70岁的老大娘看到记者在采访，就带着一个孩子挤到人群里来。这场海啸只给她留下了这样一个小孙子：“我不知道将来会怎样。”她的眼里闪动着悲戚。
是啊，一边是死者，一边是生者，生者正在用自己的勇气和行动告慰死者，这是记者在灾区感受到的最强烈感受。正如班达亚齐总医院澳大利亚军医克罗利亚所说：我被如此惨烈的景象所震惊着，但给我印象最深的是所有人都没有失去勇气，他们团结了起来，这就给未来带来了希望。
死者的长逝让我们看到活着的幸运，生者的坚持让我们看到幸福的存在。
今天的世界风云变幻，变化的让人有种喘不过气来的感觉。在这样的世界中很少有人是一帆风顺的，经历的更多的是现实的打击和挫折，我们在学会适应的同时，更应该学会坚持，坚持真正的正确的理想，坚持不懈的努力和奋斗，才有可能，我们坚持的梦会变成最美的现实。

听到这里，有人会笑者说，谈何容易。是啊，痛苦也是会上瘾的毒药，对付这种毒药最有效的东西，我认为便是爱。我一直这样认为，无论再大的困难，只要想到父母，亲人，我就觉得那都不算什么；有他们在，我无论在哪里呼吸，都是最幸福的。
