大家好！
非常荣幸能参加今天的安全主题演讲会！
旅游业具有“无烟产业”和“永远的朝阳产业”的美称，它已经和石油业、汽车业并列为世界三大产业。市场经济的快速发展和人民收入水平的进一步提高，以及交通条件的不断完善，使得人们对旅游的需求进一步上升，外出旅游已成为人们日常生活不可缺少的一部分，我国旅游业也进入了一个蓬勃发展的时期。然而，旅游活动的增多也使得旅游安全事故发生的概率增大，旅游安全问题逐渐成为社会各界日益关注的焦点。
“安全”作为旅游业发展的基础，这两个字已经被很多人所忽略，“旅游安全”不能是一句空话。20XX年在国家扩大内需、促进消费的政策引导下，旅游消费仍将是一大热点，外出旅游的安全问题不容忽视。随着社会竞争日益激烈，许多企业涸泽而渔，单纯为了经济利益而忽视了企业赖以生存和发展的根本！特别是随着旅游规模的进一步扩大，以及自驾游比例的不断增长，安全风险依然严峻，安全监管仍然是旅游安全管理的重中之重。所以，现在我们在电视上、报纸上、网络上看到很多意外事故的发生，而这其中很多是因为人们缺乏安全知识造成的。以回顾20XX年开始火热的台湾游为例：
自20XX年7月大陆居民赴台游成行以来，本应是“小概率事件”的意外频繁发生。
20XX年4月，广东旅游团所乘游览车在台北被高空掉落的起重机吊臂砸中，造成3死3伤；
20XX年1月，一名大陆游客在台湾花莲太鲁阁被落石砸中死亡；
20XX年10月，台风鲇鱼导致台湾苏花公路塌方，20名大陆游客遇难；
今年“五一”小长假前夕，噩耗从海峡对岸传来，阿里山小火车发生翻覆事故，造成大陆游客5人死亡，上百人受伤。
一而再，再而三…… 人们不禁要问，台湾旅游安全怎么了？！安全感何存？
闹市的起重机吊臂、太鲁阁的落石、塌方的危路，这一回，小火车事件据说是因为白蚁蛀空的树干。台湾有关部门日前初步勘验后认为，此次事故非人为疏忽和机械故障造成，而是阿里山森林铁路史上首次因林木枝条断裂造成的火车翻覆意外，白蚁真菌蛀空枝条导致其断裂，巡检人员从外观上难以判别“问题枝条”。
古训有云：千里之堤，溃于蚁穴意指事故的发生从量变到质变的过程，小事的疏忽可能酿成大祸。阿里山小火车事故俨然是古训的现代版，从中可吸取的教训不言自明。倒下的树干砸中的是阿里山小火车，更是砸向台湾旅游业的又一记警钟。惨痛的教训，血的代价，让我们不得不重视安全生产，不得不将安全生产贯穿于工作中，即使你忽略了安全，但是请珍爱生命，因为生命的可贵，不容忽视，它与安全密不可分。
安全需要我们每一个人踏踏实实、勤勤恳恳地做好本职工作;需要引起全员的高度重视，时刻把它记在心间；需要我们在平日的工作中上下而求索，路漫漫何其修远；更需要我们夙兴夜寐、呕心沥血的为之奋斗。
安全到底是什么呢？
安全是一种责任。作为第三产业，旅游业的地位日益重要，责任日益重大。我们只有凭借我们的业务技术和强烈的事业心、责任心，才能确保广大职工群众的生命安全。“安全重于泰山”，由此可见安全生产是多么的重要！所谓：千里之行，始于足下；九层之台，始于垒土。只有我们每一位员工立足岗位踏实的工作，严格按照青岛交运集团的各项安全章程规范自己的行为，为企业安全尽自己的一份力，才能够铸就一条钢铁长城！
安全是一种态度。对旅游业来说，安全第一！这是我们的态度，更是我们的原则。安全是保证我们顺利完成各项生产指标的法宝，是我们取得效益的前提。所以我们就要事事讲安全，时时讲安全，并且要把它牢记心中，在我们的思想里牢牢地刻上安全第一！
安全是一种经验。前人栽树后人乘凉，前人摸爬滚打摸索出来的经验，才成为了安全生产的保障。要牢固树立防事故、保安全的思想，让前人的智慧不断地传承和发扬！
安全是一种荣誉。很多人会由有此疑问，安全是什么荣誉呢？就像20XX年1月青岛市政府为“整顿市场经济秩序、营造放心满意的购物环境”而举行的“岛城百店无假货活动”；就像是90年代，一代又一代的交运人前赴后继、呕心沥血打造出的“情满旅途”的服务品牌一样……这些都是留给我们后人最宝贵的精神财富！
追根到底，安全就是一切，是我们企业赖以生存的根本！作为青岛客运市场的领军者，青岛交运集团更是把安全问题视为工作的重中之重，“一点不差，不差一点”短短几个字，却蕴含着非常深刻的含义。有了安全，我们才能实现“比顾客的需求做得更好”的服务理念，才能更好的实现“社会需要交运，交运奉献社会”的企业使命，才能更好的实现“情满旅途”的服务品牌。只有把好安全关，将小事做成精品，将细节做到精致，才能将服务做成超值，将重复做出精彩。
