尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们：
大家好！
今天，我很高兴站在这里代表二年级组参加这次演讲。我演讲的题目是《阳光梦想，阳光飞翔》。
“放飞梦想，大声歌唱；放飞梦想，青春绽放，梦想就在不远的前方……”一曲激情洋溢的旋律，牵动了多少年轻的心。是啊，我们谁不曾仰望天际，带着憧憬，放飞梦想；谁不曾渴望带着自己的梦想，描绘人生的美好蓝图。
当然，我也不会例外，我的梦想便是：从事太阳下最光辉的职业！在孩子们花朵般的笑脸中，我甘愿做一个化春泥的护花使者，用勤奋体验人生澎湃的激情，用心去聆听教学动听的旋律，用快乐捕捉成长美丽的瞬间，用爱心呵护孩子稚嫩的心灵。
去年的夏天，我怀着远大的理想和对未来的憧憬，告别了大学那片生机勃勃的乐土，走进了xx学校。xx学校，用她那广阔而温暖的胸怀接纳了我，我有幸成为了她的一员。
但对于我来说，在阳光学校工作的第一年是学习的一年，是成长的一年，是进步的一年。想起刚刚步入工作岗位的时候，我觉得自己不过是一只刚刚学会飞翔的“笨笨鸟”，对各项工作都摸不到头绪。但是我深知“磨刀不误砍柴工”的道理，要想在未来的长空自由飞翔，我必须得先让自己的羽翼丰满起来。
于是，去年一年的时间，我蛰伏着。一面处理好办公室文书工作，一面利用副科教学的空闲时间“拜师学艺”。阳光学校是一本包罗万象的百科全书，听课、教研、学科专业培训让我深深感受到语文教学世界的独特魅力，前辈同事们谦虚谨慎真诚的处事作风、严谨务实勤奋的教育精神和丰富多彩的教学手段都深深地感染了我。正所谓“实践出真知”，对于我们这些缺乏实战经验的菜鸟来说，要学习的东西真的还有好多好多。
不经意之间，我已经与这个温暖的大家庭一起成长了一年，作为这个大家庭的一员，我由衷的感到自豪。在这短短的一年中，原本稚嫩的我们在学校的引导下逐渐走向成熟，走向理智，逐渐能够在属于自己的人生舞台上从容的面对一切工作和生活。
所以，首先请允许我在这里代表年轻老师们向关心支持我们的学校领导、帮助爱护我们的前辈老师们表达真挚的谢意，谢谢你们，是你们给予了我们父辈般的关怀、兄弟姐妹般的情谊才让我们在这个舞台上迅速地学习、进步、成长！
如今，得益于学校领导的信任，我也正式挑起班主任的重担，虽然倍感压力的沉重，但是压力承载着无限的希望和动力，这是学校为我提供实现梦想的舞台，我坚信，正是有了这种种的磨练，才为我今后的发展奠定了坚实的基矗我会继续向大家学习、提高自己的教学技能，为学校增光添彩！
