This beautiful place named“TianQuan”─my hometown, it stands near the Qingyi river at the foot of Erlang mountain, It is a small city covered by green and it’s famous for the beautiful scenery, excellent climate and long history.
In the past, it was poor. People who once came here did not want to come again ，why?The streets were full of rubbishes and the buildings were old and small，when there were strong winds the buildings were shaking as if they wanted to say “Hello”to you.
But today，with the lead of our government, many changes have taken place，life is much better than before.
First, flowing on modern agriculture, theader guide peasants to use advanced technology to develop agriculture.Such as ,keeping chickens in cages, planting fruit trees. As a result, the economy developed reasonably.
Tourism is another way to develop economy .You know that there are many interesting places in Tianquan. If you come to visit these places, the people there will offer the best for you and give you a lot of pleasure. The most famous one is “Laba He”，
There, the air is so clear and you can see trees and mountains everywhere some said：“In summer it is green like a fountain，and in winter it is white like a white jade, so it attracts thousands of towns from all over the world ”.

I am Chinese. I am proud of being a Chinese with five thousand years of civilization behind. I've learned about the four great inventions made by our forefathers. Hello， Everybody.
my hometown is lhasa, the largest city on the roof of the world. it is the heart and soul of tibet. i think lhasa is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. it is surrounded by towering mountains and rarely a day goes by when you don’ t see the deep blue sky. lhasa river is flowing quietly around the city.
lhasa is the mixture of tradition and fashion.
firstly, lhasa has a long history. it is the political, cultural and economic center of tibet. it has lots of famous sights to offer. the potala palace is the most famous, a magnificent and wonderful place to look at. in my opinion it is a unique artistic achievement of the tibetan people. likewise, the architecture, carvings and paintings throughout the city show hard work, wisdom and bravery of our people.
secondly, led by the reforming and opening policy of china, lhasa has changed a lot. many new things have arrived up here, changing the face of the city. the old and new lie side by side in lhasa.
many new buildings, schools and roads have been built here. furthermore, the qing―zang railway leading to lhasa is being built. many shopping centers have been opened, and modern technology like telecommunications is spreading. the whole city looks prosperous, and our tibetan people take on a new look. every festival, people walk around freely on the new, wide and smooth streets, wearing the beautiful traditional costumes.
right now, i am looking forward to a festival called shodün which comes in june for eating yoghurt. at this time, all my family and i gather for a picnic together at the norbulinka, a famous garden. in the garden, we sing tibetan songs, dance “guo zhuang” on the grass; eat zanba, drink butter tea and barley beer on the beautiful carpet as well. we enjoy our life. i think that this festival exhibits the open-minded and optimistic character of the tibetan people.

2011年11月29日 追求新事物不是要日日更新，不是为新而新，作为一名教师不宜固步自封，应多接受新知识，迎合知识经济的社会，运用知识发展社会，教师若有追求新知的意识，就会不断去学习、进修。2011年11月11日——11月26日，我有幸参加了云南省农村小学英语青年骨干教师培训活动，十六天的学习是短暂的，但通过《小学英语教师专业发展》、《小学英语课程教学整体设计》、《小学英语教师基本功训练与指导》等课程的学习，使我在思想上、业务理论上、工作实践上都受益匪浅，同时也看到了自己与他人的差距，明确了自己在教学上的奋斗目标，同时，也进一步了解和掌握了新课改的发展方向和目标，反思了以往工作中的不足。一些对教育教学工作很有见解的专家以鲜活的实例和丰富的知识内涵及精湛的理论阐述，使我的教育教学观念进一步得到更新。下面是我通过培训获得的几个方面的体会：
一、不断充实自己，扫除自己在英语知识方面的盲区，尤其要扎实课堂用语。教师除了要熟悉书本上的词汇、短语、句子外，还应结合生活实际，熟悉一些生活常用语、常用句子、短语，尤其是在课堂中要使用的句子，教师要达到熟练使用。比如说教室里的每个物品用英语怎么说，学生打报告应怎么说，教师应怎样回答等。俗话说：“打铁先要自身硬”，只有教师达到在课堂上能无所顾忌地使用英语的情况下，才能进一步去谈教师课堂教学水平的提高。
二、结合学生实际，选择合适的教学方法，形成自己的教学风格。培训中，指导老师们提出了许多非常好的做法，有很多是经验之谈，如临沧市的杜郎口“三三六”教学模式、寻甸的五步教学模式、丽江市福慧学校的愉快教学模式等，但经过反思，我发现有些方法不一定就实用于我所教学的班级，因而，我觉得作为教师，应该根据实际情况，摸索适合自己和学生的教学方法，借鉴并变通使用别人成功的做法，要常反思，常调整，进而形成自己的教学风格，为提高课堂教学效率服务。
三、合理使用直观教具，充分发挥教具作用，激发学生学习积极性，提高教学效率。提到直观教具，我们首先想到的将会是多媒体设备，但通过参加培训以及和老师们的交流，我觉得，多媒体设备的确有其先进的一面，但如何用好它，在什么时候用，是值得我们去研究的一个课题。老师们在培训中告诉我们，他们使用图片、简笔画、实物进行教学，同样取得了成功，由此可以说明，不管是什么教具只要用得合理，就会有它的效果，因而，在教学中，我们要深入地研究如何去用好各种直观教具。
四、营造学习英语的氛围，使英语学习成为教师和学生的共同爱好。培训中，老师们提出了一个问题，就是学生不喜欢学英语，学校里没有良好的英语学习氛围。问题提出来后，我就在思考，没有氛围，那我们就应该去营造氛围，就应该从自身做起，首先，教师要做好榜样，在平时教学中或和学生的交流中要尽量使用英语，至少在自己教学的班级是可以实现的，虽然这做起来的确有些难，就像普通话的推广一样，这么多年了，依然还存在一些不尽人意的地方，但我们要知难而上，我们还是应该努力去尝试，只要你做了，就总会有收获的，当你通过努力使一部分学生喜欢使用英语说话、交流，喜欢学习英语的时候，你会觉得你没有白付出。
五、新课程教学要求解读，把握教学方向。洪学典教授带领我们对小学英语新课程教学要求进行了解读，让我进一步明确了教学方向，更好的了解了各年段的学生应该掌握哪些知识与技能，促进了我今后的教学。
六、观看优质课，学习优秀教师的教学经验。在培训过程中王晓芸老师让我们观看了2节优质课，虽然是最后一天了有点累，但是心里有的是更多感慨，2节课都是由男老师上的，非常精彩，让我不得不觉得自己要学的还有太多太多了。在教学工作中，我一直觉得自己无论是课堂教学技能还是教学理论，都知之甚少。因此，以后要努力学习，特别是要学习一些优秀教师的教学经验，善于发现，善于积累，善于研究小学英语教学法，提高自身的教学水平和教学研究能力，不断提高课堂教学效果，坚持写好“教后反思”，在教学中反思，在总结中进步。
总之，本次培训对我来说的确是受益匪浅，从中不但开阔了我的知识视野，同时也吸取了不少新的教育方法和理论，但是在我心中还有一点遗憾，就是自己所学远远不能满足教学的需要，在此我衷心的希望在今后的教学中多开展一些类似的培训活动，多给我们一些学习的机会。
