今天下午，我们准时聚在这里，来谈谈教师的“爱与责任”。刚才我就在想，是什么力量让我们可以抛却了课余休息时间，众志成城，想要获得“爱与责任”的真谛?又是什么力量，让我们孜孜不倦奔波于三尺讲台?是什么力量，让我们年轻的一辈风华正茂却甘为人梯?又是什么力量，让朱老师、葛老师、石老师等老一辈优秀教师双鬓斑白却仍然兢兢业业地执着于教育?——是爱!这一切都源于我们对学生深深的爱。只有爱的阳光才能把坚冰融化;只有爱的雨丝才能使枯木逢春;只有爱的神奇才能点石成金!
我常常在思考，我们能给学生什么样的爱?爱某个学生，爱某些学生?爱听话的学生，爱成绩好的学生?不——这样的爱是偏爱!基于责任，我们的爱不应是偏爱，而应是博爱!博者，广大也。世界上没有两片完全相同的树叶，可每一片树叶都有属于自己的美;世界上没有两个完全相同的学生，可每一个学生都有属于自己的魅力!在董贝贝的身上，我看到了刚强;在薛海琴的身上，我看到了包容;在朱玉瑶的身上，我看到了管理;在许苏楠的身上，我看到了乐观??带着博爱的眼神去看待每一个学生，心情由此变得快乐，教学由此变得灵动，收获由此变得丰盛。
我常常在思考，我们该给学生什么样的爱?纵容的爱，无奈的爱? 不——这样的爱是溺爱!基于责任，我们的爱不应是溺爱，而应是“制”爱!这里的“制”，是“克制”的“制”，只有克制的爱才是理性的爱，只有克制的爱才能让学生拥有高尚的情操、正确的价值观!多年前，班里许多学生顺手牵羊拿了前面塑料厂里的围棋，批评教育后，他们竟然振振有辞：“其他班级的学生也拿了许多!”我狠下心来，要求他们将围棋还到塑料厂里去。我当然知道他们会遭受冷遇、鄙视甚至疾风暴雨似的呵斥，我也心疼，我也担心，我也难受啊!可是，不能因为溺爱他们而不让他们去直面错误呀!经过了这番痛苦的教育，他们悔恨交织。我庆幸，克制的、理性的爱战胜了纵容的、无奈的爱。正是出于责任，我们时刻克制着自己对学生汹涌澎湃的爱!
我常常在思考，我们必须给学生什么样的爱?很多老师给学生的是“酷”爱——酷酷的、不苟言笑的、冷冰冰的爱，实在是太酷了，让人难以亲近。试问，有哪一个学生不喜欢被人重视?有哪个家长不希望自己的孩子得到更多的爱?因此，基于责任，让热烈的爱代替酷酷的爱吧!让我们的爱如阳光般照耀学生的前程，让我们的爱如炉火般温暖学生的心灵，让我们的爱如炽光灯般点亮学生的理想!平等、交流;微笑、赞美;分享、欣赏??这一切才是教学的真谛，才是热爱的表现。
于是，我说：“因为责任，爱不再偏颇;因为责任，爱不再纵容;因为责任，爱不再冷酷!”也许，因为责任重、压力大，有人会意味深长地说：“任重而道远呵!”没关系，爱会扑平我们脚下的路，让我们走得顺畅;也许，因为责任重，生活清贫又不被别人理解，有人感慨“我们注定将孤独而悲壮地前行”。别害怕，爱会让我们团结， 爱会让我们神采飞扬。谁说我们孤独，谁说我们悲壮，我亲爱的同行们，我们同舟共济!让我们以爱为舟，以责任为桨，乘风破浪吧!
我是一名普通的人民教师，现在清坪镇民族初级中学工作，任教九年级语文，兼做班主任、年级组长工作。在教师这平凡的岗位上，任劳任怨、恪尽职守、甘于奉献，一晃就是二十几个春秋。

作为教师，在过去和现在的教学中，始终坚信教学是种良心活，特别是初三的教学工作。既选择了初三，本身就应该认为是奉献，不可能是轻松和清闲的事情。我倒认为是充实而有意义的乐趣;每届初三，我们总是起早贪黑，特别是像我们住在校外老师更苦，无论是下雨，还是刮风，春天早晨必须5点到校，冬天早晨必须五点半到校，出门时总是伸手不见五指、张口不见白牙，晚上总是查完寝室，学生睡下才能回家，此时已是10点半左右。今年正月的一场大雪，地上积雪足有脚背深，我们依然早起，按时到校。初三的几个老师冒着雪来到学校后，像一个个雪人，他们开玩笑的说，真是凄凉，于是借马志远的词《天净沙?秋思》的格调作了一首诗，我至今还清楚的记得：寒风、白雪、野狗，星光、脚印、烂摩托，教书人在路上。这足见我们辛苦的程度。但看到自己的学生成人成才，也深感辛苦并快乐着。

He went home and from then on, he went to that store every day and bought a CD, and she wrapped it for him. He took the CD home and put it in his closet. He was still too shy to ask her out and he really wanted to but he couldn?ˉt. His mother found out about this and told him to just ask her. So the next day, he took all his courage and went to the store as usual. He bought a CD like he did every day and once again she went to the back of the store and came back with it wrapped. One day the phone rang, and the mother picked it up and said, "Hello?"

各位家长，大家好!
感谢大家今天的光临。孩子入学一晃已经一学期了，我向今天所有到来的或者没有到来的家长表达我深深的谢意，感谢大家这一学期多来对我工作的支持，对学校工作的支持。如果没有你们这样的支持，孩子们不可能有这么大的进步。 今天约请大家来，和我们老师一起，主要目的就是分析前一段时间班级的一些情况,研究下一步面临的任务，制定好措施，通过我们的共同努力，做好学生的工作，使每位学生在本学期都能取得或多或少的进步。
一、汇报上学期的情况
上学期，我们班的孩子很好得完成了从幼儿园到小学生角色的转换，无论是知识的掌握、技能的形成、习惯的养成，包括思想的提升都取得了一定的进步。下面，简单向家长汇报我们班在管理和语文学习上比较有特色的地方。
1、在班级管理中树立“爱”的基调。
在班级管理中，我比较注重接近孩子，体贴和关心学生，和他们进行亲密的思想交流，让他们真正感受到老师对他的亲近和“爱” 我总是记住一句话“和孩子们交流，不妨身体低一点，声音小一点，距离近一点，道理浅一点”。即使班里个别好
动好斗的孩子，我也并没有过分指责，我看到过一些文章，大意是说爱打架孩子,多半是因为“肌肤饥渴”。所以我总是细心去发现他们聪明、负责任的优点，以鼓励为主，即使批评他也不会伤他的自尊，还在平日多给他爱抚，摸摸头、拍拍肩，拉近师生的距离。经过一学期的努力，孩子们都比较愿意亲近老师。当然，这一点也得感谢家长，是你们在支持着我的工作，在孩子面前为教师树立威信。曾有几个孩子对我说：老师，我很喜欢你，我爸爸妈妈也很喜欢你。家长的一言一行直接影响学校的教育成果。假如家长经常在孩子面前议论教师、指责教师，其结果往往削弱教师的威信，容易使孩子对教师产生怀疑和不信任，这不利于孩子的正常的成长，即使家长对教师的工作方式有意见，也要避开孩子，单独与教师或学校友好地交换看法，以取得一致的教育方法。
2、培养学生良好的行为习惯。
叶圣陶先生说过：“教育是什么，往简单方面说，只有一句话，就是养成良好的习惯……”在长期班主任工作中，使我深深地懂得小学阶段是人的成长的起步阶段，也是人的基础素质形成的开始阶段，低年级则是良好习惯养成的关键期。所以我经常要求孩子们课间不追跑打闹，做正当游戏;同学间说话要有礼貌;爱护学校的公共财务，花草树木。在学习习惯方面，我把学生的学习习惯分为一般学习习惯和特殊学习习惯。
低年级学生的一般学习习惯包括：上课习惯、课前准备习惯、作业习惯、预习(读3点要求)和复习习惯以及文具的整理习惯和使用习惯等。我根据学生的特点，首先对学生进行具体的学习行为训练。如发言时要求学生做到三大：大胆、大方、大声。
特殊学习习惯的培养。各个学科有学科的特点，因此，教学的方法，学习的方式各不相同。那么学习这些学科的习惯也就不同，就拿语文学科中的书写习惯来说，这是低年级学生一项特殊的但又非常重要的学习习惯。我不仅指导学生如何握笔、运笔，而且教他们写字的顺序，严格看书、写字的姿势，做到“一拳”、“一尺”、“一寸”。如数学、语文假如学生做错题了，都是要求不擦掉原来错的，而在后面改过正确的。，这些习惯不是一朝一夕可以形成的，需要在生活中不断巩固，反复强调，同时也希望家长在家里能够监督孩子的习惯，多些时间和孩子聊天，认真询问在学校的情况，共同培养孩子良好的学习习惯。
3、提高了学生的朗读课文的能力。我认为孩子的能否对课文的朗读感兴趣，跟他能不能把课文有感情得朗读出来有很大的关系。所以我总是要求孩子们入情入境、有滋有味地读课文，最好再加上神态动作。一学期来，孩子们的语言感悟能力有了一定的进步。
4、扩大孩子的阅读量。语文的学习是一种积累的过程，从来就没有听说语文的学习可以突击的。所以我特别注重孩子们的课外阅读，非常感谢大家对上学期我们班的捐书活动的支持，尽管书的数量不多，但孩子们已用到了极致。这些书开阔了知识的视野，影响了一部分不爱读书的孩子喜爱上了读书，同时也体会到一种付出和分享的快乐，这学期我们这项工作还要继续，希望能继续得到大家的支持。另外，我打算阅读的《三字经》的活动准备开展起来，孩子们即接触中国经典的文化，又能提高了记忆能力。本学期我还想请家长准备为孩子准备一个软面抄，用来每天抄一些古今一些经典的名句，下周一开始使用。
我们班的学生比较多，而我管理班级的原则一般是，没有特殊的事情，假如孩子的各方面情况都在我的掌握之中，我就尽量不麻烦家长，我也几乎不在家长面前告学生的状。所以我作为班主任和各位家长的联系都不是很频繁，其他老师和家长交流的机会就更少了。但是，家长又特别希望及时了解孩子在学校的情况，所以，我反而希望家长能积极及时和老师联系，一般每周都可以打我电话，特殊情况每天打都欢迎。大家可以把家庭中的重大事件，孩子的身体状况，思想表现，心理问题要让我了解，以便教师做到心中有数，对症下药。
二、对孩子的期望值不宜过高
我觉得从我们的家长角度来说，家长要定位你的期望,你要客观地看待孩子目前的水平。作为家长主要的工作应该是给孩子一些鼓励和提醒。 实际上鼓励的确能给孩子提供自信，这才是家长和老师们都应该做好的事。
三、养成读书的习惯
孩子喜欢读书，养成读书习惯，可以培养听力、理解力，成为“听话高手”，集中力和持久力也可在不知不觉中养成，另一方面，听多了故事的孩子，接触各种文章的内容，表现能力及语言表达也很好。对于书中人物的言语、行动，小孩也会思考为什么这么说这么做，思考力、解读力也同样得到培养。低年级的家长可以考虑小孩的年龄、发育、兴趣，选择好的图画书、故事书。家长还要注意，小学1年级还是幼儿园的延长教育，所以家长说给他听、念给他听是有必要的，千万不要一概拒绝：“自己看!”最好念小孩自己想看的故事书给他听，不要强迫小孩接受大人的选择，不喜欢读书的小孩，多半讨厌看见许多密密麻麻的小字，家长可选择适合幼儿的图画书，字体要大一点的。
