Youth is not a time of life; it is a state of mind; it is not a matter ofrosy cheeks， red lips and supple knees; it is a matter of the will， a quality ofthe imagination， a vigor of the emotions; it is the freshness of the deepsprings of life.

Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity， of theappetite for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60more than a boy of 20. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow oldby deserting our ideals.

Years may wrinkle the skin， but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.Worry， fear， self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spring back to dust.

Whether 60 or 16， there is in every human being's heart the lure of wonder，the unfailing childlike appetite of what's next and the joy of the game ofliving. In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station： solong as it receives messages of beauty， hope， cheer， courage and power from menand from the Infinite， so long are you young.

When the aerials are down， and your spirit is covered with snows ofcynicism and the ice of pessimism， then you are grown old， even at 20， but aslong as your aerials are up， to catch waves of optimism， there is hope you maydie young at 80.

敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《青春》。

说起“青春”，你会想到什么呢？

我会想到雨果说的“谁虚度了年华，青春就将褪色。”我会想到塞涅卡说的“我们何必为生命的片段而哭泣，我们的一生都催人泪下。”

青春就像是一首诗，当我们拥有它的时候，往往并没有读懂它，而当我们能够读懂它的时候，它却早已远去。青春是那么美好，在这段不可复制的旅途中，我们拥有独一无二的记忆，它们或迷茫、或孤独、或不安、或欢腾、或炽热、或理想，但无论怎样，它们都是我们人生旅途中最闪亮的日子。

我们或许做不到像岳飞般“三十功名尘与土”的传奇，像屈原般“虽九死其犹未悔”的坚决，像牡丹般“只有牡丹真国色”的华贵，但我们可以做到像小草般“野火烧不尽”的坚韧，像杜甫般“一览众山小”的雄心，像梅花般“零落成泥碾作尘，只有香如故”的高洁。

青春是挑战与机遇、失望与希望、荆棘与鲜花并存的'一趟列车。在这趟只有去没有回的列车中，我们无法改变过去，但我们可以从现在开始改变自己：改变自己的日常习惯，改变自己的生活作息，改变自己的兴趣爱好……为着你所向往的梦想为之奋斗。

是的，我们可以将我们的青春规划出来，规划成我们所向往的模样，并为之付诸实践。只有这样，当有一天我们回首来时路和那个站在最绚烂的骄阳下曾经青春的自己告别的时候，我们才可能说：“谢谢，再见。”

我相信我们每个人都会经历青春的年少轻狂，而且我们深知：我们的青春里有勇气，我们的路，既然选择了就会不断去延伸，没有终点。
