When Henry ford decided to produce his famous v-8 motor, he chose to build an engine with the entire eight cylinders cast in one block, and instructed his engineers to produce a design in one for the engine. Ford said, “Produce it anyway.”
“But,” they replied, “It’s impossible!”

“go right head,” said ford, “I want it, and I’ll have it.”
They went ahead, and then, as if by a stroke of magic, the secret was discovered.

有一天几遍排练下来后孩子们已经练得气喘吁吁了，我说：“你们累了，就早点休息吧！”可是没有一个孩子离开我，他们围在我身边仰着小脸恳切地说：“老师，咱们再练一会儿吧！我们不累！真的，我们不怕累！”看着孩子们汗津津的.小脸，我突然感到自己是那么的软弱。我说，你们不怕，老师也不怕，咱们一起练。排练结束后，我和孩子们一起笑着闹着，心里感受到一种从未有过的轻松，我知道是孩子们帮助了我，鼓舞了我。当我在台下看着他们成功的表演时，泪水再也忍不住地流了下来，作为一名人民教师爱的奉献是无尽的。
