大家好!
今天我演讲的题目是《超越自我，放飞梦想》!
我们都曾有过梦想，有过美好的梦想。梦想是天上的星星，又是我们生命的航标。梦想是理想的翅膀，是待起航的航船。拥有梦想，才会拥有未来。
任何一个天才，都曾经有过梦想。
梦想，似乎深不可测，但却近在咫尺。我们现在所想做的，就是超越自我，去追逐心中的梦想。初生牛犊不怕虎。我们正当年轻，没有挫折的失意，世界的一切对我们来讲都是充满机遇的，我们不甘平凡，就必定会发出不同凡想的声音，走出别人没有走过的路，超越自我，激情迸发。我们没有经验与教训，但是我们并不缺乏青春的冲动与热血激情。
海阔凭鱼跃，天高任鸟飞。每个人都怀揣着一个属于自己的梦想。
然而，什么是梦?什么又是梦想?梦是期待，而梦想是坚强。是你把飘渺的梦坚持作为自己理想的勇气和执著，是你对自己负责的最高境界。但扪心自问，我们有多少人能够成就自己心中最初的梦想?
我们的梦想，是一个简单的信念，是一份对自己未来与生命的责任。也许，是二十岁的豪情壮志;也许，是青春期的迷茫与冲动;也许只是一份平淡的渴望，渴望掌声，渴望成功。无数的“可能”，无数的“希望”，因为我们的青春岁月充满奇迹，我们心中大大小小的梦，在生活的每一个角落里芬芳弥漫。
亲爱的朋友们，回眸自己的一路成长，还记得每一个梦想带来的悸动，在生命中留下了怎样的足迹?
为了修身养性，母亲让我6岁开始学习书法;因为还没断奶就会说话，母亲又断定了我有语言天赋，从小安排大量的语言训练;又因为母亲年轻时的“作家梦”，我从8岁开始接受正规的写作辅导......就像一块机械的海绵，疯狂的吸收那些陌生的课业知识，外语课、电脑课、家政财经课.....凡是母亲认为应该要学的，那就是我的义务。
是的，我的梦想。一份从一而终的守望。。。。。。给我的学生希望，给我的读者温暖，给我的爱人幸福。是的，我的梦想。从第一次站上讲台开始迷恋这个地方，从第一次发表文章开始憧憬文字世界，从决定留在这里开始，坚守心底的渴望。
“落红不是无情物，化作春泥更护花”。选择坚持，选择珍惜，选择成就生命的激情，勇敢的成就心中最初的梦想，无论是你，是他，还是我，当我们走进这个纷繁的世界时，心中都藏着一个美好的梦想。
为了这个梦想，我们立下坚定的信念，我们有着不屈的意志和不懈的努力。
当我们走上自己的梦想之路时，我们发现自己的梦想之路又是那么的艰难，那么的遥远。
在广袤的市场上我们能感受到施展才华的宽广舞台，然而，异乡的举目无亲，让我们茫然而不知所措;初来乍到的无知，让我们深深的感受着这个社会舞台的多姿与无奈;开发市场的艰辛，也让我们真正感受到了什么才是销售。
所有的一切，就是因为我们拥有着梦想，有着不屈的意志，有着坚定的信念!我们绝不会放弃，更不会抛弃，因为我们心中有梦，有着自己一个美好的梦，而这个梦是需要坚韧和不懈的努力。
我们为我们的梦想已经开始上路，已经走在路上，在这个路上将有更多的沟壑与荆棘在等待着我们，也有着更大的收获在等着我们。
放飞你的梦想，让我们用坚定的信心，满腹的豪情，永不退缩的信念，去迎接挑战!

I say to you today, my friends, so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood; I have a dream .....

I enter tile university after years of hardstudy and preparation. But life in the university is not as satisfactory as what I had expected.
I become lazy and don't want to study.I become silcent. I become puzzled. I don't know what I can do in the future.
Then I become unhappy. Four years in the university is only a short period when compared my whole lifetime.
Now it has passed a half. In this year, many people ,such as my parents,my friends, ask me what I want to do and tell me to map out a plan for my life.

我们能为实现梦想做些什么呢?在现在这个阶段，我们的能力是不足的，想要完成自己的梦想还是很困难的，所以我们能够做的就只有坚持，让自己能够坚持努力的去实现自己的梦想;我们能够做到就只有认真的学习，这样我们就能够获得一个好的成绩，为我们实现梦想增添一个助力;我们能够做的就只有不放弃，不管自己遇到任何的困难都不能停下自己的脚步。我们能做的其实是很多的，但也要看自己对待梦想的态度了。
在实现自己的梦想的过程中是一定会遇到很多的阻碍的，但这些只是对我们的考验，能够通过的人都是强者，能够走到最后的人才能够实现梦想。我想不管我们遇到什么样的困难，只要我们努力的方向是对的，只要我们是在坚持着的，就一定能够实现自己的梦想。可能会花很多的时间，也可能会走很多的弯路，但只要我们能够坚持，我相信是一定能够让自己的梦想实现的。
同学们，我想我们都应该努力的去让梦想能够实现了，机会是有很多的，但若是自己的能力不足就算有机会也是抓不住的，也希望同学们能够好好的去思考一下自己之后应该怎么做，我希望同学们都能够开始努力的，努力的学习，努力的获取知识，努力的让自己能够实现梦想。
