this morning i went to the market to buy some vegetables with my parents. on the way we all highly praised a young man in western-style clothes and leather shoes who was riding by. but he rode so fast that he knocked an old lady down carelessly.instead of stopping, he pretended not to see this and rode away quickly. we were all very angry with the young man. to our happiness, a girl in plain dress ran forward at once, helped the lady up and took her home. we all praised the girl.
from this we know we cannot judge a person by his appearance. a person who is dressed beautifully may not have a beautiful soul. only a person who has a beautiful soul is really beautiful.
How Should College Students Relieve Pressure? Today I’m very happy to be here to share with you some of my thoughts on the topic of How Should College Students Relieve Pressure?
Nowadays, with the rapid social development, people are facing a variety of stress. Such as high study stress on students, work stress on adults, family stress on parents and so on. President Obama have stress, because China and India become more and more powerful and stronger; our handsome teacher also have stress, because he don’t know whether it is a good way teach us! Therefore stress is so ordinary, it is just one part of our life. So we must know how to deal with it.
As we all know, heavy stress not only seriously influence on our physical health, but also our mental health. Owing to high stress , we cant get enough sleep ,the appetite for food will decreases . Much more disease like headache, stomachache will appear. The quality of life and study decrease as well. Once we failed, heavy stress let us feel nervous, upset, dejected, depressed, and even more stressful. Whats more, because of the moodiness, we cant get along with others, including family members, friends and relatives. All in all, heavy stress makes us lack of confidence and feel more tired.
So, how to manage and reduce stress has become more and more important. The most crucial point is to facing the stress, admitting the stress instead of escaping it. First, we should have a right evaluation of ourselves so as to make use of advantages and avoid disadvantages. Second, we should set a clear aim of a struggle. The aim can give us motivation, and make us become active. Third, attending collective activities is an effective way to relieve pressure and attempting to take breaks from the busy work or study. Doing sports, listening to music, watching films, chatting, traveling are ok. Finally, if you find pressure is nearly beyond your control, you’d better turn to professional psychological guidance.
Overall, I wish everyone can correct understanding of stress and take appropriate measures to deal with it.

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down. Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.
Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give purpose to life.
Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.
Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor performance and ill health.
In China, the number of college students increases every year, as more and more students get the college education, college students are under great pressure.
We hear from the news that a lot of students can’t find jobs after graduation, then the next year, the other students gets graduating, the two years’ students compete for the jobs!
I just can’t imagine such situation. The pressure from college students is getting greater, they should relieve it now and then, because too much pressure will bring bad effect, some may distort their minds, once their emotion can’t relieve in time, some tragical things may happen. It is said that some students suicide themselves because they have much pressure.
Everybody will have pressure, but we must know that pressure brings motivation, at the same time, it also brings burden, we have to balance it. When we deal with it well, we can live a better life.
Everyone has pressure, as long as you have things done or to heart, the pressure will go unnoticed in the attachment in the mans body, cause all sorts of "symptoms", for example: cant sleep, reduce appetite, or in a bad mood... And so on.
My pressure is not home after finish homework cant write, often busy to midnight; Dads pressure is accounting work done; Mothers pressure because he was a career woman, a candle burning at both ends and worry cant give attention to both family and work is good, and her sisters pressure is myopic degree increased very fast, it is difficult to control.
Pressure are not necessarily bad, there are also some is good. The rules in our class, for example: not diligent student didnt change class will not be able to finish homework, because of the pressure, a heartbreaker for these people, finally they decided to change my homework finished, also get real learning, no longer look for excuses to slack off. So the pressure is often motivates us go forward.
Large and small pressure exists in our life, we should be appropriate to adjust the mood, the pressure into power, so as to let the life become more colorful.
Never, Never Give Up
We often hear people say, “Never give up.” These can be encouraging words and words of determination. A person who believes in them will keep trying to reach his goal no matter how many times he fails. In my opinion, the quality of determination to succeed is an important one to have. Therefore, I believe that we should never give up.
One reason is that if we give up too easily, we will rarely achieve anything. It is not unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at something new, so we should not feel discouraged and should try again. Besides, if we always give up when we fail, we will not be able to develop new skills and grow as people. Another reason we should never give up is that we can learn from our mistakes only if we make a new effort. If we do not try again, the lesson we have learned is wasted. Finally, we should never give up because as we work to reach our goals, we develop confidence, and this confidence can help us succeed in other areas of our lives. If we never challenge ourselves, we will begin to doubt our abilities.
In short, it is important that we do not give up when working for our goals. Whether we succeed in the end or not, we will learn something, and what we learn will help us to become better, more confident people. Furthermore, if we give up, we have non chance of attaining our goals, but if we keep trying, there is always a chance that we will succeed one day.
