1. A responsible employee must perform the duties of their job to the best of their ability
This one is pretty obvious. If an employee does not perform the duties of his or her job to the best of their ability, they will not be employed for very long. And further more, it means that as a responsible employee, it is not enough to just be present at your place of work and to do your job and then think about what you can get from the company. There is one famous sentence: vividly explains this, that is:“your company is your ship in the ocean”. So a responsible employee must perform the duties of their job to the best of their ability.

This quality is especially important in the workgroup. If a manager sees that an employee is behaving negatively and not being able to get along well with the other groupmates, this is a sign that you will be removed .not after a long time. I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life.
