尊敬的各位领导、各位评委：
大家好！我是音乐广播的主持人，感谢能有这样的机会参加音乐广播副总监的竞聘演讲。这次中层干部内部竞聘上岗，是我格外珍惜的机遇，我渴望能在这崭新的舞台施展自己的才华与抱负。
我想，首先汇报一下自己的情况：我的工作简历非常简单，年大学毕业应聘到音乐广播做主持人一直到现在。绥化音乐广播的第一次直播就是从我开始的，可以说两年多来我在和音乐广播一起成长。
坦白的讲做主持人我有经验，而竞聘音乐广播的副总监我毫无经验可言，甚至是没有任何心里准备。可既然局党组给了我这样一个竞争上岗的机会，我就想尽力尝试一下做为一个中层的管理者而不是一个主持人我能为我的团队做些什么？

我的第一个理由是专业素质
音乐广播自创办那天起对节目质量一直要求很高，全天都是互动直播，而且要求主持人做到采编播一体。我凭着与生俱来的专研精神，不断总结经验，迅速成长起来，逐渐形成了自己的节目风格，不到三年的时间打造了《潜入深蓝》和《午夜阳光》两档听众喜欢的精品节目。而且在首届黑龙江广播主持人大赛中获得了专业组二等奖，业务能力也得到了专家的肯定。
我的第二个理由是创新精神
我认为一个媒体的生命力和一个国家一样，来自媒体的创新能力，特别是媒体管理者的创新能力。我以前没有做过媒体的管理工作，但我不认为这是一种劣势，相反是一种优势，这样我就不易受传统管理方式的影响，更能在工作中创新。
我一直以来都在用另外一种思维方式来思考我们正在从事的事业。传媒不仅是意识形态的组成部分，而且是产业链上的一枚螺帽。我们应该用经营企业的方式去管理媒体，用营销产品的方式去营销节目。
我的第三个理由是管理学科背景
虽然我现在的工作是音乐广播的主持人，可我大学的专业却是工商管理。系统的管理学科教育让我对这个岗位有这充分的理论准备。
如果以上三点理由还不足以说服各位领导的话，最后我还有一段心里话想说给在座各位评委听。
前段时间央视有个电视剧叫做《十万人家》讲的是兄弟三人经商创业的故事。剧中老三沈万家的助手对这三兄弟有一个终极评估：老二专注于服装贴牌，他活在昨天；老大努力经营房地产，他活在今天；老三执着于高科技新产品的开发，他活在明天。我觉得这番评价像极了今天我们正在进行的中层干部竞聘。有些人来竞聘因为他们有着昨天的优异成绩；有些人被选中是因为他们是今天广电事业的基石；而我这两样都不是，我所能承诺就只有明天的理想和希望了。因为我也是个活在明天的人。

大家好！
我是五六班的杜思含，今天我演讲的题目是《我的成长》。五六班是一个管乐班。我就是管乐班中的一员，我学习的专业是：长笛。
二年级暑假时，我们学校成立了管乐班。面试时，我怀着试一试的心情，走进了长笛教室的大门，走进了管乐班。
我的成长便和长笛联系在一起。在大家一起学习低音sol时，大家都陆续吹准了，我却总是吹高，我已经有了想放弃的念头。回家后，向爸爸妈妈讲述了上课时的情况，并说出了我的想法。爸爸妈妈告诉我：“没关系，你只要勤奋练习，一定可以练好的。”于是我在之后的几天内，一遍又一遍的反复练习长笛，果然吹的越来越好。
随着时间的推移，我的长笛水平越来越高。为了让我在场地这条路上越走越好，去年的国庆假期，我们全家来到北京“游玩”。但是来的主要目的不是游玩，而是去北京的一所音乐教育机构试听长笛课。在这之前，我一直跟着学校乐团的田老师学日长笛。但是妈妈发现如果想上巴黎国立音乐学院，必须要跟国内顶尖级的老师学习。于是就在网上挑选了几所北京音乐教育机构，最终选定了一所。试听完长笛课，不错，两个月后，父母便决定让我在那里上课。当工作人员说出700元一节果的昂牛贵学费时，我傻眼了，父母却毫不犹像地付了钱，接下来我就跟着国家大剧院长笛副首席学习长笛。我的水平突飞猛进。父母为了让我离梦想再接近一步，就找到了中国第一代大笛大师，让我跟他学习长笛。现在我已经吹到五级了，在我接到新曲子时，困难又来了。有一个练习曲特别难，我怎么也练不好，我又开始沮丧了，甚至开始讨厌长笛了。
“山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村。”经过几天的挣扎后，我又重新拿起长笛，自己反复练习。最后，这首曲子对我来说竟然成了小菜一碟。
