当困难来临时，请放松心态，对自己轻轻一笑，深呼吸，闭上眼睛，然后再睁开，那将是蓝天。只有拥有健康的心态，应对困难，才能不被困难吓倒，不胆怯，不止步。根据科学证据，如果人体处于放松状态，大脑会有更多的智慧来处理各种信息，从而形成正确的决策。
当困难来临时，请拍拍手，给自己鼓励。有一首歌是这样唱的，“困难来了，请举起你的左手，代表方向，不会向困难低头；遇到挫折请举起右手，代表希望，他不会担心挫折。“多么有内涵的一首歌，它简单明了地展示了支持的力量。当我们遇到困难时，我们会拍手。简单来说，难度是什么？一切对我来说都不是问题。多给自己一些支持和鼓励，困难就会退去。
