大家好!
相信大家是经常看见河，有桥便有河，有河便有水。在洪家，有一条永宁河。
我是听邻居说的，在很早以前，小河虽然不是清澈见底，可并不混浊。两旁栽着树，生着小草。人们在这儿洗衣、钓鱼。
自从两旁开了几个工厂之后，污水就经常被排到这，但还是有人在钓鱼，可过不了几天，小河变得肮脏起来。虽然两旁都有三四个垃圾箱，可人们对小河的态度变了：他们经常把垃圾丢入小河，树木枯死，常年生在河岸边的.小草也变臭了。行人路过这儿时总是捂住嘴巴，离得远远的。久而久之，小河越来越臭，站在几十米外臭味还是散发着。
同学们，听了我的发言，我提议大家应该行动起来，保护小河，爱护环境。为此，我想了以下几个方法：
1.不乱丢垃圾，扔到指定的地方。
2.制止工厂将污水排放到这里。
3.将河面上的垃圾捞起。
4.在两旁栽上花草树木。
这些，并不是一两个人能够办到的，希望大家鼓动起来，一起保护小河。

the film ‘20XX’ successfully brings the global attention to our environmental protection.in recent years,continual extreme meteorological disasters and geologic hazards make many people doubt that,the prophecy of 20XX is true.‘20XX’is just a film,but our earth is really not calm.how to protect our environment? what we need is practical action not just one slogan.
it seems to me that many people or even countries lack a sense of responsibility.the earthquake of japan caused the nuclear leak of fukushima nuclear power station.when the whole world was worried about the dangerous situation,japan unilaterally declared that they had no choice but pulled the polluted water contained radio material into the ocean.i don’t want to emphasize more about how terrible for the halo bios once the water is in the ocean,or how great threat to the ecological system.the only thing i want to say is:”japan,you are shrinking from this responsibility”
the earth is our common home which needs our common protection.one country’s strength is never enough.so i think environmental protection needs global cooperation.
in addition,the government should enact and improve rules and regulations and enforce laws strictly.it’s necessary to set up a legal aid fund aiming to help the people who participate in the environmental
protection enrolled.the government should establish long-term consciousness,coordinated development of economy and environment protection.
as for ourselves,people have the rights to live in “clean and rich environment” as well as the duty to protect,raise and create such environment.low carbon life is a excellent way to show our love to our environment.
i hope we will not drink water with cancerogen; we can breathe fresh air; we can fall asleep without worrying about floods and tsunami.i hope after several decades,we can still see a beautiful earth.
