for most people,buying a car may be one of their biggest dreams,and going to work or school in a car will make them feel quite happy and satisfied.but i(重读) think,traffic is not an individual issue.it is a issue we should discuss together.and, obviously,to realize our goal of sustainable development,we should limit the car use.
i hear that more and more cities of our country are joining a campaign named ”no car day”,which advocates that people do not use cars on this day.i think it’s a good step that we take in controlling the traffic problem and provide ourselves a better chance to find other ways to improve our traffic condition,such as developing high-technique cars.

一、锤炼业务

二、虚心学习
作为一名新教师，我在教育教学中遇到了众多问题。问题的解决需要细心的请教，勤奋地读书、不断地反思和不断否定自我，超越自我。一年来，我通读了《生命教育—一位小学英语教师的教育生活》、《第五项修炼》《班主任工作漫谈》等教育专著。另外，通过向指导老师请教，听课，外出学习等，开拓自己的思维，汲取别人的优点，不断的完善自己的教学。并在本年度取得了些许成绩，在老师们的帮助下，我担任了张店区小学英语五年级教材备课会主讲并执教研讨课一节，参加区英语优质课比赛，区小学英语学科“课堂教学实录与评析”比赛，全国第四届“新标准杯”英语教案课件大赛中均获一等奖。
