我是来自环化系环测0601班的季某。
站在这个讲台，我觉得光荣。如果现在我临镇退缩的话，我会因为我的行为而感到羞愧，这就是我身边的荣与辱。
同样，校园里的一张纸屑，你将它拣起来放进垃圾箱里。同学有困难你伸出双手去帮助了他。参加社团的工作你积极努力做了。那你就是光荣的，今天我演讲的题目是生活中的荣与耻。
生活中常常有四个字时刻提醒我们什么是荣，敬，孝敬父母，尊敬师长，敬岗敬业，尊敬别人。静，保持公共场所的安静，食不言，寝不语。给别人以和谐温馨的环境。净保持环境干净，衣着整洁干净，思想干净纯洁，灵魂纯洁美丽。竞，树立竞争意识，不能做的最好，但要做的更好，积极锻炼自己，参加各类的竞赛。
我想问同学，以上的四竟，你做到了几点，如果你全都做到了那你就是一个有爱心的人，一个有爱心的人不仅有热爱祖国，热爱人民，热爱生活的热情，更重要的是他有一颗善良的心。而正是这颗善良的心世界才美丽。
生活在这片土地上，我们每一个人，只要存在一天，道德良心就会伴随我们，要学会感恩，感谢那些为保护环境而知荣明耻的人们，勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。学校是我家，清洁靠大家。
我们每个人只有天天洗澡才能保持身体的清洁，一个人的灵魂，也只有经常性的洗礼和熏陶才变的干净。
从善如登，从恶如崩。路在自己的脚下，怎样做人，因人而异。荣与耻是做人的标准，我相信我们黄河水院的学子一定能做到这四竟，以热爱我院为荣，以危害学院为耻。以服务同学为荣，以背离同学为耻。以追求进步为荣，以不思进取为耻。以努力工作为荣，以旷课早退为耻。以团结互助为荣，以损害师友为耻。以交流经验为荣，以闭门自守为耻。以遵纪守法为荣，以违犯校规为耻。以艰苦创业为荣，以铺张浪费为耻。

I was so excited when i entered the college. For so many years, I worked hard to achieve this dream and finally i made it. Everything seemed fresh and curious to me. I was so pleased that I would enjoy my college life soon.
when i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldn't play with my friends a lot, which I couldn't stand the most. However, my college life is totally different from the life in high school.I can arrange my time freely. My teachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. 大家好!
康德说：“一生中只有两种东西让我仰望终生，一是头顶的星空，而是心中的道德律。”星空固然十分璀璨，但坚守内心的道德在我看来越是较之璀璨的星空更为美丽与绚烂。
道德是指一个人良好的品德，中华上下五千年来形成了无数的良好的品德，古人的道德修养令我们仰慕，然而，咋现代这个充满了功利气味的社会中，人心浮躁，又有多少人能够真正的坚守道德呢?
纵观古今，无数的能人贤士又有哪一个没有坚守道德?如春秋时期的楚国大夫屈原，他在磅礴大气的汨罗江边，独自一人，面色惨淡，来回踱步，发出了“举世皆浊我独清，众人皆醉我独醒。”的感慨，在当时，楚国君臣整日生活在酒肉奢靡的环境中，安逸享乐，只有屈原有着坚守道德的毅力与决心，最终不愿意同流合污，投身于汨罗江中洗净自己的身体与心灵。正是因为屈原能够坚守道德，他才能在这污浊的大世中，保持一个纯洁的灵魂。
写下了“史家之绝唱，无韵之离骚”的司马迁，又何尝不是能够坚守道德?他忠肝义胆，敢于坚守道德，能够在危险的境地中勇于表达自己的看法，为将军辩护，最终却被处以极刑，但他仍能够坚守道德，若司马迁不能坚守道德，那么这世上恐怕就无贯彻古今，闻名于世的《史记》了。
然而，历史上也总是存在着没有坚守道德而导致自身身败名裂的人，如明朝的镇关大将军吴三桂，身为镇守边关，抵御外敌的大将军，本身应该固守国土，保卫国家安宁，然是他却与清军私通，导致明朝战火，虽有荣华富贵，但最终却落得一个卖国贼的名头，被后世的人所辱骂，遗臭万年。
反观当下，社会人心躁动，有些人为了获得更大的利益，使用一些不法手段，近些年来，染色馒头、假牛肉。毒大米等事件纷纷曝光，这些不法商品就是因为没能坚守道德而触犯了自己的道德底线，作出了不法行为，被法律所惩罚。
坚守道德的人能够使自己变的更加优秀，而触犯道德的人则会与这个社会格格不入，被社会所离弃。我们要坚守道德，在璀璨的星空之下做最好的自己。
