各位主管、同仁，大家好!我演讲的题目是《感悟人生》。
“我是谁?”“生命的意义是什么?”虽然我们普通人可能无法给出确切的答案，但是，我想从我身边的人和事，谈一谈自己的看法。
首先，我是谁?
我，就是我，虽然我和大家一样，有喜怒哀乐等情绪，但是，我也有自己的个性，是这个世界上独一无二的一员。
在家里，我是父母的儿子(女儿)，妻子(丈夫)的丈夫(妻子)，是一个被关心和牵挂的人：因工作常年在外，每年春节回家，父母都会心疼地说：“唉，孩子，又瘦了”，还会一遍遍地嘱咐“别省着，要多保重身体”------这在年少时觉得是非常多余而啰嗦的唠叨，如今，却觉得是一种幸福。而这样的幸福，由于身在异乡，也觉得越来越珍贵了。

我，仅是这个广袤宇宙中渺小的一员。我深知，我来之不易，而我的人生也是短暂的。因此，我要珍惜自己的生命，尽情享受生活，享受亲人和朋友的关爱。当然，我也要不断奉献，努力承担起家庭和社会给予我的责任。
XX年5月12日，汶川发生特大地震，无数同胞失去了他们至爱的父母、爱人、孩子，他们欲哭无泪，痛恻心扉;他们心灰意冷，痛不欲生;可是，他们依然选择坚强的活下去!那些身处废墟之中，喝着自己尿水而活下来的人们，他们用坚强的意志创造的生命奇迹，让我们感动至深;他们对生命的虔诚与尊重，让我们肃然起敬!
我们知道雷锋的故事，还知道海伦和保尔柯察金的故事。每一次，我们都在他们的故事中感动、深思、省悟;他们的故事给我们的心灵一次次震撼，一次次洗礼。他们用实际行动告诉我们，生命的意义是什么?那就是，坚强而有意义的活着!

And a friend of mine, April, who I've had since kindergarten, she thanks her children for doing their chores. And she said, "Why wouldn't I thank it, even though they're supposed to do it?"

We know it is difficult to learn English. My English is very good. I learnEnglish like this.
I Listen to the teacher carefully and write the important points down on mynotebooks. After class I revise the lessons. Before class I prepare new lessonsto find out the questions. Then I will listen carefully in class.
I also listen to the tape, and speak English with my classmates in theclassroom and on the playground. It’s to improve my listening and speaking.
I keep a diary every day to practise my written English.
