first, i’ll say something about world expo history. as we know, the very first world expo, the great exhibition of 1851, took place in the crystal palace in london. uk. ever since then, the goals of world expos have been both high-minded as well as commercial. visitors are able to explore the world outside of their everyday experience—outside cultures, new scientific advancements, and new inventions. world expos have excited and inspired more and more people in the world.

Everyone has his own dream, which can be realized or not and which can be different from time to time. However, there must be a long Cterm one in one’s mind. In other words, it is not easy to be realized. I have a dream: to pass CET-6 before I graduate from the university. It’s maybe easy for most of my classmates, but to me it is as difficult as cracking the hardest nut in the world. I have been studying English for about 10 years. It should not be the No.1 task in my university agenda, but too many failures forced me to do so. I entered one of the most famous universities in China with the almost lowest English mark among all my students. I was really disappointed about that.Although I was not good at English when I was in the middle school, it was not at least about the average. I had no strength to face the frustration. After a semester’s study I was the lowest indeed. I have never cried for study before, but this time I shed tears. Since then I made up my mind to pass CET-6 before my graduation.
Glanced back to my English studying experience, I realized that interest is one of the key factors to grasp knowledge. I study English only for the examination before, but not the language itself. 今天我想就二年级的英语教学与诸位共同探讨，以更好地帮助孩子学好英语，用好英语，为日后的英语学习打好扎实的基础。
在小学阶段，英语教学的主要任务是激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯，使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听说读写技能，形成一定的综合语言运用能力；同时也要培养学生的观察，记忆，思维，想象能力和创新精神，帮助学生了解世界和中国文化的差异，拓展视野，培养爱国主义精神，形成健康的人生观，为他们的终身学习打下良好的基础。一、二年级的英语语言实践课主要是培养学生的听说能力，重点是培养学生学习英语的良好习惯，良好的英语学习习惯的培养对于日后学习英语是一个关键，怎样培养学生的良好习惯，我有以下几点建议：
一、培养孩子自觉听录音的习惯。
家长可以每天固定一个时间让孩子听教学录音磁带，并鼓励孩子大声读出来，有条件的家长也可和孩子一起听录音、跟读，相互做问答练习，还可以和孩子一起讲故事、分角色表演故事，以此激发孩子的学习兴趣，并帮助他们养成良好的学习习惯。
二、培养孩子大声朗读的习惯。
二年级的大部分小朋友是没有主动学习的习惯的，回家更不会主动拿出英语书大声朗读的，针对这一点我建议如果家长有空，晚上回家可以问问孩子英语课上学了什么东西，能不能大声的读给爸爸妈妈听听啊？或者也可以要孩子模仿老师来读，有些小朋友很具有模仿力，读的都非常好的。
三、培养孩子主动用英语说的习惯。
说是孩子掌握英语多少的一个重要表现，也是孩子学好英语的关键，从现在就鼓励孩子多用英语说，比方一些简单的一些英文的会话啊，像“再见、您好、早上好，下午好，晚安”等等这些日常简单的英语短句，家长可以不时的问问小朋友应该怎么说啊，能不能教教爸爸妈妈啊，这样让他们做做小老师，激发他们学习英语的兴趣。
四、培养孩子重视英语。
监督孩子带好英语教材和必需用品，从家长的角度重视英语学习，也帮助孩子养成好的学习习惯，回家后对当天所教学内容也要及时复习巩固；其次在家里多让孩子听录音，看英语光盘等，注意光盘磁带必须是正版的，给孩子营造一定的学习环境，如能每天坚持最好；再次，让孩子在家里大声朗读英语，特别是跟着光盘磁带模仿正确的语音语调。
五、培养孩子学习英语的兴趣。
其实学习英语是一个长期坚持的过程，谁坚持得好，谁的英语就棒！特别是到了高年级，随着英语难度的增加，孩子的畏难情绪越浓，学习英语的兴趣就会降低，因此，在这个时候，家长和教师都要鼓励孩子坚持下去，让孩子对学习有一个持久的内在的兴趣。
