各位家长：
下午好，很感谢各位家长在百忙中抽出时间来参加今天的家长会，很高兴能有这样一个机会，能和大家进行面对面的交流。我是三年级的英语任课教师，我姓周。今天我想就三年级的英语教学和这半学期在教学中存在的一些问题与各位家长共同探讨，以便更好地帮助孩子学好英语，用好英语，为日后的英语学习打好扎实的基础。
先说说本学期英语学习的内容：
1、26个字母大小写，会说会写，并且在书写英文字母时会正确书写顺序；在初学英语的阶段掌握好26个字母的听说读写，这对我们今后所要接触的大量的词汇的听说读写很重要
2、课本后的单词表，颜色越深表示越重要。这就要同学们回家去复习，消化这些单词。词汇是三年级考试的重要内容，一定要过关。
3、课文中的对话，日常交际用语。不要求每个同学都会背，但是要求熟练，流畅的读出来，说出来。
4、听力训练：试卷中听力题的比重占三分之二。所以说每天的听录音跟读任务还是不容忽视的。
5、配套的基础训练，这是我们三年级的英语唯一的一套课外练习，我通常带领孩子在班上做完综合训练A部分的听力，而笔试就让孩子们回家去完成。综合训练B部分会作为考试卷测试孩子们这个单元的掌握情况。希望家长能及时询问孩子的小测试成绩以及了解孩子们这段时间的英语学习情况。
三年级英语，是小学英语学习中一个重要的起步阶段。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。所以这也造成英语成绩两极分化十分严重，无论是每次的听写小测试还是刚刚结束的期中考试，有的同学100分的成绩，而有的同学只有三、四十分的成绩。所以请家长一定要从现在起重视孩子的英语学习，不然到了五六年级补都来不及了。
可是，每个班总会有一部分不自觉的学生不能按时完成作业、不能背诵课文、不做回家作业、更不能正确的听写出课文的单词，通常为了让孩子有个适应过程，我教得很慢，并且上英语课之前都安排班上读音清晰，准确的同学上台来带领全班同学读学过的课文和单词，照理说有足够的时间，可以课课过关了，可是出乎我意料的是有几个同学连第一课几个句子都不会背。每次听写的时候，总是有同学无法完成听写任务，单词过不了关，考试竟然还有相当一部分同学出现不及格现象。了解下来才知道那些孩子在家里从来就不做英语回家作业，从来就没有听英语磁带，也没有背课文和单词。对于三年级来说，英语成绩90分也差不多是正常的范围，毕竟题型还是相当容易的。所以那些不及格现象怎不让人担心呢？
英语是一门特殊的学科，光靠学校几节课时间是远远不够的。在学校老师会尽最大的努力进行教学，但课余时间还需要广大家长大力配合。如：听录音、背诵要家长多督促；每课的单词（课文B部分）这是基础之基础，得督促孩子先背诵并家长给孩子听写这几个单词，直到全部会背会写为止。这样课堂上听写的时候，正确率才能高，可有相当一部分同学听写本上每次的听写成绩都是不及格，带回家去订正也没有家长签名，而老师也不知道家长是否了解孩子在学校的英语学习情况，希望家长能关注一下。为了协助孩子更好地学好英语，请家长配合老师完成以下工作：
1确保孩子每天至少边听录音，边跟读课文15分钟，要读出声音，最好家长在旁监督，会更有效。
2每天检查孩子的回家作业是否完成，保证第二天能按时上交。在这里我恳请每位家长认真督促孩子完成老师每天布置的作业，尤其是一开始，三年级英语刚刚接触书面作业，一定要严格要求他们的英语书写，写得不好的家长也可以要求他们重新做，过关了才给他们签名；检查作业主要看他们书写和格式以及上次老师的批改，注意检查他们有没有订正，有时候，老师在学生的作业本上批了订正，但是交上来的时候学生并没有去订正，并且家长也在上面签字了。我想，老师之所以让家长在孩子的作业本上签字，也是希望通过这个途径让家长们了解孩子每天的学习情况，希望各位家长能够支持老师的工作，如果您有什么意见也可以写在作业本上，便于及时沟通。
3开学以来，很多学生忘记带作业本，带英语课本的现象还是经常发生，上课没有书，只能和同桌共看一本书，结果是一堂课下来，老师讲的知识没有学到多少，和同桌的感情却加深了不少，我希望家长能够每天按照课表提醒孩子收拾好书包，检查好明天要带的作业和课本，养成良好的学习习惯。
总而言之，请各位家长多关注孩子们的英语学习，让孩子养成良好的英语学习习惯。家长的重视会让学生增加信心，提高学生的学习积极性。也非常感谢家长会这三年来对我工作的支持与配合，您的理解让我很感动，孩子的进步也让我很快乐，让我们共同努力，为了孩子的明天更上一层楼。谢谢大家。
