Part one:internship introduction

Brief Introduction on Tianfa Celebration Cultural communications

Tianfa company is a private celebration company.It was founded in 1998.It has a higher reputation with profeion.Now it has been involved in many businees, mainly including offering service on profeional wedding planning for newly married couples, proper aistance on commercial performance and celebrations for the government.Tianfa Celebration Cultural communications, undertaking the task of “sincere service”, aims to fulfill all the clients’ desires and demands.Many people see the wedding as an end in itself when it is only the beginning.After all, everyone would like to look their best on their wedding day.All of clients requires will be fulfilled by Tianfa company, and this company’s brief is that wedding is not a ending of love but another beginning of sweet love.Tianfa Celebration Cultural communications has a Celebration Department, Performance Department, Wedding Planning Department, Design Department, Administrative Department and Engineering Department and Client Department.I worked in the Client Department and helped the busine manager to finish his work with high efficiency.It was very convenient to me to work in Tianfa Celebration Cultural communications just because it is located in the center of Yichang city, at the 12th floor in the Wanda Plaza.Every morning it would take me 5 minutes from my home to work place by

feet.Now Tianfa Celebration Cultural communications has become the most important large scale comprehensive celebration institution in Yichang city after its fourteen years’ development and now is enjoying a high reputation in the field of wedding celebration, busine activities and government activities.It is also enjoying the full recognition from clients and leaders of government.Part two: describe the contents of internship

From the end of June 2012 to the beginning of July, I was trained by my leader, the busine manager, Mr.Liu.Mr.Liu was a serious person when he was in the company, but when he visited his clients he could always communicate with his clients harmoniously, he was looked just like clients’ friends.He told me that the most important thing when we talk with our clients was the smile to our clients.So, the first thing I studied in Tianfa company was smile, no matter how depreed I was, no matter how angry I was.In my opinion, smile was a useful tool at every job.Then I learned a lot about busine and communications, and so on.The following is for me in this month of being an aistant of Busine Manager.The first step was to propagandize our company and service in the hotels, wedding photography galleries, and the places that prospective husbands and wives could come and go, or propagandize on the Internet such as 58.com and Ganji.com.And in general, rely on the popularity and typical cases, not a few prospective husbands and wives would consult to our company.Propagandizing laid a solid foundation for braine development.The second step was the first communication through the call.Most of prospective husbands and wives would not visit our company directly, they would like to make a

call because they didn’t have to cooperate with us at the first time.So through this call, I should try every means to ask them out on a date.Prospective husbands and wives would speak out their ideas and desires, I took notes.I not had to talk about our company any more because these prospective husbands and wives had known our company more or le on the Internet or some other places.My work was just hearing them, saying “Yes”, “OK”, “No problem”.Never gave them any suggestions about the celebration plan, then I would get an opportunity to ask them out for discuing face to face particularly.After the first communication through the call, I would discu the prospective husbands and wives’ ideas and thoughts.Mr.Liu was a profeional planner, he would perfect the ideas and thoughts and I helped him write busine case, After checking the busine case I wrote, I would make a call back to the clients, and tell them the place and time we would meet.The fourth step was the most important step, communicating each other face to face.Through this step, some key point that help us sign bills succefully should be pay more attention by us.The first one was that I have mentioned before, smile, no matter how depreed I was, no matter how angry I was.Of customers, for customers to build the best products, we should be summoned when our clients need, no matter what time and what place.This part was very hard, my job was helping Mr.Liu do something he asked me to do.After we signing the bills with clients, I should hand the offering plan to the Design Department, and our work was finished, we should find another clients.Part three: internship experience

Thus, I come to the conclusion that understanding and analysis of prospective husbands and wives from the facts and the concrete analysis are very eential.I

found that some clients were unpractical, the requires they gave us were impracticable.Every at this time, I could imagine that they must watch so many romantic love stories.And Mr.Liu would lead me to analyze which style they would like to chose, then gave them some other ideas through some typical examples show, in this way, the prospective husbands and wives' minds would be guided by us.I admired the way of communication that Mr.Liu used.I really hoped that I would have the ability of leading through a conversation with others.Not only should I promote the busine between my leader Mr.Liu and our clients, but also I must help my bo hold the The First Lawn Wedding Conference, Yichang which was held on July, 21st.On that night, there would be thousands of prospective husbands and wives who were founding true love hand in hand in the romantic night on the gra.This activity was held by Sports Hotel, Tianfa Celebration Cultural communications and some other well-known celebration company, the Three Gorges Evening, Three Gorges News Network.We offered lawn wedding show for this conference, including newly married couples, a emcee, wedding dre and the neceities in a wedding.The distinguished guests at this conference were prospective husbands and wives who wanted to find a celebration company to hold their lawn wedding.My leader, Mr.Liu, has signed six bills at this conference immediately.Our company also supplied Lang Alcohol as prizes at the lottery drawing part.But the main purpose of this activity was that Dongshan Stadium, Sports Hotel and many celebration companies sighed a contract to cooperate, meet the conditions of prospective husbands and wives who wanted a lawn wedding.Later on, the newly married couples could hold the lawn wedding in the gra of Dongshan Stadium, hold the feast and treat relatives and friends in Sports Hotel, it is very convenient because Dongshan Stadium is behind the Sports Hotel.Part four: conclusion

In a word, the biggest harvest through the internship at Tianfa Celebration Cultural communications was the skills of communicating with clients.No matter which job shall I find, these skills are very useful.First, I should relax my mind through the conversation with clients.Second, I should make our conversation more plentiful.Third, I should try to let clients talk about myself at suitable time.Fourth, don't be self-centered, don't make a joke, don't make a crack.Then, my abilities of overcoming the difficulties and reducing self anger are promoted.This experience makes me learn a lot of knowledge about busine and celebration.And it makes foundation to my work in future.So, it’s very meaningful to me.Part five: acknowledgments

At the last part, I would like to thank the leader in the Human Resource Department, for giving me the opportunity to work in this company.Then, I would like to thank my leader, the busine manager at Tianfa Celebration Cultural communications, Yichang, Mr.Liu, and my bo.I would like to thank them for wholeheartedly teaching and training.Thank you very much!

各位同仁大家好!

我自今年3月份到公司上班,现在已有[xxxxx]x月的时间,这期间在公司各位同任的大力支持下,在其他相关人员的积极配合下,我与大家一道,团结一心,踏实工作,较好地完成各项工作任务。

下面我将近几个月年来自己的工作、学习等方面的情况向大家做简要汇报:

一、严于律己,严格要求,遵章守纪,团结同志。

自到公司上班以来,我能严格要求自己,每天按时上下班,能正确处理好公司与家庭的关系,从不因个人原因耽误公司的正常工作;同时我也能严格遵守公司的各项规章制度,从不搞特殊,也从不向公司提出不合理的要求;对公司的人员,不管经理还是工人,我都能与他们搞好团结,不搞无原则的纠纷,不利于团结的事不做,不利于团结的话不说。

二、尽职尽责履行好自己的工作职责

我在公司主要从事财务工作,为此我从以下方面做了一些工作:

1、建立健全公司财务制度。公司成立以来,我是兼职会计,所以只负责每月的帐务处理和财务报表的报送,使得公司财务上的制度不够健全。自到公司正式上班后,我将财务人员的工作合理划分,在公司的财务方面按规定进行了要求,特别是发票管理方面,严格要求正确填开和索取,减少不必要的麻烦。在财务收支方面,严格执行公司的财经制度,

2、正确核算,按时结算,及时报送税务相关报表。在日常财务工作中,我能严格按财务规定正确核算公司的经营情况,按时结算有关帐务,每月末及时将财务报表和纳税申报表报送税务机关,没有因个人原因耽误报送时间。

3、及时将财务状况汇报于公司,积极为经理当好参谋。每个月我都将公司的财务情况给公司经理进行汇报,使经理能及时了解、掌握公司的经营状况,对经营中出现的问题我能及时提出合理化建议,发挥财务在公司经营中的作用,为建立当好参谋和助手作用。另外,对其他人员在销售、采购中有关不符合要求的做法,我也能及时提醒和指出。

4、认真负责,积极配合税务部门的稽查工作。10月初,税务部门对我公司进行稽查,在这期间,我能积极配合,并加强和稽查人员的配合,发挥自己的优势,多与他们沟通,对存在的问题与他们交流,争取他们的宽容,使公司的利益得到最大保护。

三、存在的问题

一年来,围绕自身工作职责做了一定的努力,取得了一定的成效,但与公司的要求和期望相比还存在一些问题和差距,主要是:自己来公司时间短,一些情况还不熟悉,尤其是对每个销售人员的核算,工程部分和零售部分没有明确划分清楚,给销售人员带来了麻烦,同时也给公司对每个销售人员完成任务的情况掌握不够准确。对这些问题,我将在今后的工作中认真加以解决。

最后,还想说三点:

一是我的述职报告还不全面,有的具体的工作没有谈到,就今天我所谈的,希望大家多提宝贵意见。

二是我工作能顺利的开展并取得较好的成绩,首先要感谢我的助手张晓莉,她对我的工作能积极给予配合和支持,任劳任怨,特别是在有身体不便的情况下,坚持上下班,帮我做了许多工作。同时,我还要感谢公司其他人员,没有你们的支持和配合,就没有我们今天的工作成绩,你们是公司金字塔的基础。特别是在公司生产经营,销售盈利方面,你们精诚团结,积极为公司出谋划策,充分反映出我们公司员工是一支能吃苦、能奉献、能战斗、有进取精神的队伍。

三是希望大家在明年,能一如既往地支持配合我的工作,我将一如既往地与大家一道,为公司获得更好的经济效益做出努力。
