近一个月的实习，让我体会到当老师的乐趣。当了近十几年学生，第一次转换了角色，以一名老师的身份去实习、去体验，任务不同了，视角不同了，因此感受也不同了。前两周我们以听课为主，为了能更好的适应学生教育环境，我们认真听课，记好笔记，并即时和指导老师沟通，反复推敲老师教案，认真熟悉教材。
这两周，我们还批改了学生们的作文。批改作业时，纠正学生的错误是非常重要，在纠正学生每个错误的时候，要写上激励的评语，让他们在改正自己错误的同时，不会对自己失去信心。在这个过程中，我还发现了大一学生在英语写作过程中普遍存在的一些问题。大体情况可以分为四类：
第一类：存在严重的单词拼写问题，很多同学也分不清词性。
第二类：句子结构不清晰，时态使用错误，而且喜欢用中文思维进行写作。
第三类：不注意标点的使用，随意乱点的现象很严重。
第四类：学生态度问题。这一类学生大多字迹潦草，不认真对待作业。
经过两周的听课，第三周，我们便开始准备教案，为讲课作准备。指导老师指导我们写教案，给我们建议。第四周的周一早上，我们进行了第一次试讲。虽然试讲并不正式，可是讲课的过程中依然会暴露很多缺点。结束之后，郑老师说我的构思很好，同时也给我提了很多宝贵的建议。我认真听着，积极总结，并及时予以修改。周二晚上，xx老师又抽出宝贵的时间，听我们又试讲了一次。这一次，老师又给我们提了意见，并让我周三正式上讲台。
于是，2月6日，周三下午，我第一次正式登上了讲台。上课前我感到非常紧张，紧张的介绍完自己，深呼吸了好几次，终于调整好了自己的情绪，开始讲起课来。我按照我的计划逐步进行着内容，同学们也很配合，他们的积极参与让课堂十分有趣。我便充分放松了自己，大胆的讲起课来。最后，由于时间没有把握好，准备的内容并没有讲完。课后，xx老师评价说我讲的挺好，我的搭档也说挺好。这无疑是给了我极大的自信。他们也给了我很多建议。所以回来之后，我又对讲课内容进行改进。2月7日，周四下午，我又讲了两节课，正所谓，熟能生巧，这次，明显没有第一次那么紧张了，并且在时间的把握上，内容上，都有很大的进步。学生依旧很配合。从老师和我的搭档那里，我都获益匪浅。

通过这次实习，我还总结了几点关于教育的建议，具体如下：
第一点，兴趣对于一个学生来说是至关重要的。必须把学生的学习兴趣调动起来，使他们在快乐中主动学习。课堂只要是以学生为主，充分调动他们学习的主动性和积极性，由“要我学”转化为“我要学”的教学方式。
第二点，老师要有耐心，才能把学生的缺点纠正过来。而且老师要想方设法创设民主和谐的教学气氛，在教学活动中建立平等的师生关系，把自己当成活动中的一员。
第三点，要注重鼓励学生。他们得到老师的赞扬，积极性提高了，课堂气氛活跃了，就会起到很好的教学效果。
第四点，学生对讲课的内容反映不一，所以要注重跟同学们的交流，明白他们究竟所需求的什么。

I was in the same position there, but different students and different teachers, so I made new friends, I got along with my foreign teachers and I improved my English a lot, especially, Brad who is an American, so well we got along with each other that he went back to my hometown with me to celebrate Spring Festival with my family, he spent 3 days with my family of course I was the only interpreter between my family and Brad.
In this summer vacation, Customized English Services which is a new comprehensive English service in Shijiazhuang was founded by Brad. I was lucky to be selected by him. Now I am working with him to assist him to do office work and establish business relationship with new clients.

5. New Skills and Information Gained

6. Difficulties Encountered
During that period, I inevitably encountered a lot of difficulties but luckily within my management. For the technical terms, I always turn to the internet for help. For the figures, especially those over millions or billions, I ask myself to hold my breath and be patient. Many words are found hard to express although they are with highly frequent use in Chinese. Therefore I should often refer to the internet where it may give a clue.
7. My Shortcomings
Figures are always my headache. I will be at sea and lose my thought when facing a large number of figures. Sometime they wander my mind, daze me and even mess up if I am not careful enough. But numbers or figures does matter in every aspect which even a slight mistake will make a big difference and bring into great trouble.

到培训中心报道后，我的带教老师是周老师。她教学经验丰富,待人很好。中心里的老师都说她的课讲得很好。领导说应该多向周老师请教。之后的时间，还来不及适应新的环境，我就被周老师领到了班级,当时想到就要面对四五十个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。
实习老师,是个很特别的存在。还记得第一次被班级里学生叫“老师好”的时候的那种错愕。渐渐适应,然后自如反应,点头示意。开始的一个礼拜,日渐习惯起中心的生活,仿佛重回小学校园一般。用以一种全新的角度来看待学生,以老师的身份来要求自己了,这种感觉挺奇妙。以往觉得“高高在上”的老师,突然间成了身边的“同事”,作为实习老师,又该以怎样的态度去面对高中的学生?身份的转变,是实习阶段第一个要跨越的坎吧？正确认识自己的身份:带教老师的学生,小学学生的老师。而自己的实习生涯也在这里拉开了序。
听课。这是实习的必经阶段,听课不仅能够学习带教老师的教学方法,也能熟悉自己将要教学的班级。小学阶段的英语课程与中专里大不相同,他们要的不是文章的思想内涵，而是一种能听、说、读的技能。带教的周老师教态很好，课程安排上面相当严谨,备课很充分。听第一节课的时候就觉得整节课早已经规划好了似的，大部分学生都知道了这节课要完成的内容。就算有突发状况的发生,老师学生也都能自行控制好时间。学校规定的听课是10节左右,我基本上能去听的课都去了,为的是想了解整个章节上课的完整过程,每个部分都有不同的上课手段和形式。这些，都是值得我学习的地方。中专里所学的英语教学法课程,提及不少英语教学的教学方法,不过，感觉大部分都是纸上谈兵。真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样,教学的内容就算一样,方式也可以有很多种,老师自己授课,可以让学生回答问题,可以结合练习加深印象。而对于学生的回答,老师给予的鼓励也可以有很多种,比如:good!great!excellent!等等。与此同时，还要注意是否自己会漏掉一些没有专心听讲的学生,适当地抽他们回答问题以便让他们集中注意力。板书的排版也不能天马行空,而是要让学生一看就明了……这些都是书本上很难学到的东西。一周的听课时间下来,作为实习生的我，感触都很深,除了以上提到的这些,光是“sitdown,please！”这一句,一个老师一节课就要说上几十遍,教学的内容固然重要,学生与老师间基本的尊重,也是我们今后教学中需要注意的地方。
写教案。教案是教学前的重头戏。周老师先让我仔细回忆一下她上课的步骤并结合我自己在学校里学到的东西来写教案。起初，我有点傻眼,但真正开始写的时候我只是写了部分重要的知识点和一些课堂用语到教案里去,就怕到自己展现讲台上上课的时候忘词。对于那些细节部分，则在自己的本子上一一注明。提醒自己，以防漏掉了什么。就连上课需要的口语部分也都是尽量背下来，记好。
试讲。正式上课前,周老师让我试讲。刚开始还以为，就只有她一个人在教师来听我的课。但是，当我迈进教室时，才发现还有其他的老师。当时的心“扑通扑通”直跳！可一想到周老师平时的话语和自己的充分准备就不是那么害怕了。试教的时候,刚上课那会儿，班里的学生都很迷糊，几乎连提的问题都回答不上来。后来，不知是他们的求知欲望，还是那种活泼的气息让他们开始活跃起来!一个个把小手举得老高说：“let’smetry!”那一瞬间，对学生的积极劲儿很是感动！
上课。以前，我们在学校的时候同学们就互相演练上课的经过。但是，现在真正地来到了课堂，感觉就完全不一样了！这里的学生没有外面演练时的“学生”聪明。因为，他们是真正的小学生！不是为了组织课堂而暂时扮演小学生的大学生！小学生活泼，爱动，很淘气，有的时候会叫你哭笑不得！在这种情况下，对于一个实习生来说，要维持好课堂纪律并操纵整个课堂是很难的！
带教老师周老师说，若你越宽容他们，他们就会越调皮，甚至连课堂纪律都不会遵守。因此，要想上好一节课，就必须很严肃！起初，我并不把周老师的话当真。但是，当我的课上到一半出现周老师说的那种情况的时候，我就严肃起来，终于，一节课在大家的努力下终于结束了！那时候，觉得“严师出高徒”还是有它的底蕴啊！
上课的经过就像以前的老师一样，大多是五步教学法。记得一次在一个不是很活跃的班里上课时，为了调动学生的积极性，我提出要同学到讲台那里去像老师一样对班里同学提问的要求。刚开始，没有一个人愿意到讲台上面去，在我多次的重复演练下，一个小女孩走上了讲台。在那一瞬间，我很感激她，感激她的勇气！接下来，又陆续上去了几个同学，他们都表现得很好！同时，一个个小手都举得老高，争先恐后地争取这个机会。。

以上就是自己对这一年的实习生活所做的简单总结。除了上述方面的收获外，我还体验到了人生中的其它方方面面。这一次的实习是我人生当中最有纪念价值的阶段之一。也许在实习之初我并没有意识到它会给我带来这么深的感悟：实习不仅教会了我英语教学方面的知识，更重要的是它让我学会了生活中的点滴感动。原本是陌生的人因为它而联系在一起了与这群可爱的学生相处的日子里，每天都很快乐。只有自己经历过了才深深地感受到老师在学生心目中的伟大和神圣。这一年的所得，无论自己将来从事何种职业，都将使我终身受益！
