一、云师大第二附属中学简介
云南师范大学第二附属中学是云南师范大学为了积极响应西部大开发战略和科教兴滇战略，为了满足广大人民群众对优质高中教育的需求创办的一所完全中学。学校自创办至今，秉承云南师范大学“刚毅坚卓”的校训，践行“学高身正、明德睿智”的校风，充分发挥自身的优质教育资源和办学特色，曾以五年连续获得昆明市中考第一名的辉煌成绩得到了省市教育主管部门和学生、家长、社会的认可。学校时刻以促进学生健康成长为己任，不断探索创新办学模式和管理模式，率先完成了教育体制改革，使云南师范大学的优质教育资源在师大附中和师大二附中两种办学模式的平行发展中得到了充分发挥。

目前，全国中小学正在积极开展教育改革，努力探索和研究科学的、适用的教好英语和学好英语的策略和方法，教授、指导学习策略和方法。一方面，教学过程注重激发学生的兴趣，引导学生积极主动地参与，有利于创造活泼的教学氛围，形成师生之间交流的多向渠道，既发挥了教师的指导作用，又发挥了学生的主体作用。另一方面教师必须积极研究科学的、适用的学好英语的学习策略和方法，教授、指导学习策略和方法，让学生学会学习。通过对课程改革与创新教育方面理论知识的学习和对我所实习的师大第二附中的实践调查，同时我对学校3位高中英语教师进行个案调查和对我实习的班级学生进行多种形式的调查后，对课程改革与高中英语教学新策略有了粗略的了解，并了解到新策略的实施产生了很好的效果。因此我认为高中英语教学中的教学新策略应该包括以下几个方面：
一、主动参与教学的策略
由于目前仍以大班授课为基本形式的现状，我们根据教学要求、教学对象、教学内容的具体情况进行教学设计，形成了主动参与教学的基本策略。
1、营造参与环境，吸引学生参与。
（1）努力形成民主、宽松、和谐的教学氛围，形成相互尊重、信任、理解、合作的新型师生关系。教师要发扬教学民主，尊重学生人格，正视学生差异，对学生充满信任和理解，鼓励和支持学生积极参与，对学生的不同看法不主观否定，而是耐心地听取，积极地引导。例如附二中的杨老师在英语教学中就能经常征求学生的意见，了解学生的想法和需要，从而不断改进自己的教学方法以便适应学生。
（2）给学生活动和时间和空间，让学生积极主动参与到教学过程之中。如：讨论、辩论、演讲、编报、Freetalk等活动都可以为学生提供较大的活动空间。
（3）尊重学生差异，实施分层次教学。英语教学要适应不同层次学生的水平和需要，给不同层次学生以不同的学习任务，使每一个学生都有成功的机会，都能得到较充分的发展。
2。激发学生思考，引导积极学习
（1）巧设激趣情境，激发学生兴趣。师大第二附属中学的老师们在这个环节非常重视激发学生的学习兴趣不仅设计出各种各样的课堂导入，如：情景导入、背景导入、设疑导入、直观导入等方式来激发学生的学习欲望；还通过设计各种语言情景，激发学生的学习主动性，同时还要根据教材的内容，教学的需要，充分运用挂图、实物、录音、录像、投影、多媒体等辅助教学手段，使英语教学更形象直观、生动活泼，从而使学生有效地学习。在与实习班级学生的交流过程中将近有90%以上的同学认为这样的情景教学对提高她们的英语学习兴趣有很大的帮助，并使他们真正的运用了语言。
（2）引发认知冲突，启发学生思维。认知冲突是有效激发学生参与教学的基本途径。在英语教学中，要让学生产生学习的需要，成为学习主体，关键在于教师要相机设疑，鼓励学生质疑问难，提问和探究，勇于实践，引导学生积极主动地参与语言实践活动中。激活思维，是个全方位的任务。首先，在教师指导下预习，教师先对学生提出具体要求，如：①使用词典查生词，要求学生拼读、拼写和用英语释义；②预读课文2―3遍：教师简要介绍新课文的概况和语言要点，使学生有目的的带着兴趣和任务去预习新课，并鼓励学生预习后提问，以培养学生的自学能力。其次，在授课中，教师要把教材中的课文作为提供的语境，利用各种教学手段，如实物、图片、录音、多媒体等视听手段，创设情景，尽量使课堂教学情景化、交际化。
（3）提供条件和机会，在交流中共鸣。引导学生多角度思考问题，学会倾听他人的意见，学会与教师、同学平等交流是教学中的一个重要环节。如对课文中的重点词、短语、句型及语言知识进行灵活运用，跳出课文用到一个新的语境中；根据课文的体裁和内容开展多种多样的活动。如造句、编短文、对话、演讲、诗歌朗诵等。就如刘老师在上高二Unit4TheGardenofPoems中，她就为同学们提供了表现自我的机会，让同学组织了诗歌朗诵的活动。在这一环节里，学生将所学的知识真正运用到语言实践中去，不断提高他们的英语水平与参与能力。

学生进入高中阶段，从心理上来说有朦胧的成人感，他们有独立与创造的愿望，对自己的能力信心日趋上升。但在外语学习方面，虽然有了三年初中的基础，掌握了一定的词汇与基础语法，但由于缺乏外语的实践能力与自学能力，很多学生还停留在跟在老师后面跑，他们学习方法仍然停留在较简单的重复阶段。这种现象普遍存在，师大第二附属中学更为典型。因此，该校的老师们也意识到了在高中英语教学中开展学法指导已必不可少。其中有效的对学生的学法指导包括：
1。培养学生良好的学习习惯。
（1）制定计划。要学习好，首先要制定一个切实可行的学习计划，用以指导自己的学习。因为有计划就不会打乱仗，就可以合理安排时间，恰当分配精力。有计划就有了学习目标，也就有了学习动力和努力方向。师大第二附属中学高二年级组的英语教师们根据这一特点指导学生们在学期开始制定了一个“跳一跳，才能够得着”的长远目标，还让学生学会根据不同课型确定每节课或每一个单元认知小目标，让学生不断受到目标的激励，积极主动地学习，提高学习效率。
（2）课前自学课是学生学好新课，取得高效率的学习成果的基础。如果做好了课前自学，不仅可以培养自学能力（主要是独立思考问题的能力），而且可以提高学习新课的兴趣，掌握学习的主动权。课前自学可以发现疑难引起思考，减少听课的盲目性，增强听课效果。在学会学习的前提下，课前自学应改变仍停留在单词识记及课文阅读的程度上，我们要求学生自己查词典，自己记例句，自己用新词造句，自己找漂亮的句型、典型的表达法进行模仿，自己找句子进行诠解，自己找出课文中的难点，在充分利用课本的过程中，让学生学会英语，保证学生的课前自学程度，特别注意学生是否真正掌握了自学的方法，并进行有目的的指导。

This is a speech about practice report, in the first place I want to share with you about my work experience.
In the first summer vacation in the college, I changed 3 part-time jobs. The first one was waiter; the second one was teaching assistant in Talking Time Language Village (TTLV); the third one was interpreter in a Highway Service Station. Maybe you will ask me how can you get 3 part-time jobs and why do you want to change it? Actually this is a good question. Here are 3 reasons: first I want to speak English，second I want to practice English, third I want to use English. This was also the main reason I quitted the first one job waiter. Then I searched TTLV online and I attended the interview and passed the teaching test. Everything seems went smoothly, I started to work there in a few days later. I was a teaching assistant there, I was in charge of 8 students in my class and I assisted the foreign teacher to interpret for the students during the class. I work there for 20 days then I left because of Olympic Games in China. So I lost, that seems God always take good care of me, one of my supervisor in TTLV recommended a good job to me after I lost a few days, that was my third job in that vacation. I was an interpreter and I was in charge of communication with foreign friends there. I worked there for 30 days, I got 1500RMB which was my first time to earn so much money by myself in my lifetime.
In the following winter vacation I went back to TTLV. I was in the same position there, but different students and different teachers, so I made new friends, I got along with my foreign teachers and I improved my English a lot, especially, Brad who is an American, so well we got along with each other that he went back to my hometown with me to celebrate Spring Festival with my family, he spent 3 days with my family of course I was the only interpreter between my family and Brad.

这次实习我主要负责的是办公室文秘的工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。这个时候我想起了在学校时老师对我我们说的一句话，人的适应能力是无穷的。于是我深深的吸了一口气准备迎接接下来的一个个挑战。
说是文秘，其实我主要负责的就是打打文件，接接电话。多亏以前的练习，我的打字技术和质量足以应付领导交给我的任务。虽然只是坐了一天，但我还是感觉挺累的，再加上宿舍的简陋条件，生活真是给我上了意义非凡的一课，以前家长跟我们说一千遍挣钱多不容易，不如我亲身经历一天的感悟。
刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少，同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着，闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑，觉得他们真的是一个集体，而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去，于是，在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，以丰富自己的能力。
但这样下去也不是办法，复印、传真、等文秘工作我都还没有掌握。终于有一天我鼓起勇气向一名看起来很面善的年轻女同事请教了这方面的内容。没想到她不仅告诉了我发传真的方法还跟我说理很多文秘需要注意的事项。她告诉我文秘必须态度认真，细心，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会耽误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。最后为了让我掌握发传真的方法她又交给我一份需要发的传真让我练习。回到自己的座位上我一边体会着同事跟我说的话，一边发传真，当听到传真发送成功后的“嘟嘟”声，我便又小小地得意一番，虽然很傻，但至少又学会了一项办公器材的用法。
在这里我要特别感谢这位前辈，她不仅教给了我很多有用的东西，还把我介绍给其它的同事认识，以帮助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教这些前辈们，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。
在做打字发传真等枯燥工作的时候，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，在大家焦头烂额，手足无措的时候，我镇定的走出来然后利用在学校学到的知识解决这个棘手的问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的化学产品，金属元素等专有名词我连读都有困难更不用说翻译了。我只有达开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。即使这样还经常是单词的意思查到了却连不成句。仅仅四页纸我翻译了一天半。
最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务的通选课竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。
实习的另一个关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。以前老听哥哥姐姐们念叨还是在学校好，当时还特幼稚的想，学校有老师管着有什么好的啊!现在才看请其实到那里都有人管。在学校可以没心没肺的开玩笑，但走上工作岗位之后，说话做事都要谨慎，要有技巧。像我这样毫无社会经验的黄毛丫头，说话做事毫无技术含量，所以最好还是少说多做。
通过两星期的实习，我对复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作都基本熟练。在领到实习工资的那一刹那，我真的有种激动和不安的感觉。那是自己辛辛苦苦工作换来的。多少天的困难和疲惫总算有收获。但更重要的是，我拥有了一笔丰富的经验财富。
二、实习感悟
除了第一次工作人人都会有的工作难做社会难处的感悟之外，我最大的感悟就是真诚所至，金石为开。不管多难做，做好自己的那一份，总有一天会有收获，只是时间的问题。但如果你不去做，这一天永远不会像天上掉馅饼那样到来。
还有我更清楚的看清了自己的不足，除去能力上的不足，我更想说的.是心理的不足，这大概是大学生的通病，眼高手低。虽然我所做的不过是一份打杂的工作，更像是文秘助理，但如果我不做，在我后面有很多人等着接替我的职位。职位带给你的面子，工资带给你的生活质量都不能是你择业的首要根据。一个人对工作的态度决定了一个人能否找到工作，并且也决定了一个人能否做好工作。如果一个人眼光总是太高，可能永远也无法找到一份令自己满意的工作;相反地，如果一个人能够从自身实际出发，善于把握眼前的工作机会，并愿意为之付出，那么最后一定会取得工作上的成功。
再有就是关于人际关系方面的感悟。虽说在工作中能力必须有，但如果没有同事的合作与包容，你可能什么都做不了。以前可能是因为电视剧看的太多的原因，我总是感觉职场上充满了明争暗斗，要处事圆滑甚至耍些小聪明才能生存。但在与同事相处的过程中，我觉得更重要的是放大别人的优点，缩小别人的缺点。多站在别人的立场上想问题。电视剧中的情节都过于戏剧话了。另一方面，以前我总是觉得只要忍就可以解决一切问题。通过这两个星期的实习，我觉得硬生生的通过忍去让步不如通过考虑别人的
感受作出让步来的人性化。俗话说。路遥知马力，日久见人心。扪心自问，打动我们的往往是真诚的人。
回想这两星期的经历，从一言不发到基本适应职场生活。让我更坚信老师说的那句，人的适应能力是无穷的。刚到办公室的时候除了打字什么也不会，甚至想过放弃。但想到就这么灰溜溜的回去太没面子，而且还要实习报告，这无形见就给我了不少压力。虽然这些考虑都看起来很被动但却让我一次次的打消了放弃的念头。通过观察同事们的工作方法，请教同事，我从有事做漫漫的也忙了起来。忙到我开始忘记刚开始想放弃的原因。这让我想起一句广告词，一切皆有可能!
其实，这次实习也不都是正面积极的让我感受到人家大爱的经历。以前总是听父母唠叨工作时经常会受上司的“气”，虽然我只实习了短短两个星期，我深刻的体会到这“气”还真不好受。自己心里很不舒服的时候，就干脆想辞职得了。但静下心来仔细想想，以后总要工作的，在别人手底下工作不都是这样么?刚开始。就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然，以后干什么都会干不好的。
总之，通过这些感悟，我要更加学会珍惜。要珍惜在学校生活的每一天无忧无虑的生活，要珍惜父母的每一分辛苦赚来的钱。工作以后更要珍惜每一次的工作机会，因为实习使我懂得了它们的重要性，以后我会更加珍惜。
三、实结
通过这次实习，不仅收获了工作和为人处事方面的经验，对本不是自己专业的文秘工作也有了初步的了解。也看到了自己需要提高的地方，在以后的学习中既要重视对知识的掌握，更重要的是通过每一次珍贵的实习机会，将理论和实际结合起来，为将来更好的适应社会打下基础。针对以上总结，在今后的学习和生活中我要做到以下五点：
其一是加强沟通能力。专业知识固然重要，但良好的沟通能力是让别人发现你能力的前提。如果以后将从事商务方面的工作这点更为重要。表面上看来，它只是一种能说会道的能力，可实际上它却包罗了一个人从穿衣打扮到言谈举止等一切行为的能力。一名出色的工作者就要应该作到智商和情商都高。沟通能力，对于求职者，不仅是一种给企业留下好印象的基本素质，而且还是一个人的应变能力的外在表现。通过在学校中的交际来提高我的沟通能力，一定会在我以后找工作的过程中起到事半功倍的作用。
其二是要发扬团队精神，不论是在学校生活还是在社会生活中，只要是处在一个集体中这一点都会起到非常重要的作用。而因为是独生子女的关系，在这一方面我做的很不够。有的时候甚至将独立和自私这两个概念在自己的为人处事中混淆了。集体作业不是个人行为，一个人的能力毕竟有限，但是如果大家拧成一股绳，再困难的问题都会迎刃而解。通过加强团队意识，在以后的工作岗位上不仅可以提高工作效率还能增加同同事之间的友谊。
其三是要加强英语的学习。作为自己的专业，在这样的小城市中虽然因为就业面太窄可能无法频繁的应用，但却可以成为我的优势。但在实习的过程中这个优势却并不突出，这都是因为我的专业水平有待提高。在今后的学习，我要通过扩大词汇量增大阅读面来提高自己的英语水平。并且要拿到大学英语四极证，否则作为英语专业的学生就太没有说服力了。这样就会在我求职的过程中增加一快很有分量的砝码。
其四是要加强商务方面知识的学习。以前总是觉得与英语无关的商务方面的课程只要在考试之前背一下能够应付考试就可以了。但通过这次实习我发现自己错了。记住不如理解，理解又不如实践。所以说如果只是单纯背过那些概念就仿佛是只是认识这个人，而不是了解所以是做不了朋友的。通过对理论的理解相信会让我在以后工作中的实践更加容易。
其五是要学习忍耐。社会不象学校，它关系网错综复杂。如果只是喜欢谁就靠近谁不喜欢就远离，并且把所以情绪都摆在脸上，最终很可能会被淘汰。要知道没有家人或死党可以无条件的接受你的一切情绪。要保持宽容的心态，才能处理好一切关系。
在这短短的十几天实习中，我除了学会了一些基本的技能，更学到了做人和做事的道理，这些都是学校中所学不到的宝贵的东西。它不仅在一定程度上影响了我的处事关，也让我看到了这个社会的残酷。虽然淄博只是一个很小的城市，但这依然改变不了弱肉强食的社会现状，所以只有时刻保持进取心才能使自己不被淘汰。这让我想到毛主席的话，好好学习，天天向上。学无止境啊!
在实习报告的最后，我想起了周迅用沙哑的声音唱出的那首简单的《外面》，“外面的世界很精彩，我出去会不会失败，外面的世界特别慷慨，闯出去我就可以活过来，留在这里我看不到现在，我要出去寻找我的未来。”总有那么一天，我们要走出象牙塔，去经历外面的世界带给我们的精彩和无奈。如果人生是一部戏，这次实习就是这场戏的彩排。而当我真正开始演我的戏，就再没有这样的彩排机会，不管是精彩还是枯燥人生场戏都要继续演下去。通过这次彩排获得的经验将使我受益一生，铭记一生。
