三个月的实习生活在不知不觉中落下了帷幕，在这期间，我学到了很多在大学课堂里学不到的东西，也体验到了很多人生中从未有过的经历。但我最大的收获是将平日在课堂上所学的理论学问用于理论，并且经过理论检验了我关于英语教学方面的假定和猜测，获得了很大进步，现在回想起自己在汾阳二中度过的实习时光，指导老师的耐心指导，学生们的积极配合，给我留下了深刻的印象，我发自内心的感激他们。下面我将从英语教学，实习班主任和教学研究三个方面对我的实习做一个总结。现把自己教学实习所作、所见、所感、所得一一回顾，作如下总结。

一、教育工作方面

在英语教学方面。按照实习之初的方案，实习的前两周我们的次要任务是听课和评课。从实习的第三周开端，我体验了几节正轨的英语教学课。实习的英语课堂与我们平日的模仿课堂是完全不一样的。实习前在课堂上试讲时，面对的都是自己的同班同学，每位同学都非常的优秀。但是，在实习的课堂中，学生的程度良莠不齐，掌握学问的程度不一样，承受新学问的速度也不一样。而教师要面对全体学生展开教学不能仅仅局限于几个人。比方说当教师提出问题学生答不上时，教师该怎样办呢?站在讲台上吹胡子瞪眼睛是处理不了问题的。但这又是我们在上课经常碰到的问题。

（二）对自己英语课堂教学优缺点的总结

结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考，我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结。

1、对自己课堂教学优点的总结

第一、课堂流程整体把握不错，上课有章法，遵循学校规定“PPP”教学法等。第二、课堂上教态自然，教学耐心；常微笑，常鼓励学生；对学生一视同仁，平等对待。

第三、讲解知识点的同时，能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。

2、对自己英语课堂教学缺点的总结

第一、板书的设计与书写需要提高；课堂举例要有意义，要举经典例句第二、讲具体的一节课要有重点，要有简明的课堂小结

第三、声音要再洪亮一些，有升降。

第四、对睡觉、玩手机的学生管理应该严厉一些

第五、在讲解知识点时，要按照考试大纲分轻重。

二、班主任工作方面

在班主任实习方面，我也付出了不少的努力。下面是自己切合学生心理实际进行思想教育工作的一些尝试以及和大家分享一下我在实习班级工作中的一点体会。

在我的原有印象中，班主任工作是一项繁重枯燥的工作，因此，未上岗之前我就对班主任工作产生了一种强烈的惧怕感。班主任是班级工作的组织者、管理者和策划者，也是学校管理的中间力量和骨干分子，对良好班风和校风的形成起到举足轻重的作用。在担任083班实习班主任这几周的时间里，我有这样一个认识，班主任对学生的思想教育工作，实质上是一个与学生实行心理沟通的过程，只有真正了解了学生的内心世界，做到有的放矢，方法得当，才能达到教师对学生的成长提供帮助指导、学生对教师的工作给予配合支持的目的，从而收到好的教育效果。担任班主任可以给我们带来忙碌与艰辛，但它带给我们更多的，是从和这些天真可爱的孩子相触中得到的快乐与欣慰。

作为一个班主任又怎样使自己的工作上台阶、上水平、上档次呢？

（一）作好计划，繁而不乱

班主任工作繁重异常，这是众所周知的。因此，在开展班主任繁重的工作之前，应先根据本班的实际情况制定详尽的工作计划。古语有云：“凡事预则立,不预则废。” 这说明制定计划的重要性。如果没有制定一个切实可行的计划，跟着感觉走，就会使工作显得被动，而且繁重的工作就会显得更凌乱，以至工作难以开展，不能达到预期的目标，而且将来还可能出现一些不可预测的问题。因此，开展班主任工作，一定要先作好计划。

（二）了解学生，交流沟通

作为一个班主任，一定要了解班上每一位学生，这样才能做到“因材施教”。我作为一个实习班主任，对学生的基本情况不了解，于是我利用见习的前三天，通过找原班主任了解情况，开班干部会议，找学生个别谈话，悉心观察等方式，来了解学生的基本情况，包括学生的主体思想，学习现状，学习成绩，优秀学生和后进生。同时，还通过批改周记、作文，中下午有空找学生聊天，晚自习随堂自修或备课，深入班级，广泛接触学生，与学生进行心与心的交流沟通。通过以

作为助教，我们的作用是很大的。因为我们计划并且操作一堂课。课前，我们根据教科书编写lessonplan。就是一整堂课的流程，这是给外教用的，包括复习内容、新学内容、课堂游戏等等。课中，我们全程陪同，翻译、维护课堂秩序、提醒外教下一步该做什么。最后的半小时，是英语角，整个就是我的活儿，因为外教只上一个半小时。

这一部分也有lessonplan，而且是很系统很紧凑的，因为在这短短的半小时里，我们要帮助小朋友们复习巩固他们所学的知识，同时融入warmup,game,songanddance多种元素。通常英语角是在整个课的最后半小时，这个时候小朋友们基本上已经坐不住了，而且只有助教一个老师负责了，所以这个时候的授课难度也是的。好吧，现在让我来简单介绍一下我是如何开始和结束一堂课的吧。上午10点，开始上课。玩是孩子的天性，在教授幼儿口语的时候，我们侧重以“游戏”为基本活动的教学活动，更贴近3—6岁少儿在该年龄阶段身心发展的规律和学习特点。早晨10点之前，我已经早早来到了教室，手中拿着今天上课需要用到的卡片，包括上次课所学内容和今天要学习的内容，还有lessonplan和一些辅助上课的道具，比如彩色的球。会叫的卡通大榔头等等。我先和陆续到来的学生和家长打招呼寒暄几句，并且把小朋友的英文名写在白板上。

十点了，外教Sharaif走进课堂，带领孩子们玩起了课前warmup的游戏，一首耳熟能详的歌曲《LondonBridge》让所有孩子们顿时打起了精神。所有孩子围绕着老师，哼着倒背如流的英语歌曲，全身心地投入了游戏角色。此时，Sharaif俨然成为了全班的核心人物。2小时的英语课堂就在这样轻松活跃的气氛中拉开帷幕。我们为低年龄阶段的孩子提供了不同于传统教学的纯英语学习环境，采取全外教授课模式，通过运用现代教学工具，并配合教师擅长的TPR教学，从视觉、听觉等多方面进行感觉刺激，促进小朋友英语语言技能的逐步成长。

镜头一：Sharaif举起了手里的单词卡片，环绕全班小朋友提问：“What’sthis?”卡片正面画了一只活泼可爱的猴子，立即有小朋友应声答道：“Monkey”Sharaif立即举起了大拇指，我在黑板上为其中反映最快的小朋友画上了一颗五角星，作为积极发言的答题奖励。紧接着，Sharaif在每一位小朋友前站立，让小朋友模仿自己的口型和发音跟着朗诵，小朋友的每一次发音有错误，她便会要求小朋友再次跟读直至将单词朗读正确为止。镜头二：在学习了一系列有关动物的单词后，Sharaif和孩子们玩起了动物模仿秀，由老师模仿动物，小朋友们比赛谁写说出正确的单词。当外教弯下腰，双臂左右摇摆，小朋友Sky响亮的冒出了单词elephant。镜头三：十五分钟后，所有单词卡片分散在教室的地面上，这回，小朋友们必须身体力行，练习听单词找卡片。所有单词卡片分散在教室的地面上，小朋友都站在自己的座位前面，他们需要在最短的时间里准确无误地找出外教说出的单词。这个时候，课堂气氛顿时进入高潮，手脑并用的教学方式增添了许多趣味。小朋友们在边学边玩的愉快过程中就学会了这些单词。镜头四：接下来是游戏时间。玩的是wolf,wolf,whattimeisit.小朋友们和外教分别在教室的东北角和西南角，小朋友们发问wolf,wolf,whattimeisit.Wolf(外教)就会回答fiveo’clock,这时候小朋友们就要往外教走五步。

在最后的dinnertime时被抓住的小朋友要过去念卡片......直到剩下一个小朋友，就是winner。经过这两个月的实习，我还获得了不少实习心得：一、首先，让学生喜欢英语让学生觉得英语并不难。自信和兴趣是非智力因素的主要成分,树立良好的自信心和培养浓厚的兴趣,对学习英语将起到积极的推动作用。而长期以来,学生却形成了”英语难学,自己学不好”的心理问题,这就给英语教学工作带来了不利的影响,消除这种的主要途径就是要教给学生正确的学习方法。比如在记忆单词时,可以采取多种方式学习相结合,掌握其规律,让学生有据可依,有章可循,而不是机械地记忆某一个知识点。当学生们用自己学过的知识创造出新知识的时候，英语学习就再不是难事了。二、让学生们相信自己让学生了解自己的学习成果。学生通过学习必定要获得一定的成果，学生及时了解自己学习的成果，包括所学的知识在实际的应用，作业的正误，成绩的好否，能巩固和发展他们学习动机。老师对学生在课堂中的口头回答要给予肯定或否定，书面专业要及时批改，让他们知道自己的进步情况，从而使他们的学习态度和方法得以强化，激发他们学习的积极性。同时通过反馈作用激起他们的上进心，产生克服缺点的意志，努力向前。三、培养学生的良好习惯每个人都有自己不同于他人的学习习惯。好习惯能帮助一个人提高学习效率，使他终生受益。但良好习惯的需要在平时的学习中，通过不断积累，多次练习之后才能逐步形成。学生学习英语之初是培养良好习惯的好时机，否则，一些不良习惯一旦形成，就很难改变。在阅读课文时，注意方式和速度，善于了解事实，发现问题，推断未知信息。练习写句子时，要注意标点符号，大小写，字迹要清楚。平时养成按时完成作业，勤用工具书，科学利用时间等好习惯。四、形成正确的学习策略所谓的学习策略是指在学习过程中用以提高学习质量，学习效率的各种活动。它涉及到学习目标、个人知识、学习计划、学习方法和技能等各种与学习有关的因素。如怎样理解、记忆和运用所学的单词,句型,应采取什么样的形式对所学知识的理解、记忆和运用等。五、端正学习态度1、要勤学苦练。英语是一种交际工具。学习英语就是要学到熟练地使用这个工具的本领。掌握英语的主要途径就是练。学习英语的过程就是一种练功夫的过程。学英语，语言知识是必须学的，但是只有通过足够的练习，才能领会所学的知识，逐渐达到纯熟地运用的地步。而要达到能听懂、看懂英语，能用英语说和写，也就是能使用这个交际工具，非勤学苦练不可。2、要积极大胆地说，大胆地读，注意克服畏难、怕羞、不敢开口的。3、要持之以恒。学习英语，要靠日积月累地坚持学习，最忌一曝十寒。开始学习时，觉得新奇，兴趣很浓，往往忽视学习的长期性和艰巨性。不少学生，开始学得不错，渐渐跟不上了，原因很多，而怕困难，不能坚持，往往是原因之一。六、提高自身的素质，让学生崇拜老师对学生来说英语已不是既陌生又神秘的学科。许多孩子从小就开始在父母的教育下学习英语,有的孩子在学校开始教授英语前就已经有了很深的英语基础。所以作为老师的就要对学生有问必答,只要学生想学的东西,我们必须给予回答,甚至与我们教学毫不相干的语言我们也要多少掌握一些。

有一次,在我上课批改作业时,有一个学生对另一个学生说了一句俄语,我当时说;你说的是法语,意思是china。他感到惊讶,说”老师,法语你也会啊?我是跟我爸爸学的,就会这么一个词。以后我想学法语,就找你。”我对他说:”只要你肯学,我一定教你。但是你首先要把我们现在学的英语学好。”他又有说了一句:”OK。Thankyouverymuch，teacher。”在以后的学习中,这个学生一直努力向前,以优异的成绩读完了英语课程。在其他的学科书上,也可以看到一些外语单词。我想如果学生问起来,老师的回答是:不知道。这会让学生感到失望,而我们也会觉得尴尬。我认为老师留给学生的第一印象,将不知不觉地给他们学习这门学科产生影响。学习是为了应用,用是学习的目的,也是学习的动机。当学生在语言使用中常到了甜头,提高兴趣,获得成功感时,就会增强信心。同时,也会在语言使用中发现问题,并想办法解决,单纯的机械操练只是对语言的的理解。所以，我们要更加努力地学习，发挥自身的辅导作用。当今世界，国力竞争日趋激烈，教育在综合国力的形式中处于基础地位，国力的强弱越来越取决于劳动者的素质，取决于各类人才的数量和质量、为此国家提出了全面推进素质教育，培养适应21世纪现代化建设需要的社会主义新人的要求。国家的现代化建设不仅需要许多高级人才，更需要大量有文化、懂外语、熟悉业务的各行各业的技术人员，管理人员和服务人员。英语教育的任务，就是为培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质的合格劳动者和各级各类的合格人才打下一定的英语基础。以上是我在英语教学中的初步尝试，体会比较肤浅，相信随着经验的不断积累，我一定会成为一个优秀的人类灵魂的工程师。

实习目的：了解相关的英语应用和教学技能，锻炼自己的沟通以及学习能力。为即将走上工作岗位做准备。

实习内容：针对高中英语教育的教材以及授课方式进行随堂听课，亲身授课和课后收集学生反应的方法，寻求最有效且学生最为接受的课堂方法。实践主要是听中学老师讲课，做笔记，接下来为自己实践讲课和收集信息的阶段，最后十天分析资料结合实际，得出结论。

实习心得：

实习老师，是个很特别的存在。还记得第一次被班级里学生叫老师好的时候的那种错愕，渐渐适应，然后自如反应，点头示意。开始的一个礼拜，日渐习惯起学校的生活，仿佛重回高中时代一般，只是是以一种全新的角度来看待学生，以老师的身份来要求自己了，这种感觉挺奇妙的，以往觉得“高高在上”的老师，突然间成了身边的“同事”，作为实习老师，又该以怎样的态度去面对高中的学生?

身份的转变，是实习阶段第一个要跨越的坎吧，正确认识自己的身份：带教老师的学生，高中学生的老师。

担任实习班主任工作的班级是高一(7)班，高一年级两个文科班之一，与我那时的文科班大为不同，现在文科班的学生不像我们那时那么沉闷，就像班主任唐老师所说，对于老师来说是喜忧参半吧，毕竟调皮的学生太多，比较不容易控制。一进教室就看到教室后的墙壁上贴满了奖状，看的出来这个班级在学校里也是相当活跃的，学校里评选的各个之星，几乎7班也每个都有份。班上同学的性格很活泼，几天相处下来，就建立起了不错的关系，谈谈班级同学，日常琐事，甚至也有同学会来找我解答问题，谈谈理想，也让自己渐渐有了的确是个老师了的觉悟。

实习内容：初一英语教学，实习班主任

读高二的时候，班上来了一位语文的实习老师。那时才第一次接触到实习这个概念。实习老师来到后，同学们都觉得很新鲜，也不害怕他。他也向朋友一样和我们打成一片。没想到时间飞逝，转眼之间，我也从一个实习老师教过的学生变成了一个真正的实习老师，心里有很多期待和欣喜，也有一些紧张。10月11日下午，当我们第一次踏进海口四中的大门时，为期两个月的实习工作也拉开了它的帷幕。

在这两个月的实习中，我不仅体会到作为一名实习老师的各种酸甜苦辣，也不断回忆起当初作为一名中学生的种种心情。作为一名实习老师，这两个月让我学会了很多东西，懂得了许多道理。读万卷书，不如行千里路。这次实习主要是教学工作和班主任工作两方面，仅仅这两方面就让我受益匪浅。

一：教学工作

教学是作为一个老师的首要任务，能否教好课，直接关系到学生对老师的评价和认可，甚至影响到学生对课程的兴趣。在实习过程中，我上了3次新课，一共11节课，虽然总的说来上课上多了有些进步，但我觉得没有哪堂课令我十分满意，教学过程和环节中总是存在疏漏的地方，让我事后惭愧。我想，真的要走上教学岗位，成为一名优秀的人民教师，还需自己以后不断的努力实践。我在上课教学中暴露了许多不足之处。在我上第一堂课的时候，我就出现了这样一个问题。

一堂课我都只是看着前面的学生，而完全忽略了后面学生的存在。而且，每次起来让学生回答完问题后，都没有及时地让他们坐下。刚开始学生好象也不大习惯这样，后面上课的次数多了，他们也就习惯了。我还没叫他们坐下，他们就自己坐下了。第一堂课吸取教训后，以后每节课我都会主动叫坐在后排的学生回答问题，也经常看看后面学生脸上的表情。

后来也慢慢发现，在课堂上看着每个学生脸上的表情，他们的眼睛，能够看出他们这节课有没有在听，有没有听懂。终于发现，经验是要一点一点地慢慢积累，尤其是要抓住在课堂上这一个机会。

实习将近两个月，上了几节课，在新老师与原来的老师之间，学生都反映我在课堂上带读单词和句子的时间和次数都远远不如刘老师。可能实习前，我们的确太高估了学生的水平。这一届的学生很多在小学时没有接触过英语，基础很差，而这本教科书又有一定的难度，所以到我们去实习前，还有一些学生连字母ABC都还不懂。指导老师也指出我们带读的太少。

的确如此，在后面的每节课中，我们都花了比较多的时间带读单词和句子。原本以为这些时间已经够多了，可是课后学生也反映老师带读的还是很少。在每次上课后，都发现每节课让学生操练地都比较少，一直都没有让学生好好地操练。初中的都是操练课，操练对学生学习英语很重要。在这点上，我还是没有做好。在整个教学实习中，还有一点我也是要多加锻炼和提高的，那就是倒磁带的问题。每次有听力的时候，我总是倒不好带，显得很紧张，学生看了也会替老师着急，影响了教学过程，也浪费了时间。

回顾这一段时间，我是用心的，但用心不一定等于成功，我毕竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字，还带着全班学生一起读错，老师把错误指出来而无地自容、羞愧几天的事情也有过。

二：班主任工作

班主任是班级的主任老师。班主任作为全面关心学生成长的主要教师、学生主要的精神关怀者、影响学生发展的重要他人，无疑肩负神圣而又重要的职责。如何做好班主任工作?是值得每一位老师不断思考探索的。作为一名实习班主任，虽然在实习过程中，我学到了很多，但真的要去做班主任，还是有很大差距的。实习之初，我觉得自己首先要了解我所带的班级和班级同学，了解是班主任工作的基础。

于是第一周，先和同学们见面、做自我介绍，向指导老师询问有关班级的情况，经常去看自习课，和学生多接触、多聊聊。一周下来，我跟班里的同学混了个脸熟，我也发现了我们班是一个团结、活泼的班集体，一个学习成绩好，氛围好的班级并不见得是一个团结活泼的班集体。在给班里组织的一次“爸爸，妈妈，我想对你说”的主题班会上，让我对他们有了更深的了解，越来越发现他们是非常可爱的孩子。才实习一周，就深刻体会到班主任工作的艰难。每天起早晚归，大家有显得有些筋疲力尽。

以后的日子里，我们就不再担任班主任的工作。回头想想，班主任工作的确可以锻炼我们，提升我们的能力。虽然不再是实习班主任，可是我还是会经常去教室和学生聊聊，早读自习的时候帮他们解决问题。学生都认为老师是无所不能，什么都知道。有一次上自习，一位学生问我我关于生物方面的知识，关于生物，我已经忘得差不多了。当他问我时，我想了半天也不知道，只好跟他说老师也不知道。他说老师你也有不知道的啊。我笑着回答，难道老师是机器人，什么都通啊。

虽然有些问题疑惑不能帮助他们即使解决，但我觉得能帮助学生解决疑惑是一件挺快乐的事情，师者，传道授业解惑者也。总的来说，我和班里的学生相处还算不错，当他们知道我要离开的时候，很多都舍不得，其实我也有点不舍，才刚刚开始和他们彼此了解的时候，就要分开，只愿他们今后一路走好。

总之，教学是一个互动的过程，老师只要认真投入教学，孩子就会积极配合。这种过程是很开心的!实习虽然很辛苦忙碌，但对我来说是一次非常有益的磨练和尝试。最后我想衷心感谢海口四中给了我一次这样的经历，也感谢刘老师给予我全方面的指导和帮助。

我实习的是一间外语培训中心。中心的环境优美，虽然是几间教室,都弥漫着活泼的气息。实习的日子,自然也增添了不少情趣。

到培训中心报道后，我的带教老师是周老师。她教学经验丰富,待人很好。中心里的老师都说她的课讲得很好。领导说应该多向周老师请教。之后的时间，还来不及适应新的环境，我就被周老师领到了班级,当时想到就要面对四五十个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课。这是实习的必经阶段,听课不仅能够学习带教老师的教学方法,也能熟悉自己将要教学的班级。小学阶段的英语课程与中专里大不相同,他们要的不是文章的思想内涵，而是一种能听、说、读的技能。带教的周老师教态很好，课程安排上面相当严谨,备课很充分。听第一节课的时候就觉得整节课早已经规划好了似的，大部分学生都知道了这节课要完成的内容。就算有突发状况的发生,老师学生也都能自行控制好时间。学校规定的听课是10节左右,我基本上能去听的课都去了,为的是想了解整个章节上课的完整过程,每个部分都有不同的上课手段和形式。这些，都是值得我学习的地方。中专里所学的英语教学法课程,提及不少英语教学的教学方法,不过，感觉大部分都是纸上谈兵。真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样,教学的内容就算一样,方式也可以有很多种,老师自己授课,可以让学生回答问题,可以结合练习加深印象。而对于学生的回答,老师给予的鼓励也可以有很多种,比如:good!great!excellent!等等。与此同时，还要注意是否自己会漏掉一些没有专心听讲的学生,适当地抽他们回答问题以便让他们集中注意力。板书的排版也不能天马行空,而是要让学生一看就明了……这些都是书本上很难学到的东西。一周的听课时间下来,作为实习生的我，感触都很深,除了以上提到的这些,光是“sitdown,please！”这一句,一个老师一节课就要说上几十遍,教学的内容固然重要,学生与老师间基本的尊重,也是我们今后教学中需要注意的地方。

写教案。教案是教学前的重头戏。周老师先让我仔细回忆一下她上课的步骤并结合我自己在学校里学到的东西来写教案。起初，我有点傻眼,但真正开始写的时候我只是写了部分重要的知识点和一些课堂用语到教案里去,就怕到自己展现讲台上上课的时候忘词。对于那些细节部分，则在自己的本子上一一注明。提醒自己，以防漏掉了什么。就连上课需要的口语部分也都是尽量背下来，记好。

试讲。正式上课前,周老师让我试讲。刚开始还以为，就只有她一个人在教师来听我的课。但是，当我迈进教室时，才发现还有其他的老师。当时的心“扑通扑通”直跳！可一想到周老师平时的话语和自己的充分准备就不是那么害怕了。试教的时候,刚上课那会儿，班里的学生都很迷糊，几乎连提的问题都回答不上来。后来，不知是他们的求知欲望，还是那种活泼的气息让他们开始活跃起来!一个个把小手举得老高说：“let’smetry!”那一瞬间，对学生的积极劲儿很是感动！

上课。以前，我们在学校的时候同学们就互相演练上课的经过。但是，现在真正地来到了课堂，感觉就完全不一样了！这里的学生没有外面演练时的“学生”聪明。因为，他们是真正的小学生！不是为了组织课堂而暂时扮演小学生的大学生！小学生活泼，爱动，很淘气，有的时候会叫你哭笑不得！在这种情况下，对于一个实习生来说，要维持好课堂纪律并操纵整个课堂是很难的！

带教老师周老师说，若你越宽容他们，他们就会越调皮，甚至连课堂纪律都不会遵守。因此，要想上好一节课，就必须很严肃！起初，我并不把周老师的话当真。但是，当我的课上到一半出现周老师说的那种情况的时候，我就严肃起来，终于，一节课在大家的努力下终于结束了！那时候，觉得“严师出高徒”还是有它的底蕴啊！

上课的经过就像以前的老师一样，大多是五步教学法。记得一次在一个不是很活跃的班里上课时，为了调动学生的积极性，我提出要同学到讲台那里去像老师一样对班里同学提问的要求。刚开始，没有一个人愿意到讲台上面去，在我多次的重复演练下，一个小女孩走上了讲台。在那一瞬间，我很感激她，感激她的勇气！接下来，又陆续上去了几个同学，他们都表现得很好！同时，一个个小手都举得老高，争先恐后地争取这个机会。。

实习总结：

以上就是自己对这一年的实习生活所做的简单总结。除了上述方面的收获外，我还体验到了人生中的其它方方面面。这一次的实习是我人生当中最有纪念价值的阶段之一。也许在实习之初我并没有意识到它会给我带来这么深的感悟：实习不仅教会了我英语教学方面的知识，更重要的是它让我学会了生活中的点滴感动。原本是陌生的人因为它而联系在一起了与这群可爱的学生相处的日子里，每天都很快乐。只有自己经历过了才深深地感受到老师在学生心目中的伟大和神圣。这一年的所得，无论自己将来从事何种职业，都将使我终身受益！
