实习心得和体会：
短短的几天英语写作实习让我收获很多，通过对几种不同文体的作文学习与练习，我不仅仅在英语写作表达上更是从写作技能上得到了一定的进步。也发现了自己在写作方面存在的一些问题。
英语写作水平和很多因素有关。基础知识是写作的前提,有了扎实的基础,还要有清晰的思路,和无数的练习。我们应该从懵懂无知的状态下,慢慢走向头脑清晰思维活跃条理清楚的写作状态。
一篇英文作文或者任何书面、口头翻译,衡量水平的高低并不是看你使用了多少“高级”词汇，而是看你是否用恰当的词语或句子表达了准确的意思。在我们某些中国人看来所谓的好作文，在老外眼里或许是一篇古董。这也是我长久以来看某些英语节目的时候感觉他们说的词汇挺简单的，能听懂但是就是自己不会用，就是因为没有在说每句话的时候找到它最准确的表达，而是一味的让文章看起来有水平甚至还杜撰词。关键是要把已掌握的完全了如指掌，运用自如。
中文的语法规则比较松散，英文比较严格。在中文里面动词没有时态和单复数的变化，句子也不一定非要有主谓宾语，英文则刚好相反，所有这些都是最基本的语法规则。而尽量减少语法错误的关键，就在于要处理清楚句子结构。长句子容易出错，不是因为长度，而是因为结构复杂。要清楚自己在一句话里要表达的重点是什么——这个重点往往就是需要修饰、强调的部分，也往往就是最容易出错的部分，而分清主次，也能大大减少在时态运用上的错误。这也就是写作教材里常常强调的syntax。
中文的最小意义单位是字，而英文是词。这也就意味着在中文中我们可以有更多意思的选择，甚至可以自己通过字的组合创造新的词。英文的词汇也很丰富，但可以供个人自由发挥的余地不大，所以一定要慎重选择，多查字典。写作不需要用到很生僻的词，但也要尽量避免同一个词在文段中重复出现，important用过了可以用significant，vital。基本上越是经常要表达的意思，可替换的词就越多。也许一个very只是程度副词，在你的语句中并没有很重要的地位，但是一段话中出现3次以上very，很可能读者就要倒胃口了。如果syntax是要把握大体，wording就是要注重细节。
要学会用词适当，我觉得在写作选词时应该做到下列几个方面：
1、分辨语体，书面体和口语体。
2、明确词性，一词多性、派生词。
3、成语的运用。
4、识别词义。同义词和一词多义的情况。
5、注意拼写。写作时，常会出现拼写错误，大小写和标点等问题。
在做到适当用词的基础上还要训练如何写出正确的句子。英语属于分析语，可以充分运用形态变化、词序和虚词来表达语法关系。它造句注重形式接应，结构完整，句子以形寓意；而汉语主要借助词序和虚词来表达语法关系的典型分析语。造句注重意念连贯，不求结构完整，句子以意投形。英语却恰恰相反，句子成分之间必须保持在人称、性、数、时、意义方面的一致。句子做到下列五要素：意思和结构完整、词语之间的连贯、用词简洁、重点内容的强调、句型的多样化。还要注意英语主从句的连接结构；在主从句的连接结构方面,汉语的从属结构往往使用成对的连接词来表明从句和主句之间的逻辑关系,如“如果„那么、因为„所以、虽然„但是、除非„否则”等。但是，在英语的这类结构里并不存在成对的连接词，两个连接词中只能保留一个。学习者在英语写作中使用这些结构时，把汉语的这些句法特点迁移到英语的从句中，容易引发此类结构中的连接词应用错误。同时，教师要改变教学中重语言点的讲解，轻视中英句式对比现象，对存在显著差异的句式进行比较。
然后是加强段落和整体篇章写作的能力。段落既是文章的组成部分，又是一个自成一体、相对独立的整体。它通常由主旨句、扩展句和结尾句组成。
1、主旨句。主旨句揭示该段内容的中心，放在段落的开头。从修辞上看，主旨句宜用比较简洁的句子，使读者易于领会该段的主旨。
2、扩展句。扩展句的内容必须围绕主旨句，支持主旨句。
3、结尾句。结尾句是对主旨句的呼应，它通常导出扩展句所陈述的结果。段落的展开方法有多种，如按时间展开、按过程展开、按空间展开、按举例法展开、按类比和对比法展开、按因果分析法展开、按分类法展开或几种方法相结合。每个段落都能够做到布局合理，推理合乎逻辑，那么整片文章就可以水到渠成，相得益彰。

在这次实习中，通过练习，我们发现了很多问题，这不是某一个同学的问题，而是大家所共有的，大致可归纳为以下几种：
1、词汇方面

2、语法方面

3、句型方面
学生作文中旬型方面的错误也很突出。如：句子不完整(缺少主语、谓语或部分谓语)，只有从句而无主句。
4、文化背景方面
这方面的问题主要是受母语的影响，学生写出的句子往往是中国式英语，或按汉语句子的模式生搬硬套。甚至有少数学生先用汉语写出短文，再逐句译成英语。
5、文章内容方面

我被分配在翻译协会里任职，所以我们就在学校里拿到了老师发给我们的翻译材料。我们的实习内容是翻译一书中的几个章节，而我的任务是翻译此书的第一章的第一篇文章，大约5000字左右的文字。
二、实习内容
记得那天去领取翻译任务时，指导老师拿出一本厚厚的书对我们说翻译材料就是这本书中的几个章节，每个人要翻译大概十五页。我当时心想这么厚重又是纯英文的原著要是让我们翻译起来肯定很费力。其他几个同学也表现出几分忧虑的形色。老师自然是看出了我们的焦虑，语重心长地对我们说道这本关于文化概念的原著翻译起来是有点费劲，其中不乏晦涩难懂的单词、长句甚至段落。但是大家要记住首先要摆正好心态，不能因为一件事很难就不去做或者马马虎虎地了事，要做就要努力做到最好，翻译也是一样。其次，这本书的每个章节前会有一篇关于那章的中文概述，可以供大家大概地了解一下要翻译的作品的基本内容。然后的话，就是针对翻译过程中可能遇到的困难大家该如何处理的问题。这个解决方法有很多种，但是老师建议大家可以把自己要翻译的部分拿出来和其他人一起探讨，交流，通过这种讨论的方式，我相信大家从中会学到很多东西。另外，遇上不懂的也可以到老师这里来，老师几乎每天都在办公室里，随时欢迎大家的到来。”老师的这段话可以说给我们每个人都打上了一针镇定剂埃回到寝室后，我迫不及待地浏览了一下我的翻译材料，看到密密麻麻的英文单词，还是有种望而生畏的感觉。在接下来的时间里，我首先是把要翻译的十五页从头到尾一共看了三遍，这才勉强了解了英文原著的大概内容，但总有些似懂非懂模模糊糊的概念萦绕在脑海里。而后，我就从头开始投入了我的翻译工作中。先是把不认识的单词全都挑出来，查清楚他们的含义，然后再根据上下文推断出生词的准确含义，就这样先查单词再推断其在文中准确的含义最后翻译句子，绕来绕去，仅仅翻译第一段就花费了我一个上午的时间，要知道第一段可是只有七八个句子而已。所以不得不感慨自己的速度比蜗牛还慢呀。虽然翻完后，看到自己的成果
有种从所未有的成就感和自豪感，但是我也严重地意识到自己的效率实在是太低了。因此我就改变了策略---先按英文内容把文章分成了几个大的段落，再把一个大段落里的生词全找出来，查清其含义后通通写在一个生词本上，这样既积累了单词，又放方便查找；最后就一次翻译一个大段落。这样显然比之前轻松了好多，效率也提高了。但是还是会有徘徊纠结的时候。偶尔遇到一个怎么也理不清的长句，思维就僵持在半空中，怎么也跳不出母语的语言框架及规则。这个时候就只能请教电脑大师了。但是有时这位大师翻译出来的汉语会让你读起来哭笑不得，这时只能干想着信雅达的标准，忍痛割爱地舍信雅求其达了。
然而在翻译的过程中我遇到的难题不仅仅是复杂长句，还有诸如一些特殊名词以及一些国外名著中的片段的翻译问题。对于一些我从未见过的人名，我只能到词典里搜索一下，所幸地是绝大多数都能搜得到。那时我就想可能是我自己孤陋寡闻，连这些著名作家和知名语言学家都没听说过，以后可要长点记性了，多多留意一下外国名人作家了。而当我遇到名著中的选段时，我则毫不犹豫的参考了比较权威的译作。因为我知道这些名著的译本有很多，而再要我去翻译，可能会翻译得一塌糊涂，那样不仅会亵渎了原著而且可能会误导别人，所以我就索性不译了，而是把名家的经典译作摘抄下来放至我的译作了。这个时候问题就来了，既然是别人的译作，那么把它放在我的作品里面，是否应该写个注释说明澄清一下译者的身份呢？如果不注明，那么这是不是等于剽窃？还有，对于原著中的注释，作为译者，是否应该把注释也翻译成汉语呢？另外，在翻译的过程中也许会碰到这样一种情况：有些英语单词在汉语里找不到相对等的词语，要是凑合用一个相关联的中文词语代替就会有点四不像的味道，而如果保留其英语形式，读者还容易理解一些。
三、实习总结
最后，通过这次英译中的翻译实习，我深刻地感受到了三点：第一，心态很重要，不浮不躁方能顺利完成实习任务。但是到了大四，大家的目标都已经很明确，考研的就整天泡自习室；找工作的就带着简历四处奔波，能够抽出时间静心地对待实习的人少之又少。但是无论你管或不管，实习任务还是在那里不增不减。这时你就得合适地安排时间，心平气和地对待它，才能轻轻松松地早日完成。第二，翻译是一门艺术，一篇好的译作可以算作是一件精美绝伦的艺术品。同样，要想使译作达到要求，关键是在于平时的积累。仅靠临时抱佛脚的恶补翻译技巧是差强人意的，希望一步登天更是痴心妄想的。第三，对母语的掌握程度对其他语言的翻译起着至关重要的作用。无论是对母语语言结构及其语言特点的了解，还是对母语中的一些常识和俗语的掌握程度，都能在译作中得到展现。在此次英译中的过程中，我不得不作出深刻的反剩因为我发现自己除了英语阅读理解水平低之外，对母语的掌握程度以及运用也很有限。好在亡羊补牢，为时未晚。在接下来的时间里，我一定要多多阅读一些中外名著，培养勤于思考的习惯以及对母语和英语的语言敏感度。
第六篇：实习报告格式
经去过万力社区慰问那里的贫困党员。记忆里印象最深的就是社区邻里间的热情、友爱和互助！他们或是聚在一起闲话家长里短或是含饴弄孙或是自发开展一些娱乐活动，总之，都在各自精彩着。当我们上前询问他们贫困党员的家庭状况时，他们也都那么热心的告诉我们。一个阿婆对着我讲了半天的白话，我却无比尴尬的低着头，涨红了脸。最后还是田主任帮我解了围，说“阿婆，我们这些实习生听不懂您讲的白话……”，转身又对我们说“没办法，大家平时都是用白话在交流，上了年纪的，一般普通话都说的不怎么好……”。我说“照这样看来，我如果想留在南宁，首要任务还是要学会讲白话喽！”大家就都笑了。也就是那一天，我爱上了万力社区，我向往社区里的邻里关系，社区里的每个人、每件事都让我感动！
现在我还只是一名大学生助理，我的力量还是那么渺小，我个人也是那么薄弱，但我会努力，因为总有那么一群时刻都在感动着我的万力社区的人们！xx区选聘大中专学生担任 “ 社区书记（主任）助理 ” 工作早就成为我关注的焦点。作为一个创新的产物，她显得不够成熟，却具有蓬勃的活力。作为一个有效的载体 ，以她为依托，xx区成功地将优势资源转化为发展动力，不断推动和谐社区建设深入发展。 作为 一个广阔的舞台，大学生、社区、学校在上面亲密合作，各取所需，赢得了共同的发展。
资源是发展的基础和动力源泉。如何把优势资源转化为发展动力是个世界性的难题。近年来，xx区立足实际，开放创新，勇于实践，在利用优势资源方面进行了大胆的探索，取得了一定成绩。xx辖区内有大中专院校40多所，有在校大中专学生15万多名，这是xx区的优势资源之一。正是基于利用好优势资源、构建和谐社区、做好干部源头建设等多方面的考虑，xx区才创造性地开展了聘任大学生担任社区书记（主任）助理的工作。实践证明，这项工作锻炼了学生的能力，分担了学校的教育任务，提高了社区的服务水平，得到了学生的和家长的、高校的、社区的，是一项实实在在的群众满意工程。
xx区党委、政府聘请大学生担任社区书记（主任）助理是“双赢”的，因为“社区工作需要借助大学生的才华和青春活力来提高服务水平，大学生则需要通过社区了解社会、融入社会，为将来工作奠定基础”。 大学生社区书记（主任）助理工作的开展立足社区实际，把握大学生志趣，结合大学生成长，既注意搭建大学生服务社区、发挥作用的平台，赋予大学生职责，又为大学生提供参与社会实践、“增知识、长才干”的舞台，并认真 传 经验、教方法、帮群难、带作风，使大学生在服务社区的同时能感受到社区的温暖，学会工作的方法。
xx年11月6日我开始了我大学生涯新的征程。因为这一天是我被聘为南宁市xx区万力社区支部书记大学生助理的日子。虽然我不是第一批大学生助理，但是我会像其他的助理一样将摆正工作心态，虚心向社区其他工作人员学习，尽快明白社区的概念，了解社区工作的内容和运转流程。
社区是城市街道管理的一个分区，主要是指在街道办事处辖区或居民委员会辖区建立的管理与服务功能区。社区工作主要包括：为社区各类弱势群体提供福利服务，管理社区日常事务，动员社区群众参与社区建设，组织社区活动等。
社区助理工作较学生会、班级工作更面向社会，同学们在工作中因工作对象不同，工作思路、工作方法也要相应进行调整。不管前路有什么困难，有多少困难，我对这份工作充满自信与期待。
一、组织关心，领导帮助
xx年9月3日，我们哲学XX级全体同学开始了在xx区政府、民政局、教育局和拆迁办等地为期一个月的中期实习。那段日子是我们激情燃烧的岁月，是我们涉世之初的最深刻体验。当时作为一名****预备党员，我很荣幸的走进了城区组织部的办公室，开始了我的实习生活。我们每天从琐碎最起，在办公室各位老师们的帮助下，我们看着自己在进步、在成长。我深刻的'感受到那是一次成功蜕变的历程，我们感触社会，多方位参与社会实践，体味公务员们的生活，潜移默化里，我们也蜕去了太多的青涩。
一个月的实习生活只是我大学生涯里的一个驿站，10月我还在友爱中社区做了一个月的“代理大学生助理”，不同的环境里，我有不同的收获。组织部实习的种种收获也让在友爱中社区的“代理大学生助理”日子过的异常充实、游刃有余，做起事情来丝毫也不比那些大学生助理逊色。在城区组织部的进一步关心下，我和我们班的其他三位同学一起很荣幸的被破格聘为大学生社区支部书记（主任）助理，于是实习的结束并不是我大学里参与社会实践的结束。
xx年11月6日将是个令我终身难忘的日子！只记得这一天我们班四位同学坐在城区团委办公室里等待着各自社区的负责人前来“认领”。人生有很多次选择，而选择做大学生社区助理将为我的大学生涯增添墨彩。当时我是第一个被“认领”的助理，我们社区的党委书记、团委书记和两位师兄一起来“认领”我！一 接到 领导郑重颁发的 xx区“社区 书记 助理聘书”， 我终于知道自己已经正式 成为 了 xx区社区 书记 助理，并 将 接受南宁市xx区区委 书记 助理上岗培训 和工作中的不断磨练 。 一路上领导们和师兄们很热情的向我讲解了万力社区的相关情况和作为书记助理的相关事项。 领导们对大学生助理的重视和热情让我深深折服和震撼。当时的场面我已经感觉模糊了，但仿佛就在昨天，因为感动和激动占据了一切。以致我都无法记起那一天我是怎么振奋的度过的。
二、走进社区、了解社区
社区作为社会的一个细胞，真的是一个很温馨的地方。尤其对于我这样出门在外求学的人，那样的地方总是让人觉得温暖。
总觉得人生有很多的事情是那样的妙不可言，正如我与万力社区的这段缘分。
