Background : with the development of society ,today we may find that some college students may kill themselves ,some may abuse cats and dogs ,some even flaunt wealth through the internet ,what is more ,one student may kill another student which she refuses to him.Why thosehappening ? According to one survey : many college students have mental problems , and this kind of phenomenon is increasing , so for the above phenomenon ,we can make a conclude that there iomething wrong with their mental health.Reasons: we may areinterested in this phenomenon ,what thing lead their mental health to be wrong , for this ,I make a survey among my clamates and friends , asking them some questions , for example , “at home ,work ,or school ,I find my mind wandering form tasks that are uninteresting or difficult;Especially in groups ,I find it hardtostayfocusedon what is being said in conversations;My relationships withpeople are made difficult by tendency to talk first and think later;When I do poorly on an exam or paper ,my self-esteem suffers, andso on.”Form their
answers ,we can get the results that what lead their mental health to be wrong.First , some students can not adapt to the college life ,those student never leavetheir hometown before ,so most of them can not adapt to college life without their family.Second ,some students can not adapt to college learning , in high school ,our teachers guide us learning ,but in college ,it is all rely on self-consciousne ,some can not adapt ,so their studying is bad that they are lose confidence about learning.Third ,some students can not adapt to interpersonal communication , in college ,most students come form different places , their life-style may different ,so most of us can not communicate easily.Forth ,some students can not deal with love in right way ,if they are struck , they may do some bad thing for themselves or lover.Fifth , employment preure ,nowadays ,there are more and more college students ,in other words ,there are more and more students competefor one position , most of us feel anxiety and inferiority ,so that they may have mental problem.Solutions :college students is the future of our
country ,as a college student ,we must have a good
state of mind whatever we meet and we should have confidence for our life and even every thing.For school ,it should establish the psychological
consultation center ,so we have chances to talk with the teacher when we realize that there is something wrong with our mental health.For our parent ,they should care more about their children , rather not that they have grown up ,do not need more care than before.

为了进一步推动我县小学英语教学工作，按照局室安排，由县教研室刘万全副主任带队，小教组4名教研员参加的听课调研小组一行5人，就小学英语科的开设及教学现状，于11月14日至21日在全县抽取五个乡镇，进行了全面深入的听课调研。
此次调研活动，采取了随机听课，及时反馈指导的方式，深入到了5个乡、10多所学校，共计听课30多节，召开座谈研讨会10场。教研员就课堂教学中的得与失，与授课教师做了面对面的评价与指导，大家就目前教学中存在的困惑和疑难问题，在和谐、融洽的交流、研讨气氛中，畅所欲言，最终达到了共识，收到了预期的效果。
这次调研活动，虽历时短暂，但使我们感受颇深：
一、感受了英语教学工作在基层乡、校较前变化巨大。
变经之一：领导、教师观念的变化。首先，我们所到之处，看到的是乡教育组及所在学校领导对此项工作的高度重视，尤其是美原、流曲、庄里等乡教育组的领导，自始至终陪同我们参与听课与调研；各学校的校长、主任等领导与我们同听课、同评课、共研讨。同时也使我们感受到了一线教师对我们到来的热烈欢迎，特别是一些学校的教师，争着上课，抢着让教研员评课的极大热情，令我们深为感动，用他们的话说：“希望你们常来指导，多提意见，这样的活动我们欢迎。”这种对教学工作的真诚与坦荡，与过去教师那种害怕听课，害怕指出其课堂中的缺失等现象，形成了极大的反差。如上变化说明，基层教育教学工作者，渴望发展和提升自己的意识有了鲜明的增强。
二是在调研期间我们发现，所有乡、校都能开足开齐英语课程，师资配备到位，有的学校已配有专职英语教师，所配备教师的素质普遍较高。一改过去那种将英语科视为“副课”的观念，这足以说明领导的重视，带来了小学英语教学工作的新变化。
变化之二：城乡英语教师素质差距在缩小。以前城镇英语教师的素质普遍好于乡村英语教师的素质，大校好于小校，然而通过这次调研发现：大部分乡村英语教师的个人素质和教学水平，已不再低于城镇教师的水平，有的甚至高于城镇教师素质，这种令人欣慰的变化，说明全县小学英语教师的整体素质已在逐渐提高。
变化之三：教师课堂教学艺术与教学效果明显提高。通过随机听课发现，教师的课堂教学方法灵活多样，教案设计科学，大部分教师有一定的挖掘教材与驾驭课堂的能力，课堂用语准确，发音标准，书写规范，均能突出教学中的重难点，注重听说训练。同时能全面贯彻和落实新课程理念，面向全体学生,以人为本，以学生为主，有的教师还能借助现代技术教学手段进行教学。注重知识的迁移与拓展，注重与学生生活实际相联系。通过学生那娴熟的口语表达和会话能力的展示，使我们看到了令人满意的教学效果。
二、在感受成绩的同时，也发现了目前我县小学英语教学中存在的问题和不足：
1、各年级英语教材版本的不统一，影响了教学知识的系统性和连续性，给教师的教，学生的学，都造成了一定程度的困难。建议各年级的教材版本尽量统一化，为教与学的系统性和连续性架起一座通畅的桥梁。
2、专业英语教师仍较匮乏，英语科任教师中非专业教师居多，农村学校较为突出,在一定程度上阻碍了教学质量快速提高的步伐。
3、英语科教学的配套设施设备不足，目前尚无一所小学有专业语音室以辅助英语教学，致使现代化信息技术教学手段难以经常开展。
4、师生普遍反映，XX版英语教材起点高，难度大，内容繁，不适合本地学生使用，致使学生学习难，教师的教学难。
5、个别教师口语表达的准确性、书写的规范性以及课堂教学的艺术性等方面，均有待进一步提高。建议教师在挖掘教材，探索教法，研究学生诸方面要勤于钻研，精益求精，要重视重组教学资源，努力突出英语科的教学特色，全力提高教学效果。
虽然以上只是我们对部分乡校英语教学情况的初步了解，但由此反映出了我县目前小学英语教学的基本情况，因此县上要求，各乡校要以此次调研活动为契机，在总结经验和发扬成绩的同时，并针对教学中存在的问题，结合各校实际，认真实施新课标要求，狠抓课堂教学管理，努力提高教师素质，积极研究教法，探索教学艺术，从而把我县小学英语的教学提高到一个新的水平。
